Tools Needed:
Wrenches T1 and T2 (Included with the Hardware Kit)
Philips Screwdriver
Adjustable Wrench or Socket Set is helpful but not required.
Make sure you understand the following tips before you begin to assemble your
basketball shootout.
1.This game ( Mechanical Scoring ) can be played outdoors - but must be stored
indoors.
2.Tighten hardware as instructed.
3.Do not over tighten hardware,as you could crush the tubing.
4.Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product.
5.To prevent damage to the electronics, do not place this unit any closer than six inches
from the wall.

1 pc - P20 Electronic Scoreboard
3 pcs - AA Batteries (not included)
1. Locate four(4) pieces Phillips Head Screws, P20 Electronic Scoreboard from the box.
2. Peel protective coating from P20 Electronic Scoreboard as shown in FIGURE 1.
Note inset, back view. Install 3 "AA" batteries into electronic scorer.
3. Attach P20 Electronic Scoreboard to P16 Backboard using four pieces Phillips Head Screws as
shown in FIGURE 1.

1 pc - P17 Rim Arm
4. Attach P17 Rim to P16 Backboard using H1 Bolts, H5 Flat Washers, P19 Rim Support Plate and
H6 Lock Nuts as shown in FIGURE 2. P19 Rim Support Plate attaches to the back of backboard
as per diagram. Use T1 Allen Wrench and T2 Wrench to tighten H1 Bolts and H6 Lock Nuts.
5. Attach P21 Mechanical Scoring Arm to P16 Backboard using H1 Bolts, H5 Flat Washers and
H6 Lock Nuts as shown in FIGURE 3. Use T1 Allen Wrench and T2 Wrench to tighten H1 Bolts
and H6 Lock Nuts.
Connect P21 Scoring Arm plug to the back side of P20 Electronic Scoreboard as shown.
6. Place P18 Net on P17 Rim as shown in FIGURE 4.

14. Install P13 Front Support Brace and P14 Curved Side Braces to P7 Tubes using H3 Allen Head
Bolts with H5 Flat Washers as shown in FIGURE 7. Do not tighten Bolts.
15. Install P15 Back Bottom Support Tube and another end of P14 Curved Side Braces to P4 Tubes
using H3 Allen Head Bolts, H5 Flat Washers and H6 Lock Nuts as shown in FIGURE 7.
Tighten all Bolts and Nuts.

16. Install P8L (Left) and P8R (Right) Connect Tubes to P7 Tubes using H2 Allen Head Bolts, H5
Flat Washers and H6 Lock Nuts as shown in FIGURE 8.
Note: This is a pivot point. “Snug” tighten H6 Lock Nuts only. Make sure this assembly
pivots freely.
17. Snap P9Base Tube Uprights to P8L and P8R Connect Tubes using spring locks as shown in
FIGURE 8.
18. Snap P23 L-Joint Plastic Parts to P9 Base Tubes using spring locks as shown in FIGURE 8.
19.Snap P10 Front Leg Tubes to P23 L-Joint Plastic Parts using spring locks as shown in FIGURE 8.

20. Slide P22 Ramp Net into P1 Top Tube as shown in FIGURE 10.
21. Attach Backboard assembly to the frame. With the help of another adult, start at top hole, place
a H5 Flat Washer on a H4 Bolt, pass the bolt through P2 Tube and P16 Backboard, place H5
Flat Washer on the bolt and secure with a H6 Lock Nut as shown in FIGURE 10. Repeat for other
side. Do not tighten Bolts.
At each bottom hole of the backboard, repeat the above procedure except bring the ramp up
behind the P5 Tube, slide P15R Tube through sleeve on the back of P22 Ramp Net and attach
with H5 Washer and H6 Lock Nut as shown in FIGURE 10. Tighten all Bolts & Nuts using T1 Allen
Wrench and T2 Wrench.
22. Snap P23 L-Joint Plastic Parts to P11 Front Tube using spring locks as shown in FIGURE 11.

23. Slide P23 L-Joint Plastic Parts and P11 Tube assemble from STEP 22 onto P10 Tubes as shown.
Slide P12 Front Cross Tube through sleeve on the front of the ramp net, attach P12 Tube to
P23 L-Joint Plastic Parts and P10 Tube assemble using H3 Allen Head Bolts, H5 Flat Washers
and H6 Lock Nuts as shown in DETAIL A.
Tighten Bolts and Nuts with T1 Allen Wrench and T2 Wrench.
24. Secure the Velcro Straps (front of the ramp net) around the P23 L-Joint Plastic Part as shown
in FIGURE 12.

Inset 3(three) pieces “AA” batteries at the backside of electronic scoreboard.
Plug the mechanical scoring arm plug into backside of the electronic scoreboard.
Press on/off button at the bottom backside of the electronic scoreboard to play and stop the game.
Each player has 60 seconds to make as many baskets as they can. During the first 45 seconds
each shot counts as 2 points. During the last 15 seconds each shot counts as 3 points.
