the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not
install the Software and promptly return the Software package and other items that are part of this product
in their original package with your payment receipt to your point of purchase for a full refund.
GRANT OF LICENSE. Razer grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use one copy of the
Software on one computer only in conjunction with the Product you have purchased. No other rights are
granted. The Software is in use if it is installed, including but not limited to loaded on the computer's
permanent or temporary memory. For backup purposes only, you may make one copy of the Software for
your own use. You must include on the backup copy all copyright and other notices included in the
Software as supplied by Razer. Installation on a network server for the sole purpose of your internal
distribution of the Software is permitted only if you have purchased the relevant license for each networked
computer to which the Software is distributed.
RESTRICTIONS. Razer retains full ownership of the Software. You shall not directly and/or indirectly
attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, modify or make derivative works from the Software
licensed to you in any way except as allowed by law. You may not transmit the Software over a network
(except as expressly permitted by Razer) or electronically using any means. You may not directly and/or
indirectly transfer the Software except upon a permanent transfer of the enclosed Product provided that all
Software updates are included in the transfer, you do not retain a copy of the Software, and the transferee
agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this license. Upon any violation of any of the provisions
of the Agreement, your rights to use the Software shall automatically terminate and all copies of the
Software must be returned to Razer or destroyed. Razer provides the Software ‘as is’ and makes no
warranties that the use of the Software will not infringe any intellectual property rights (including any other
third party rights). Razer does not make or give any representation warranty or undertaking regarding the
Software or its effectiveness, quality, fitness for any purpose, satisfactory quality or that it is free from any
defect or error. The express terms of this portion are in lieu of all warranties, conditions, undertakings and
obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of
which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
LIMITED TWO (2) YEARS PRODUCT WARRANTY (“Limited Warranty”)
Limited Warranty. Razer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
(subject to the terms and conditions set forth below) for a period of two (2) years from the date of retail
purchase, provided that the Product is used in accordance with all safety and operational procedures and
instructions recommended herein and in the proper manner in which the Product is meant to be used and
with reasonable maintenance.
Exclusions and Limitations. This warranty will not be valid if a claim is made arising from misuse, abuse,
negligence, acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes or other external causes, accidents, unauthorized
commercial use, operation of the Product outside the recommended parameters contained herein,
modification of the Product, use of the Product with defective third party products, failure to follow Product
instructions or improper operation, storage, maintenance or installation. Any repairs or attempted repairs
other than by Razer or someone authorized by Razer shall also invalidate this warranty. The warranty shall
also be invalidated if any serial number or date stamp has been altered, obliterated or removed from this
Product. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, including but not limited to scratches or dents
that would not otherwise affect the Product’s functionality or materially impair your use of the same. Razer
does not make any warranty that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted and error-free. As far as
permitted by applicable law, Razer provides the Product “as is” and without any representations
whatsoever.
Exclusive Remedies. Notwithstanding this, if a defect arises and a claim on the warranty is received by
Razer within the applicable warranty period, Razer will (at its sole option) either (a) repair the Product or the
defective parts at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (b) exchange the Product with a
Product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least
functionally equivalent to the original Product, or (c) refund the purchase price of the Product. Such repairs,
exchanges or refunds as provided herein are your exclusive remedies for the Product. Proof of purchase in
