General instructions
This document contains
important information and must
be kept for future reference.
Please read thoroughly before
using your CONNECT™ WRAP.
Incorrect use can be dangerous
and result in serious injury or
even death.
There may be slight variations
in the design of your product to
that shown in the images of this
instruction manual.
Only use the CONNECT™ WRAP
for children between 3.2kg – 11kg
(0 – 12 months).

• Do not spot clean.

• Constantly monitor your child
and ensure the mouth and nose
are unobstructed.
• For pre-term, low birthweight
babies and children with medical
conditions, seek advice from a
health professional before
using this product.
• Ensure your child’s chin is not
resting on its chest as its breathing
may be restricted which could
lead to suffocation.
• To prevent hazards from falling
ensure that your child is securely
positioned in the sling.
• Keep one hand on baby
while moving.
• Leaning, bending over, or tripping
can cause baby to fall.
• Awareness of hazards in the
domestic environment e.g. heat
sources, spilling of hot drinks.
WARNINGS
• Only use the product for the
number of children for which the
product is intended.
• Your movement and the child’s
movement may affect your balance.
• Take care when bending and leaning
forwards or sideways.
• The sling is not suitable
for use during sporting activities
e.g. running, cycling, swimming
and skiing.
• The carer should be aware
of the increased risk of your child
falling out of the sling as it becomes
more active.
• Regular inspection of the sling for
any signs of wear and damage.
• Keep this sling away from children
when it is not in use.

Using your
CONNECT™ WRAP
STEP1
Loosen the back straps on
both sides and hold the
wrap in front of you.
STEP2
Place the back straps over
your head with the ‘r’ logo
in the centre of your back
facing outwards. Ensure the
wrap straps are resting over
your shoulders.

STEP3
Cross the wrap straps
over your chest and tuck
them underneath the front
panel, to form a high ‘X’
on your chest.
TIP: The higher the ‘X’,
the higher on your chest
your baby will sit.
STEP4
Tie a knot behind your waist.
STEP5
With your baby facing you,
place them into the crossed
wrap straps, ensuring they fully
cover baby’s bottom and back.
TIP: Position your baby in the
ergonomic M-position, with
their thighs spread and hips
bent so their knees are slightly
higher than their bottom.
STEP6
Tuck baby’s legs through
the front panel as you pull
it up to cover their back.

Tighten and adjust the
back straps by pulling
them away from you.
Wearing Tips
STEP8
Tighten the knot behind
your waist and tie another
knot in front to ensure your
baby is fully secure.
Hide-away Straps
For a neater look,
excess straps can be
tucked into the hide-away
tabs on either side of the
CONNECT™ WRAP.
Front Pockets
You can place your hands
or small essentials inside
the front pocket.

12MonthWarranty
The CONNECT™ WRAP comes
with a 12 Month Warranty to cover
against faults in materials and
workmanship when your products
are used under normal conditions,
according to our user manuals and
technical specifications.
Our goods come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement,
or refund, for a major failure
and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage.
You are also entitled to have the
goods replaced if the goods fail
to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a
major failure.
The 12 Month Warranty period
starts from the date your
product(s) are dispatched from our
warehouse. This includes products
that are purchased via pre-order.
For a claim to be valid, it must be
made within the claims period.
What is covered?
Your 12 Month Warranty covers
manufacturing defects relating to
your baby carrier as listed below:
• All soft good seams,
bindings and zippers.
To the extent permitted by law,
the following are not covered
by warranty:
• Failure or defects resulting
from improper care or use.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products purchased
second hand or from an
unauthorised distributor.
• Fading or discolouration
of fabrics and materials due
to cleaning and or excessive
sun exposure.
• Faulty or incorrect use of the
products by the consumer.
• Any modification or alteration
not conducted or authorised
by Redsbaby.
• Accidental or intentional
damage, abuse or neglect.
• If the batch number label has
been damaged or removed.
• Consumer dissatisfaction with
the product in terms of disliking
the fit, functionality, colour, or
style; and
• When the product has not
been used for normal use
and in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.

Warranty Shipping Information
Repairs and replacements
provided within the claims period
within Australia will be provided
free of charge, including shipping
costs. If you require replacement
parts to be shipped internationally
within the warranty claim period,
Redsbaby will provide the parts
free of charge, however the
customer is responsible for
covering the cost difference
between international shipping
and local shipping, based on the
original order shipping address.
Claim Validity
For your claim to be valid, you
must stop using the product
immediately once you become
aware of a fault or defect, and
contact Redsbaby following
the process outlined to point
out the defect.
You can also call our
Customer Care team on
1300 344 964 for assistance
with your warranty claim.
Visit the Support Centre page on our website,
www.redsbaby.com.au and complete the
‘Warranty Claim’ form.
Please ensure all fields are completed; the more
detailed you are with your description of the
defect, the more quickly we will be able to
replace your product.
Once your form has been submitted, a member of
our Customer Care team will contact you within
seven (7) business days. Depending on the nature
of the claim, we will either provide you with a
replacement part, or product.
