1. 安全注意事項
使用電熱水瓶時，必須遵守下列安全預防措施：
1. 使用電熱水瓶前，請仔細閱讀相關的說明。
2. 使用前，確保電源線兩端的插頭分別插緊在電熱水瓶及電源插座上，否則可能因接觸
不良導致電源線過熱。
3. 切勿與其他高功率的電器同時共用同一電源插座，以防電力負荷過重。
4. 使用時，確保電熱水瓶上蓋關緊，切勿用力關閉上蓋。
5. 用戶需時常留意水位，必須在水位低於注水指示線前注水，避免引起電熱水瓶乾燒。
6. 切勿注水超過滿水指示線，否則使用時熱水可能噴出，造成燙傷。
7. 使用時或剛使用後，外殼十分灼熱。接觸灼熱部分，可導致燙傷。
8. 當水沸騰時，切勿使用出水功能或打開上蓋，否則會導致熱水飛濺或蒸氣噴出，可能
造成燙傷。
9. 出水時，切勿旋轉電熱水瓶，以免熱水飛濺及造成燙傷。
10. 當電熱水瓶內沒有水時，切勿啟動電熱水瓶，避免引起乾燒。如果電熱水瓶經常出現
乾燒，可能會令內膽變黃，並影響電熱水瓶的功能及耐用性。
11. 電熱水瓶有防乾燒保護功能，當溫度過高時，防乾燒保護功能會自動截斷電源。
12. 切勿盛載水以外的液體，如牛奶、茶或冰塊等。
13. 切勿讓剩水留在內膽，否則可導致內膽變色或產生異味。
14. 移動電熱水瓶時，請使用手挽，切勿提著上蓋當手挽。當電熱水瓶盛載著熱水時，切
勿傾斜或搖晃電熱水瓶。
15. 倒去剩水時，應先卸下上蓋（拆卸方法請參考產品說明）。
16. 水沸騰時或剛沸騰後，會有大量灼熱蒸氣由上蓋的蒸氣口噴出，切勿將臉頰或手等靠
近或接觸上蓋或蒸氣口。
17. 切勿用布或任何物件蓋著電熱水瓶或遮擋蒸氣口，以免導致電熱水瓶變形或變色。
18. 若有孩童在旁，須加倍小心使用電熱水瓶及看管小孩，以確保他們不會把電熱水瓶當
作玩具。切勿讓小孩單獨使用電熱水瓶或把其放於小孩能觸及的地方。
19. 切勿讓電熱水瓶在無人看管的情況下運作。
20. 必須先拔出電源插頭及待電熱水瓶冷卻後才移動、檢查或清潔。
21. 切勿把機身、電源線或插頭浸入水中或接觸到水，以免造成觸電。再次使用前，請確
保電熱水瓶及插頭已充分乾燥。

22. 切勿從水龍頭或在洗滌槽中直接加水，否則容易弄濕機底。如水滿溢出時導致水流入
機內，或會造成電子零件故障或發生危險。
23. 手濕時切勿接觸、插上或拔除電源插頭，否則可能構成觸電。
24. 切勿將電熱水瓶擺放在大量蒸氣、多塵、高溫或潮濕的環境中；放在受到陽光直接照
射的位置或散熱度較差的物料上（如：塑膠檯布、棉毛地毯等）使用。使用時，亦必須
遠離火源、微波爐及易燃物料（如窗簾、毛巾等）。
25. 不可在電源線上放重物或夾住、改裝、用力拉扯或扭曲電線。在拔出或插入插頭時，
要用手握穩插頭本身。
26. 切勿將電源線懸掛在桌子、櫥櫃的邊緣或讓它接觸發熱的表面。切勿在電源線纏結的
情況下使用本電熱水瓶，否則會加快電源線的損耗。
27. 使用後或不使用時，必須拔出插頭，以免發生漏電及造成觸電。
28. 使用時，應把電熱水瓶放置於平穩及乾燥的地方，而四周亦需保持最少10厘米的距離
作散熱空間。
29. 電熱水瓶是作家用或在類似環境使用，如：商戶內部、辦事處以及其它工作環境的員
工廚房區域；在旅館、汽車旅館和其它住宅類型的環境。
30. 此電熱水瓶並不是為體質、感覺或智力有障礙人士或缺乏經驗或相關知識的人士（包
括小孩）使用，除非他們曾經接受負責安全人士的監督或指示。
31. 經常檢查電熱水瓶、電源線或插頭，如有損壞跡象，為避免危險，應立即停止使用，
並聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司進行檢查及維修。切勿使用或更換其它非原裝生產
商提供的零件，否則保修服務將無效。

4. 使用方法
1. 首次使用
•初次使用新機時，可能會有新包裝物料的異味，經使用後會逐漸消失。
•首次使用時，建議先加入水沸騰以清洗內膽。沸騰後，按出水鍵輸出一半熱水清
潔出水部份。之後，將剩下的熱水倒掉。
2. 加水
•打開上蓋，把水注入電熱水瓶內。
•請注意水量不可超過滿水指示線。
•注水後，將上蓋關緊直至聽到“喀嚓”扣合聲。
3. 沸騰 ➔保溫
•將電源線一端的插頭插入電熱水瓶上的插座，然後把另一端插入電源插座。電熱
水瓶會自動進入加熱狀態，而加熱指示燈會亮起。當水沸騰後，電熱水瓶會自動
轉為保溫狀態，保溫指示燈會亮起。若需要保溫、電動或踫杯出水功能，必須保
持通電狀態。
•注意：沸騰中或剛沸騰後，出水可能會不順暢。
4. 再沸騰 ➔保溫
•若需再次沸騰瓶內的水時，請確定水量超過注水指示線，否則應該再次注水。
•按下“除氯再沸騰”或“再沸騰”鍵，加熱指示燈會亮起。完成再次沸騰後，電熱水
瓶會自動切換成保溫狀態，保溫指示燈會亮起。
•注意：沸騰中或剛沸騰後，出水可能會不順暢。
5. 自冷功能
•自冷狀態是指電熱水瓶加熱及保溫功能暫停，瓶內的水溫漸漸下降至室溫。使用
自冷功能時，必須保持通電狀態，才可使用電動及碰杯出水。
•水沸騰後，保溫指示燈會亮起。若按“加熱 / 自冷”鍵，加熱 / 自冷指示燈會亮起，
而電熱水瓶會進入自冷狀態。
•在自冷狀態下轉為加熱或保溫狀態，須按“加熱 / 自冷”鍵，令電熱水瓶進入加熱
狀態，加熱指示燈會亮起。水沸騰後，電熱水瓶會自動切換成保溫狀態，保溫指
示燈會亮起。

指示燈對應表
以下表格是各功能進行或啟動時，功能指示燈的顯示方式：

6. 加水指示燈
•若電熱水瓶處於加熱狀態而瓶內水量低於注水指示線或無水時，當瓶內溫度超過
110ºC，加水指示燈會閃亮，提醒用戶需要注水入電熱水瓶內。注意加水切勿超過
滿水指示線。注水後，須按“除氯再沸騰”或“再沸騰”鍵，令電熱水瓶進入加熱狀
態。
7. 出水方式
•氣壓出水：把上蓋的“氣壓出水鎖”推至“開”的位置，把杯放在出水口並按“氣壓出
水”按鈕出水。
•電動出水：先按“鎖定 / 解除”鍵，鎖定 / 解除指示燈會亮起，把杯放在出水口並按
“電動出水”鍵出水。停止按鍵約10秒後，電熱水瓶會自動轉入出水鎖定狀態。
•碰杯出水：先按“鎖定 / 解除”鍵，鎖定 / 解除指示燈會亮起，把杯放在出水口並觸
碰“碰杯出水”鈕出水，停止碰杯約10秒後，電熱水瓶會自動轉入出水鎖定狀態。
5. 清潔及保養
1. 清潔前，必須先拔掉電源插頭，並待電熱水瓶冷却後才能進行清潔。
2. 建議每天要把剩餘熱水倒掉，否則內膽會形成水垢或產生異味。倒水前，必須拔掉電
源插頭，卸下上蓋，用手拿著機身，從去水位置倒掉膽內的剩水。
3. 切勿用水沖洗電熱水瓶，應用濕布擦拭機身表面。
4. 切勿使用有毒或含腐蝕性的清潔劑進行清潔。若污漬太多，可用軟布沾上稀釋的中性
清潔劑擦拭，然後用濕布抹淨。
5. 上蓋的保養
上蓋會因長期使用而損耗，損耗的程度會因水質和使用次數而不同。如發現上蓋損壞
或有裂痕而導致出水困難，請聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司進行檢查或購買新上蓋
更換。

6. 內膽的保養
在使用時，用戶可能發現內膽表面出現色點如乳白色、啡色或黑色，這是由於水中含
有礦物質所引起，請定期清洗，以防止形成污垢或色點。可用海綿清洗內膽，切勿使
用去污粉或金屬刷擦拭內膽以免內膽表層受損。如要清除水垢，可使用以下清洗方法：
•注入冷水於內膽至滿水指示線。
•將切片檸檬放入瓶內，份量約為1-2個檸檬。（或可放入檸檬酸，份量約為每升水加
入20克檸檬酸。）
•按“除氯再沸騰”或“再沸騰”鍵並把水加熱至沸騰。在保溫約１小時後，把瓶內的
水全部倒掉，並用海綿或軟毛刷刷洗內膽，然後用清水洗乾淨。
•為去除剩餘的檸檬酸，可再次注水沸騰，然後把開水倒掉即可。
6. 儲存
1. 儲存前，必須待電熱水瓶完全冷卻及將內膽完全清洗乾淨。待機身完全乾透後，再儲
存。
2. 儲存電熱水瓶時，先放入紙箱，然後放置在乾燥的環境中。
3. 儲存時，切勿將電源線纏繞在電熱水瓶四周或壓往電源線，避免造成電源線磨損。
7. 故障排除
問題 原因 處理方法
熱水中有白色或閃光
的物質。
這是脫落的水垢。 用檸檬或檸檬酸煲水清洗內
膽。
熱水有異味。 •自來水中含有消毒用氯
氣，導致產生異味。
•電熱水瓶的封閉包裝會令

出水不暢。 過濾網被堵塞。 請用軟刷刷洗過濾網。
水自動流出。 注水超過滿水指示線。 減少內膽內的水量至低於滿水
指示線。
不能煲水。 插頭未有徹底連接。 檢查及重新連接插頭。
如使用以上方法後仍未能使電熱水瓶回復正常操作，請聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司
進行檢查及維修。

1. Important Safeguards
When using this thermo pot, please follow the below safety precautions:
1. Read all instructions carefully before using.
2. Make sure both ends of the power cord are plugged in tightly on the thermo pot and the
power socket before use. Otherwise, it will cause power cord overheat due to contact failure.
3. Do not share the same socket with other high power appliances to avoid power overload.
4. Make sure the upper lid is always closed securely when in use and do not close the lid by
force.
5. Pay attention to the water level. Make sure to refill water to the thermo pot before the water
level is below the refill level to avoid boil-dry.
6. Do not add water exceeding the full water level. Otherwise boiling water may spill out during
operation and cause burns.
7. When the thermo pot is in use or immediately after used, its housing is very hot. Burns can
occur by touching the hot parts.
8. Do not use the “Pour” function or open the upper lid while boiling, the boiling water may
spill out or mass steam will come out which can cause burns.
9. Do not rotate the thermo pot while pouring out water, otherwise the boiling water may spill
out and cause burns.
10. Do not operate the thermo pot when it is empty, it is to avoid the thermo pot from boiling
dry. The inner pot will become yellow, also the performance and durability of the thermo
pot will be affected if it is boiled dry frequently.
11. The thermo pot is equipped with the boil-dry protection; it will cut off power automatically
when the temperature is too high.
12. Do not contain other liquids except water (e.g milk, tea, ice etc.).
13. Do not reserve water in the inner pot, it may cause the inner pot to change color or produce
bad smell.
14. When move the thermo pot, catch its handle instead of the bare lid. Do not tilt or shake the
thermo pot, when it contains hot water.
15. Detach the upper lid (methods refer to Product Identifications) before pouring out water.
16. Mass hot steam comes out from the steam vent during boiling or right after boiled. Do not
get close or touch the lid or steam vent with bare hand or face.
17. Never cover the thermo pot or block the steam vent by cloth or any objects, otherwise it may
cause thermo pot to discolor or deform.
18. Great care is necessary in using the thermo pot, especially near children. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the thermo pot. Also, children should not
operate the thermo pot alone. Please keep children away.
19. Never leave the thermo pot unattended when in use.
20. Must unplug the thermo pot and let it cool completely before moving, checking or cleaning.
21. Never immerse the thermo pot, power cord or plug in water or let them wet to avoid electric
shock. Please make sure the thermo pot and plug are dry before use.

22. Do not fill water directly from the tap or in a sink, otherwise the thermo pot bottom will
get wet easily. If water overflows and enters the thermo pot, it may cause electronic parts
malfunction or danger.
23. Do not touch, plug or unplug the thermo pot by wet hand. Otherwise, electric shock may
be caused.
24. Do not operate the thermo pot in the place of massive steam, dust, high temperature or high
humidity. Do not put the thermo pot under sunlight or on the heat-insulated materials (such
as plastic table cloth or cotton carpet etc.). During use, keep it away from the fire source,
microwave oven and the flammable objects (such as curtain, towels etc.).
25. Heavy objects should not be placed on the power cord. Never clip, modify, stretch or twist
the power cord. Always grasp the plug itself tightly when plug in or remove the plug.
26. Do not let the power cord hang over the table edge, or counter-top or contact with any hot
surfaces. Do not use the thermo pot when the power cord was tangled, it causes the power
cord to be deteriorated.
27. After use or when not in use, please unplug the thermo pot from the socket to prevent
electric leakage and electric shock.
28. During operation, place the thermo pot on a stable and flat surface in a dry environment.
Keep at least 10cm space at all sides of the thermo pot to allow adequate air circulation.
29. The thermo pot is intended to be used in household or similar applications such as staff
kitchen area in shops, offices and other working environments; by clients in hotels, motels
and other residential type environments.
30. This thermo pot is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the thermo pot by a person responsible
for their safety.
31. Always check the condition of the thermo pot, the power cord or the plug. To avoid hazard,
stop operating the thermo pot immediately if any damage is found. Please contact Shun
Hing Electric Service Centre Limited for checking and repairing. Do not use or replace with
any parts produced without authorization, otherwise the guarantee becomes invalid.

4. Operation Instructions
1. Before First Use
• Whentheunitisnew,itmayhavesmellduetothenewpacking.Thesmellwillgradually
disappear with time.
• Beforefirstuse,itisrecommendedtocleantheinnerpotbyboilingwater.Afterboiled,
press the ‘Pour’ key to dispense half of the hot water to clean the water dispense system
and then empty the inner pot.
2. Fill water
• Opentheupperlidandfillwaterintothethermopot.
• Bewarethewaterlevelmustnotexceedthefullwaterlevel.
• Afterfillingwater,closetheupperlidsecurelyuntilasnapsoundisheard.
3. Boil ➔Keep Warm
• Plugoneendofthepowercordintothepowerconnectorofthethermopotandthe
other end into the power socket. The thermo pot will automatically enter the boiling
progress. The boiling indicator will be on. Once water has been boiled, the thermo pot
will switch to keep-warm mode automatically, the keep-warm indicator will be on. Keep
connecting to the power if you need to keep warm or use the electric pump or cup push
function.
• Attention:Waterdispensemaybenotsmoothwhenwaterisboilingorrightafterboiled.
4. Reboil ➔Keep Warm
• Pleasemakesurewatermustbeabovetherefilllevelbeforereboiling,otherwisewater
should be refilled.
• Pressthe“Reboil”key,theboilingindicatorwillbeon.Afterreboiled,thethermopot
will switch to keep-warm mode automatically. The keep warm indicator will be on.
• Attention:Waterdispensemaybenotsmoothwhenwaterisboilingorrightafterboiled.
5. Cooling Function
• Coolingstatusmeanstheboilingandkeepwarmfunctionaredeactivated,waterwill
gradually cool down to room temperature. Connect the thermo pot with power when
using cooling function, so the electric pump and cup push function can be used.
• Afterwater hasbeen boiled, thekeep warm indicatorwill beon. Press the“Boiling/
Cooling”key,theboiling/coolingindicatorwillbeon.Thethermopotwillswitchtothe
cooling status.
• Inordertoswitchfromthecoolingstatustotheboilingorkeepwarmstatus,pressthe
“Boiling/Cooling”keytostarttheboilingprocess.Theboilingindicatorwillbeon.After
water boiled, the thermo pot will switch to keep warm mode automatically and the keep
warm indicator will be on.

6. Add-water indicator
• Ifthethermopotisinboilingstatusbutcontainswaterbelowtherefilllevelornowater,
when the thermo pot exceeds 110ºC, the add-water indicator will flash to remind you to
refill water. Beware the water level must not exceed the full water level. After refilling
water, press the “Reboil” key to boil water.
7. Dispense water
• Airpressurepump:Release the“AirPressureLock” ontheupper lid bypushingit to
“open” position. Put a cup under dispensing spout and press the air-pressure pump to
dispense water.
• Electricpump:Pressthe“Lock/Release“key,theLock/Releaseindicatorwillbeon.Puta
cup under dispensing spout and press the “Pour” key to dispense water. The dispense
function will be locked automatically after the “Pour” key is released for 10 seconds.
• CupPush:Pressthe“Lock/Release”key,theLock/Releaseindicatorwillbeon.Putacup
under dispensing spout and push the “Cup Push” key by the cup to dispense water.
The thermo pot will be locked automatically after the “cup push” key is released for 10
seconds.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Unplug the thermo pot and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. It is recommended to empty all the water in the thermo pot everyday, otherwise water scale
may form on the inner pot or cause bad smell. Before pouring out water, ensure to unplug
the thermo pot and detach the upper lid. Hold the thermo pot main body firmly and pour
out water through the drain position.
3. Do not wash the thermo pot with water directly. Wipe the main body surface by a damp
cloth.
4. Do not use any poisonous or corrosive detergent to clean the thermo pot. If it is too dirty,
wipe the thermo pot with a damp cloth soaked with mild detergent and clean with a cloth.
5. Maintenance of the lid
The lid will deteriorate after long time usage, the degree of deterioration varies with the
water quality and usage frequency. If the lid is damaged or cracked which hinder the water
dispense, please contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd for checking or purchasing a
new lid for replacement.

6. Maintenance of inner pot
When the thermo pot is in use, you may find some color spots attached on the inner pot
surface, which may be in milky white, brown or black. This is the water scale formed due to
minerals in water. To prevent water scale or color spots, clean the inner pot regularly. Use
a soft sponge to clean the inner pot. Do not use cleaning powder or metal brush to avoid
damage to the inner pot surface. To remove the water scale, please follow below methods:
• Fillcoldwaterintotheinnerpottillthefullwaterlevel.
• Put1-2sliceslemonintheinnerpot.(Orabout20gcitricacidfor1literwater.)
• Pressthe“Reboil”keytoboilwater.Pourallthewateroutafterkeepingwarmforaround
1 hour. Clean the inner pot with a sponge or soft brush, then rinse by water.
• Inordertoremovetheremainingcitricacid,youcanrefillwatertoboilagainandpour
out all water afterward.
6. Storage
1. Before storage, let the thermo pot cool down and clean the inner pot completely. Store after
the thermo pot is dry.
2. When store the thermo pot, please put it in the box and store in a dry place.
3. When store the thermo pot, never wrap the power cord tightly round the thermo pot or clip
the power cord, it prevents power cord deterioration.
