• Let the machine do the work.
This Machine is Not Designed for Use on Tube Type Tires
• This is a tubeless truck re changer.
Deate the re before aempng break-down procedure!
• Failure to adhere to this rule will result in damage to the machine.
Proper Lubricaon is Crical
• Lubricate the re beads thoroughly before aempng to re-mount.
• Lubricate both sides of both beads.
• Use a quality European type paste for best results. The machine was
shipped with the proper lubricant.
Use Included Alloy Adapters to Avoid Scratching the Back Side
• If you feel your customer is sensive to marring or scratching alloy
wheels use the G108A2 alloy adapters as a prevenve measure.
Use Bead Saver Arm to Reduce Risk of Bead Damage
• Use Bead Saver Arm on Wide Based and Super Duty.
• Use Bead Saver Arm anyme you fear bead damage may result.
Replaceable Plasc Protecon on Bead Saver Arm
• Make certain this plasc pad is in good shape. Replace when needed.

Switching On and O Tire Changer
• Turn on power to the machine using rotary switch.
• When machine is not being used the system is not running.
Operaons of the Control Box
Use Buons on Side for Chucking the Wheel
• Top buon opens the chucking unit.
• Boom buon closes the chucking unit.
Use Top Two Buons to Move Chucking Unit Up/Down
• Lower the unit to start re on the rim.
• Raise the unit all the way to the top to begin mount/
demount process.
Joy Sck at Lower Right Corner Moves Rear Roller Forward/
Backward
• Le to right movement is made by manual hand crank for
safety.
Adjust Rear Roller Le to Right With Hand Crank
• Prevents accidental posion change and resulng wheel/
machine damage.
Outside or front roller arm has inside, outside
In and out moon.
• Allows precise placement of front roller.

Demount Instrucons
These steps apply to demounng virtually all re and wheel
combinaons.
I. Preparing to Break the Beads
• Posion wheel against chucking unit with demount side
facing operator.
• Make sure wheel drop center is facing away from the
machine.
• Chucking unit oers several posions for dierent size
wheels and thicknesses.
• Make sure wheel is ed on chucking unit properly.
• Clamp wheel and raise chucking unit all the way to top
unl it stops.

Mounng Demounng Process
• Lower the unit to start re on the rim.
• Raise the unit all the way to the top to begin mount/
demount process.
II. Breaking Outside Bead
Completely Deate the Tire Before Breakdown Procedure or
Damage to the Machine Will Occur!
• Using control box place front roller in proper posion against
the bead and about 1” away from the wheel.
• Rotate the chucking unit to the right (clockwise) and apply
lube to the outer bead...THIS IS CRITICAL.

These steps apply to demounng most re and wheel combinaons.
III. Demounng Outer Bead
• Extend BEAD SAVER arm all the way out and place it at the
12 o’clock posion on the wheel.
• Use re lever to bring outer re bead on top of bead saver
arm.
• With re lever in place rotate re wheel assembly to the
right. (clockwise)
Using Rear Roller to Push the Tire O
• Once outer re bead is removed, return bead saver arm to
its original posion.
• Push rear roller arm against re and keep pushing re unl
you can see the roller... about ½ inch past the front face of
the wheel.
• Rotate chucking unit to the le. (counter-clockwise)
• When dismounng wide-based res be sure and pull out on the front
bead with your hand at the 7 o’clock posion. This helps keep the re
from geng in a bind because of its extreme width.

Alloy Wheels
Lubricate Properly
• Lube the outside of both beads as well as the inside of the
second bead of the re
• Lower clamping unit all the way down and place rst bead
over the rim edge
Raise Clamping Unit All the Way Up
• Tire should stay in place as you raise the clamping unit all the way up.
Inner Bead Mounng
• Push the re on by hand or use front roller to install the rst bead.
Outer Bead Mounng
• Install bead clamp at 6 o’clock.
• Rotate clamping assembly counter-clockwise just past 12
o’clock posion.
• Insert BeadSaver arm between wheel rim and re bead.
With re bar pull re bead on top of Beadsaver arm.
• Move front roller away from the re and then rotate
counter-clockwise unl bead clamp is past the front roller.
• Press re into drop center with front roller and rotate
counter clockwise to nish installing front bead.

Lubricate Properly
• Lube the outside of both beads as well as the inside of the

• Lower clamping unit all the way down and place rst bead
over the rim edge

• Tire should stay in place as you raise the clamping unit all the way up.

• Rotate clockwise and move outside roller in ll it is 2” past
rim edge to assist in keeping re in wheel drop center.
• Rotate clockwise while pushing against re with your hand
unl just past 12 o’clock posion.
• Insert BeadSaver Arm between wheel and re bead.
• Pull bead on top of beadsaver arm with re bar.
• Hook the rim edge with re bar below the roller and push
to keep tracon on rim edge.
• Rotate counter clockwise while keeping pressure on
re bar unl outer bead is installed.

Tire Changer Rules
Do These Always
• Always adhere to company safety rules when operang this machine.
• Always wear eye protecon when operang this machine.
• Always lube every point of the re and wheel that drags on the bead.
• Always let air completely out of re before breaking the bead.
• Always make sure drop center is facing out.
• Always use the Beadsaver Arm when installing a re.
• Always make sure the wheel is clamped rmly with vercal contact on
both sides.
• Always report any bead damage that occurs during the mount or
demount process to your management. This is a denite safety concern.
Never Do These
• Never dismount a re without lubricang rst Never force a re unl it
rips the bead. Never put your ngers between the bead and a roller.
• Never use the Beadsaver Arm without the plasc protecon.
• Never break the bead unl the re is completely deated.
• Never change 10:00-20 on this machine.
• Never change anything other than tubeless over the road truck res on
this machine.
You Must Do This
Machine Prevenve Maintenance
• Your manual includes step by step prevenve maintenance that must be
done weekly and monthly in order to minimize downme and maximize
machine performance and longevity.
BeadSaver Arm Plasc Protecon
• The plasc protecve pad on the end of the BeadSaver Arm is your best
friend and must be replaced when worn. These can be ordered in any
quanty you wish from RAVAmerica.
