charger is plugged on .(Even when no battery is load).
During charging, remains solid on ,
and flashes slowly.

Alarm Indication :
flashes rapidly which means the battery pack is
damaged or over-discharged, which is not able
to take to charge. If it is the case, please replace
with the new battery pack.
