ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 2: SLIP SLEEVES
STEP 1: ASSEMBLING THE CASTERS
On the Bottom Pole (B), place 1 pair of slip sleeves (D) at the desired level.
Screw each Caster (E) into the bottom of each Bottom Pole (B). Turn
clock-wise to screw in place. Screw in tightly.
Please make sure the arrow faces up and that the word “top” is right side
up. Do this for each Bottom Pole (B) and make sure that the heights are
identical for Bottom Pole (B).
Slide the pair of Slip Sleeves (D) until you hear a click to confirm the pair is
locked onto the Bottom Pole (B).Do not place more than one pair
on each Pole (B) at a time.
*For safety and stability, the lowest SHELF (A) should be lower than the 3rd
notch from the bottom.
**Note: There will be a very small gap in-between the Slip Sleeves (D)-this
is normal.
STEP 3 : INSTALLING THE SHELF
STEP 4 : INSTALLING TOP POLES
Place The Shelf (A) on its side and slide the Bottom Pole (B) through the
holes in the Shelf (A). Make sure that the shelf (A) corner cylinders are
positioned over the Slip sleeves (D).
Stand the unit upright.
Repeat step 2 & 3 for the other shelf.
*Note : The level side of the Shelf (A) is the Top side(the logo on the
corner cylinders should be right-side up.)
**Use a rubber mallet, if needed, to secure the Shelf (A).
Screw the Top Pole (C) into the Bottom Pole (B). The tops of these poles .
are indicated by the black end up.
STEP 5: INSTALLING TOP SHELF
On Pole (B+C), place 1 pair of slip sleeves (D) at the highest position.
Slide shelf (A) onto the Slip Sleeves (E)
STEP 6: INSTALLING HANGING ROD
Hang the Hanging Rod Bracket (G) on both ends of the top Shelf as shown.
Fasten the screws (F) through Hanging Rod Bracket (G) to Hanging Rod
(H). Do this for both Hanging Rods (H).
STEP 7: FINISH
