Montaggio fune
- Montare la piastra con micro (1) sulla colonna comando, come da
figura, fissandola con i dadi (2) già utilizzati per il montaggio della
traversa superiore.
- Montare la piastra (3) sulla colonna opposta, come da figura,
fissandola con i dadi (4) già utilizzati per il montaggio della traversa
superiore.
- Montare la molla (5) sul micro come da figura.
- Montare la fune con il cappio sulla molla (vedi figura) e con il registro
(10) sulla piastra colonna opposta.
- Registrare la tensione della fune utilizzando dado e controdado (6)
fino a che l’indice (11) non sia a metà della fascia verde (7).
- Far passare il cavo del micro attraverso il foro (8), poi dentro la
canalina (9).
Installing the Metal Cable
- Fit plate with microswitch (1) onto the control post, as shown in the
figure. Secure it with nuts (2) already used for upper cross member
assembly.
- Fit plate (3) onto the opposite post, as shown in the figure. Secure
it with nuts (4) already used for upper cross member assembly.
- Fit spring (5) onto microswitch, as shown in the figure.
- Fit the metal cable with the loop on the spring (see figure) and
adjuster (10) onto the plate of the opposite post.
Montage des Seils
- Die Platte mit dem Mikroschalter (1) an der Steuersäule, siehe
Abbildung, montieren und sie dabei mit den Muttern (2) befestigen,
diebereitsbeiderMontagederoberenTraverseverwendetwurden.
- Die Platte (3) gemäß Abbildung an der gegenüberliegenden Säule
montieren und sie dabei mit den bereits bei der Montage der oberen
Traverse verwendeten Muttern (4) fixieren.
- Die Feder (5) der Abbildung gemäß am Mikroschalter montieren.
- Das Seil mit seinem Anschlag an der Feder (siehe Abbildung) und
mit dem Einstellelement (10) an der Platte der gegenüberliegenden
Säule montieren.
Montage de la corde
- Monter la plaque avec micro (1) sur la colonne de commande,
comme indiqué sur la figure, en la fixant avec les écrous (2) déjà
utilisés pour le montage de la poutre supérieure.
- Monter la plaque (3) sur la colonne opposée, comme indiqué sur la
figure, en la fixant avec les écrous (4) déjà utilisés pour le montage
de la poutre supérieure.
- Monter le ressort (5) sur le micro comme indiqué sur la figure.
- Monter la corde avec l’extrémité sur le ressort (voir figure) et avec
l’élément de réglagen (10) sur la plaque colonne opposée.
Montaje cable
- Montar la placa con micro (1) en la columna de mando, como ilustra
la figura, fijándola con las tuercas (2) ya utilizadas para el montaje
del travesaño superior.
- Montar la placa (3) en la columna opuesta, como ilustra la figura,
fijándola con las tuercas (4) ya utilizadas para el montaje del
travesaño superior.
- Montar el muelle (5) en el micro, como ilustra la figura.
- Montar el cable con el lazo en el muelle (ver figura) y con el
dispositivo de regulación (10) en la placa de la columna opuesta.
- Adjust metal cable tension using nut and check nut (6) until pointer
(11) is halfway on the green stripe (7).
- Slide microswitch cable inside hole (8), and then inside cable
conduit (9).
- Die Seilspannung durch Betätigen der Mutter und der Kontermutter
(6) so lange einstellen, bis die Anzeige (11) sich in der Mitte des
grünen Bereichs (7) befindet.
- Das Kabel des Mikroschalters durch die Bohrung (8) führen, dann

- Régler la tension de la corde en utilisant l’écrou et le contre-écrou

- Regular el tensado del cable utilizando la tuerca y la contratuerca

- Hacer pasar el cable del micro a través del agujero (8), luego dentro
del canal (9).

- Forare la cassetta elettrica come indicato in figura.
- Montare il pulsante in dotazione nel foro Be il pressacavo in
dotazione nel foro A.
Montaggio cavi
Aprire la scatola comando.
- Scollegare i cavi con il n°3 (1rosso e 2nero) dal rispettivo morsetto.
- Togliere il relativo morsetto (3).
- Inserire i due morsetti in dotazione al posto del morsetto tolto.
- Collegare il cavo n°3 (1rosso) sul morsetto (5) e il cavo n°3 (2nero)
sul morsetto (4).
- Collegare i due cavi (6) del pulsante montato (8) sui morsetti (4) e
(5).
- Inserire il cavo micro (7) nel pressacavo (9) precedentemente
montato e collegare i due fili elettrici del cavo micro ai morsetti (4)
e (5).
- Drill a hole on the electric box, as shown in the figure.
- Fit the supplied push button inside hole B, and the supplied cable
clamp inside hole A.
Installing Cables
Open the control box.
- Disconnect cables marked with No. 3 (1 red and 2 black) from their
terminals.
- Remove terminal (3).
- Install the two supplied terminals to replace the one just removed.
- Connect cable No. 3 (1 red) with terminal (5) and cable No. 3 (2
black) with terminal (4).
- Connect the two cables (6) of the just-assembled push button (8)
with terminals (4) and (5).
- Den Schaltkasten den Angaben auf der Abbildung entsprechend
aufbohren.
-DiemitgelieferteTasteindie BohrungBeinfügenund die mitgelieferte
Kabelführung in die Bohrung A.
Montage der Kabel
Den Steuerkasten öffnen.
- Die Kabel mit der Nr. 3 (1 rot und 2 schwarz) aus der jeweiligen
Klemme lösen.
- Die entsprechende Klemme (3) entfernen.
- Die beiden mitgelieferten Klemmen anstelle der entfernten Klemme
einfügen.
- Das Kabel Nr. 3 (1 rot) an der Klemme (5) und das Kabel Nr. 3 (2
schwarz) an der Klemme (4) anschließen.
- Percer la boîte électrique comme indiqué sur la figure.
- Monter le bouton en dotation dans l’orifice B et le serre-câble fourni
dans l’orifice A.
Montage des câbles
Ouvrir la boîte de commande.
- Débrancher les câbles avec n°3 (1 rouge et 2 noir) de leur borne
respective.
- Enlever la borne correspondante (3).
- Insérer les deux bornes en dotation à la place de la borne enlevée.
- Brancher le câble n°3 (1 rouge) sur la borne (5) et le câble n°3 (2
noir) sur la borne (4).
- Perforar la caja eléctrica como ilustra la figura.
- Montar el pulsador, que se suministra en dotación, en el agujero B
y el prensa cable, que se suministra en dotación, en el agujero A.
Montaje cables
Abrir la caja de mando.
- Desconectar los cables con el n°3 (1 rojo y 2 negro) del respectivo
borne.
- Quitar el relativo borne (3).
-Introducirlos dos bornes, que se suministran en dotación, en el lugar
del borne extraído.
- Slide microswitch cable (7) inside cable clamp (9) just assembled,
and connect the two wires of the microswitch with terminals (4) and
(5).
- Die beiden Kabel (6) der montierten Taste (8) an den Klemmen (4)
und (5) anschließen.
-Das Kabel des Mikroschalters(7)in diezuvormontierteKabelführung
(9) einfügen und die beiden Stromkabel des Mikroschalters an die
Klemmen (4) und (5) schließen.
- Brancher les deux câbles (6) du bouton monté (8) sur les bornes (4)
et (5).
- Insérer le câble micro (7) dans le serre-câble (9) précédemment
monté et relier les deux fils électriques du câble micro aux bornes
(4) et (5).
- Conectar el cable n°3 (1 rojo) en el borne (5) y el cable n°3 (2 negro)
en el borne (4).
- Conectar los dos cables (6) del pulsador montado (8) en los bornes
(4) y (5).
- Introducir el cable del micro (7) en el prensa cable (9) anteriormente
montado y conectar los dos cables eléctricos del cable del micro a
los bornes (4) y (5).

Funzionamento
Il contatto del veicolo con il cavo arresta la corsa di sollevamento.
Per discendere effettuare la manovra di discesa.
Qualora non fosse possibile scendere per intervento dell’appoggio
meccanico (1) procedere come segue:
- utilizzando il comando a due mani (pulsante blu premuto + comando
di salita) far salire il carico ancora di 10 - 20 mm (max 2 cm) per
permettere lo sgancio del martelletto.
- effettuare la manovra di discesa.
ATTENZIONE: NON SUPERARE L’EXTRACORSA IN-
DICATA: PERICOLO DI CONTATTO DEL VEICOLO
CON LA STRUTTURA DEL SOLLEVATORE!

Operation
Whenever the vehicle comes into contact with the cable, the up
movement is stopped.
To take vehicle down again, carry out the downstroke procedure.
If the vehicle cannot be taken back to the ground due to the triggering
of the mechanical stopper (1), proceed as follows:
- using the two-hand control (blue push button + up movement control
pressed), allow the load to move up of another 10 to 20 mm (2 cm
max.) so as to release the hook.
- Carry out the downstroke procedure.
Funktion
Kommt das Fahrzeug mit dem Kabel in Kontakt, wird der Hebehub
gestoppt.
Um von diesem Punkt das Fahrzeug wieder zu senken, das
Senksteuerverfahren durchführen.
Sollte ein Herunterfahren nicht möglich sein, da der mechanische
Anschlag (1) ausgelöst hat, wie folgt verfahren:
- Über die Zweihandsteuerung (blaue Taste gedrückt +
Hebesteuerung) die Last um weitere 10 - 20 mm (max. 2 cm) nach
oben fahren, so dass sich die Klinke aushaken kann.
- Das Senkverfahren durchführen.
Fonctionnement

Pour descendre, effectuer la manoeuvre de descente.
En cas d’impossibilité de descendre pour l’intervention de l’appui
mécanique (1) procéder comme suit :
- en utilisant la commande à deux mains (bouton bleu appuyé +
commande de montée) faire monter la charge de 10 - 20 mm (max
2 cm) supplémentaires pour permettre le décrochage du marteau.
- effectuer la manoeuvre de descente.

El contacto del vehículo con el cable detiene la carrera de elevación.
Para descender, efectuar la maniobra de descenso.
Cuando no fuese posible descender por intervención del apoyo
mecánico (1), proceder como se indica a continuación:
- utilizando el mando a dos manos (pulsador azul presionado +
mando de ascenso) hacer ascender la carga 10 - 20 mm (máx 2 cm)
para permitir el desenganche del crique.
- realizar la maniobra de descenso.

COME ORDINARE UN PEZZO
DI RICAMBIO
Per ordinare un pezzo di ricambio occorre fornire al rivenditore
autorizzato il n°di codice corrispondente, che deve essere
ricavato consultando la tavola relativa posta all’interno del ma-
nuale ricambi.
La tavola (identificata da n°e indice di revisione) deve essere
selezionata consultando l’Indice delle tavole posto all’inizio del
manuale ricambi.
A tale scopo occorre conoscere:
-il modello ed il n°di matricola della macchina cui il ricambio
è destinato (riportati negli appositi campi sulla targhetta
matricola)
- il gruppo funzionale di cui fa parte il pezzo (facendo riferimento
all’Indice figurato posto all’interno del manuale ricambi).
HOW TO ORDER SPARE PARTS
When ordering spare parts, please always indicate the relevant
part number to the authorised dealer. The number is to be found
in the relevant table in the Spare Parts manual.
The table (identified by a number and a revision index) must be
selectedamongthe ones in the tablessummary at the beginning
of the spare parts manual.
In order to choose the appropriate table, you must know the
following:
- Machine model and serial number (indicated on the serial
number plate).
- Functional unit to which the part belongs (please refer
to the detailed view in the spare parts manual).
For a correct handling of residual risks, pictograms are located
onthe machine to showthe areas subjectto risk duringoperation.
These indications are supplied on self-sticking labels bearing an
identification code.
Für eine korrekte Verhaltensweise bei den noch bestehenden
Risiken zeigen Bilderschriftzeichen auf der Ausrüstung an,
welche Zonen während des Betriebs Gefahrenquellen
darstellen könnten.
Diese Hinweise finden Sie auf Selbstkiebeetiketten, die über
eine eigene Identifikationscode verfügen.
Pour assurer une gestion correcte des risques résiduels, des
pictogrammes sont appliqués sur la machine pour signaler les
zones susceptibles de risque en phase de fonctionnement.
Ces informations sont fournies sur des étiquettes autocollantes
qui portent chacune un code d'identification.
Important: en cas de perte des étiquettes ou si elles deviennent
illisibles, les commander chez le fabricant directement et les
appliquer sur la machine en suivant le schéma (Tab. 9).
Con el fin de una correcta gestión de los riesgos residuos, están
colocados en la máquina pitogramas para el relievo de las zonas
suceptibles de riesgo en fase operativa.
Estas indicaciones se abastecen en etiquetas autoadhesivas
que tienen un propio código de identificación.
Importante: en el caso que las etiquetas se perdieran o se
volvieran invisibles se ruega pedirlas a la casa constructora y
volverlas a colocar según el esquema indicado (Tab. 9).

order replacements from the manufacturer and attach them as
shown in the diagram (Tab. 9).

bestellen Sie diese bitte bei der Herstellerfirma und brigen sie
gemäss dem oben aufgeführten Schema an (Tab. 9).

Importante: nel caso in cui le etichette venissero smarrite o
diventassero illeggibili si prega di ordinarle alla casa costruttrice
e ricollocarle secondo lo schema riportato (Tav. 9).
