PURPOSE
REAL-EL BLITZ surge protector is designed to protect household applian-
ces and computers. The device falls in surge protective devices of the li-
miting type.

PREPARATION AND
OPERATION
•Connect the surge protector
to 230 V mains.
•Connect required electrical appliance to the surge protector socket. The
load must not exceed 3.6 kW.
•If the mains and filter protection circuit are in normal condition, indicators 
and are active.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•Do not connect simultaneously the load to the surge protector with total
power more than 3.6 kW.
•It is not recommended to connect the surge protector to the nonsinusoidal
voltage sources: UPS, DC-AC inverters etc.

•It is recommended to connect the surge protector to a grounded socket.
•If the protection status indicator is out of order, the surge protector
should be replaced for a new one.
•When signs of failure are found (for example, the output voltage absence
in a socket), mechanical damages, high temperature of the item or the odor,
the item must be disconnected from the wall socket immediately and you
should address to a service center.
•Do not open and never attempt to repair the item by yourself, it should be
repaired by qualified persons only.
