调试注意事项及要求
1.2.1请按下列调试步骤和指定的测试仪器进行调试，否则将不能调好电视机，为了保证满意
的测试结果，在调试中必须保证所指定的偏压值。
1.2.2调试之前请务必戴好静电手套。
1.2.3本调试说明适用于KDL42XS712AN及其他采用MSD6369平台的KDLxxXSxxxAN系列液晶电
视机。

4.3.2检查功放焊接状况
机芯板通电前请先分别检测功放输出脚对地和12V是否短路。即分别检测L202、L204、
L205、L206和L201对地是否短路，如果短路，请着重检查N202是否焊接不良。

4.3.3确认电视机状态
先将电视机右侧的“电源开关”打置“开”状态，再检查机器待机指示灯是否打开，若灯红
色则为待机状态，若绿色则处于工作状态。

4.3.4检查供电电压是否正常
若待机指示灯未亮时，信号板的电源被开启，由N802产生3.3V电压，N801产生1.2V
电压，N803产生3V3电压，然后N808产生1.5V，N805产生5V，然后N806产生2.5V，N807
产生1.2V，然后N809产生3.3V，V801产生12V电压，以给主板上各部分元件供电。接上电源
后先用万用表检查开机后几项输出电压是否正常。

c)、检查插线XS809的背光控制信号（BKLT_EN）有无高电平（3V以上），若没有，检查前级
是否有虚焊或短路。

d)、检查USB接口供电是否正常。

1）将通用烧录器连接至电脑，按方向和位置示意图装入SOP-8适配器到通用烧录器，将要烧录
的芯片放入适配器中，通用烧录器以BEEPROG为例；
2）运行烧录软件ElnecPg4uw，然后在编程器下拉菜单里选择BeeProg，然后点击连接；
3）选择器件，型号为W25Q16BVSSI；
4）读取要烧录的文件，为mboot.bin；
5）选择烧录，会跳出烧录窗口，选择YES，开始烧录；
6）烧录完会提示“烧录器件OK”，更换芯片，按YES即可烧录下一颗芯片。
