operation of the heater, please read the Installation and Operation Manual carefully.
Any operation not complying with the Instructions may cause personal injury or property damage.

The following reasons are not included in the warranty service:
•The heater has been damaged because of the customer’s incorrect operation, poor storage and
maintenance.
•The heater has been repaired by people not designated by our company.
•The warranty period has expired.
•Proof of purchase is required.
Safety requirements:
In order to avoid any fire, electric shock or injury risk, please read and comply with the following
instructions. Our quality assurance doesn’t cover damage caused by non-compliance with this operation
manual.
1. The appliance must be connected to power with the voltage equivalent to the rated voltage on the
labelof the electrical appliance.
2. Never use the heater near gas, explosives or inflammable goods.
3. Warning: to avoid overheating, clothing, blankets etc are prohibited from covering the heater.
4. When operating the appliance, the surface temperature will increase.
5. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given
supervision or instruction how to use the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
6. Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
7. Do not place the appliance directly beneath a plug or socket.
8. Any faulty appliance should be disconnected immediately and returned to the sales agent.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or qualified
person in order to avoid hazard.
10. Before any maintenance or cleaning of the product is carried out please ensure the applianceis
disconnected from the power.
11. The appliance is not designed to be used in bathrooms, shower rooms or wet areas.
12. Make sure the device is installed horizontally. Angle error is within +/- 5 degrees.
13. The appliance is for indoor use only.

Please check everything is in the package. Please note the parts are in the sides of the
polystyrene packing supports.

•4 x Screw expansions –To be put into the mounting holes

•1 x cardboard wall screw template
Note: Free standing feet & castors are available separately on request.
Installation Location:
1.
This appliance can be wall-mounted or free-standing.
2.
Do not install this product near furniture, curtains or any other appliances.
3.
The installation height needs to be more than 20cm from the floor.

Installation Method
1.
Check the installation accessories according to the attached list.
2.
Select the installation wall according to requirements of installation size.
3.
It is highly recommended that you use a level to ensure the heater sits straight.
4.
A cardboard template has been provided with the heater to guide the
positioning of drill holes.
5.
Mark your drill holes on the wall according to the template hole positions. The
drill size diameter is 8mm x length 40mm.
6.
Remove the template off once the holes are drilled.
7.
If required (No solid back fixing) put the plastic expansion screws provided
into the holes drilled on the wall.
8.
Install the U-shaped brackets onto the wall with the ST5X40 tapping screws
provided.
9.
Align the loop hooks on the back of the heater with the U bracket on the
wall and the heater should now be in the fitted position.
10.
Align the loop hooks to Ubrackets.
11.
Screw the 2 X ST4X10 screws provided to the top of the U bracket to secure.
Plug into the power socket tightly or hardwire into the RCD, now the wall mount installation process is
completed.
On the right-hand side of the heater, locate a black colour power switch, please make sure it’s
ON.

LCD panel description
When the lock symbol is displayed, it indicates that the device is locked. In this state,
all buttons are invalid. To unlock the heater press and hold “-“button & input the 6-
digit pin number (if the 6 digit password set).
When the symbol is blinking, it indicates the heater is searching for WIFI connection.
When the symbol is on all the time, it indicates that the device has been successfully
connected to WIFI APP.
When the symbol light is on, the heater is on the weekly programming model.
If the symbol light is off, the heater is on manual mode.
The heater is operating on timer (manual mode).
Heating status. If both indicators are on, this means the heater will work on its full power
to generate maximum heat. If only the bottom indicator is on, the heater consumes half
of power to maintain the set temperature.
Key function description:
Enter
Press to switch between manual / weekly programming.

Increase the temperature (When it’s on manual mode)

Decrease the temperature (When it’s on manual mode)

Description of how to add the heater to the mobile App
The mobile App is available to download on Apple app store (IOS version) & Google play store
(Android version).
Scan the below QR code to download the correct mobile APP:

Once you have downloaded the mobile app please make sure your mobile device is connected
to the 2.4 GHz WIFI network prior to adding heaters into the mobile app.
1. Registration.
2. Sign In.
Please enter your email address and click on “send
verification code” to get sent the 6-digit verification
code to continue the registration process.
Once you get the verification code, please enter it
in the verification code box and enter your “own
password” to complete the registering process.
Note: Please check your spam folder, if you don’t
receive the verification code within 60 seconds.
Please enter your email and password to sign in.

3. Adding device.
4. Configure the WIFI network.
Important: Your mobile device must be connected to
WIFI connection and it must be 2.4 GHz WIFI connection
prior to following this step.
Your mobile WIFI network name will appear on the screen
therefore you only require entering the WIFI password
and go to the next step.
Please click on “Add”to
add the devices and
follow the instructions.

At this point " " should be flashing.
Once the device is discovered, please click on the little
circle to select the discovered device and press “Next” to
continue the process.
Final step: Feel free to edit & customize the device
details before completing the device adding
process.

How to set the time
If the heater is already connected to the APP, the time of the heater will automatically
synchronize with the phone's time.
Here's how to set the time by pressing the buttons.
1. Press “ ” until “ ” is lit up.
2. Press the “ ” button for 5 seconds to enter the time setting mode. The display shows the
current year“ ”and flashes, and press the “ ” or “ ” button to adjust the current
year.
3. When the year is set, press “ ” button to confirm and the heater will beep, the display
shows“ ”, now the months are flashing, and press “ ” or “ ” button to adjust the
current months, press“ ” button to confirm after setting.
4. The display shows “ ”, now the date are flashing, and press “ ” or “ ” button to
adjust the current date, press“ ” button to confirm after setting.
5. The display shows the current time“ ”. The hour now flashes, and press “ ” or “
” button to adjust the current hour.
6. When the hour is set, press “ ” button to confirm and the heater will beep, the display
shows “ ”. The Minute now flashes, and press “ ” or “ ” button to adjust the
current minute, press “ ” button to confirm after setting.
7. The display shows “ ” (this = Friday). The first digit represents the “current day” and
flashes, and press “ ” or “”button to adjust the current date.
8. (Monday = 1, Tuesday = 2, Wednesday = 3, Thursday = 4, Friday = 5, Saturday = 6, Sunday
= 7)
9. Press “ ”button to confirm after setting, the time of the heater is set up.
Manual Mode
If you wish to continue in manual mode, please press “ ”until””symbol is off on the
display. Then you can set the desired temperature by pressing “ ” or “”buttons. Once
you set the desired temperature, the ““will show on until the room temperature reaches
the set temperature, then the heating element (heating status) will switch off automatically
and will turn on again if the room temperature drops (1 0C) below the set temperature. This
will continue as long as the heater is switched on and it is in manual mode.

On mobile App,
Instruction for set time to turn off function in Manual Mode
This is to be used when you want the heater to automatically turn off at a designated future
time.
*** Please note: if you do not add a heater to the APP, you will need to set up the time to be
able to use this function.
For example: the current time set is 21:00 set 24:00, the heater will turn off after 3 hours.
For example: the current time set is 21:00 set 06:00, the heater will turn off after 9 hours.
When the heater is in manual mode, press the “ ” button for 5 seconds to enter the timing
setting mode. The display will show “ ”. When the hour flashes. Press the “ ” or “
” button to set the hour you want it to turn off.
After the hour is set, press “ ” button to confirm and the heater will beep and the hour
display will show “ ”. Minute flashes, and press the “ ” or “ ” button to set the
minutes, press “ ”button to confirm after setting. At this time, the “ ” light is on. The
display will show the set off time and the current temperature set.
You can set the desired temperature by pressing “+”
or“-“. Also, set a designated time to turn off the
heater automatically by pressing “Appointment
shutdown”.
And you can press the "Mode switching" button to
switch between manual and programming modes

Weekly Programmed mode
The weekly programming only can be set up through your mobile App.
You can set the
temperature/mode for
"unset" time periods.
If you wish to use
the same time
periods and temp.
settings for other
days of the week,
you can use the
“copy” function.
Only 6 time periods can be added per day.

Lock/ Unlock
1. When the user does not set a password through the mobile App, press “ ”button and
hold it for 3-5 seconds to unlock or lock the heater.
2. When the user has set a password through the mobile app, you can lock and unlock it in the
App by holding down the heater icon in the "HOME" screen until "Device lock" selection
appears or you can press “ ”button and hold for 3-5 seconds to lock and unlock the
heater. You will need to enter the password, the screen will show " " and the first
digit represents the “current digit” and flashes. Press the“ ”or“ ”button to set the
current digit and press " " button to confirm. When the screen shows “ ”and
flashes, press the“ ” or “ ”button to set up the current digit, press " " button to
unlock and the “ ” will disappear .
Restore factory settings:
If you wish to reset the heater to factory settings, press power “ ” button to turn off the
heater then press & hold enter “ ” & minus“ ” buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
All the lights on the display screen will flash 2 times and then go out, indicating that the
factory settings are restored successfully.
How to view the current time
Press and hold “” and “ ” simultaneously to view the current time. As soon as you
release the touchpad it will immediately switch to the current ambient temperature.
