(EMC)regulations,tominimizeelectromagneticinterferencebetweenequipmentandminimizethe
effectsuchinterferencecouldhaveontheperformanceofyoursystem

1Flushmounting
Flushmountingprovidesasleekinstallationwheretheproductanddashareflush.Flushmounting
requiresthemountingsurfacetoberebated.
1.Checktheselectedlocationfortheunit.Aclear ,flatareawithsuitableclearancebehindthe
panelisrequired.
2.Beforemodifyingthemountingsurface,refertothedimensionssuppliedinthisdocumentationto
ensurethereisenoughspacefortheunitandallcables.
3.Fixthesuppliedmountingtemplate(87388)totheselectedlocation,usingmaskingorself
adhesivetape.
4.Drill2holesasindicatedonthemountingtemplatetoacceptthelocationlugs.
5.Usingasuitabledrillorsaw,cutoutthecenterhole.
6.UsingaRouter,followtheFlushmountrebateline,tocutoutarebatetothespecifiedrebate
depth,asindicatedonthetemplate.

ForCNCmachiningC ADdataisavailableontheRaymarinewebsite.
7 .Ensurethattheunitfitsintotheremovedareaandthenremoveroughedges.
8.Attachthegaskettotherearofthecardreader.
9.Feedthe1m(3.28ft)cablethroughtheholeandthelockring(ontheothersideofthehole).
ConnectthecabletotheAccessoryconnectionontherearofyourMFD.
10.Insertthecardreaderintothecut-outhole.
11.Securethecardreaderbyscrewingthelockringonuntilthecardreaderisfirmlyinplace.
12.opreventwateringressandconsequentdamagetotheproduct,ensurethatthecardreader
doororcoverisfirmlyclosed.
