operation of the heater, please read the Installation and Operation Manual carefully.
Any operation not complying with the Instructions may cause personal injury or property damage.

The following reasons are not included in the warranty service:
The heater has been damaged because of the customer’s incorrect operation, poor storage and maintenance.
The heater has been repaired by people not designated by our company.
The warranty period has expired.
Proof of purchase is required.
Safety requirements:
To avoid a fire, electric shock or injury risk, please read and comply with the following instructions. Our quality
assurance doesn’t cover damage caused by non-compliance with this operation manual.
1. The appliance must be connected to power with the voltage equivalent to the rated voltage on the label of the
electrical appliance.
2. Never use the heater near gas, explosives or inflammable goods.
3. Warning: to avoid overheating, clothing, blankets etc. are prohibited from covering the heater.
4. When operating the appliance, the surface temperature will increase.
5. The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction how
to use the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
6. Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
7. Do not place the appliance directly beneath a plug or socket.
8. Any faulty appliance should be disconnected immediately and returned to the sales agent.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent or qualified person in
order to avoid hazard.
10. Before any maintenance or cleaning of the product is carried out please ensure the appliances disconnected
from the power.
11. The appliance is not designed to be used in bathrooms, shower rooms or wet areas.
12. Make sure the device is installed horizontally. Angle error is within +/- 5degrees.
13. The appliance is for indoor use only.
14. The power cable can be loaded behind the heater.
The power cable temperature tolerance = 115 Celsius, and the maximum heater surface temperature = 90
Celsius, the power cord Must Not hang over the heater top grill.

Please check everything is in the package. Please note the parts are in the sides of the polystyrene
packing supports.
4 x Tapping screws (ST5X40) – To fix U wall brackets
2 x Tapping screws (ST4X10) – To fix U wall brackets
4 x Screw expansions – To be put into the mounting holes
4 x U wall brackets – To install the heater
1 x cardboard wall screw template
Note: Free standing feet & castors are available separately on request.
Installation Location:
1.
This appliance can be wall-mounted or free-standing.
2.
Do not install this product near furniture, curtains or any other appliances.
3.
The installation height needs to be more than 20cm from the floor.

Installation Method
1.
Check the installation accessories according to the attached list.
2.
Select the installation wall according to requirements of installation size.
3.
It is highly recommended that you use a level to ensure the heater sits straight.
4.
A cardboard template has been provided with the heater to guide the positioning of
drill holes.
5.
Mark your drill holes on the wall according to the template hole positions. The drill
size diameter is 8mm x length40mm.
6.
Remove the template off once the holes are drilled.
7.
If required (No solid back fixing) put the plastic expansion screws provided into the
holes drilled on the wall.
8.
Install the U-shaped brackets onto the wall with the ST5X40 tapping screws provided.
9.
Align the loop hooks on the back of the heater with the U-bracket on the wall
and the heater should now be in the fitted position.
10.
Align the loop hooks to U-brackets.
11.
Screw the 2 X ST4X10 screws provided to the top of the U bracket to secure.
Plug into the power socket tightly or hardwire into power with RCD protection, now the wall mount
installation process is completed.
On the right-hand side of the heater, locate a black colour power switch, please make sure it’s ON.
LCD panel description

When the lock symbol is displayed, it indicates that the device is locked. In this state,
all buttons are invalid. To unlock the heater press and hold “-“button & input the 6-digit
pin number (if the 6 digit password set).
When the symbol is blinking, it indicates the heater searching for WIFI connection.
When the symbol is on all the time, it indicates that the device has been successfully
connected to WIFI APP.
When the symbol light is on, the heater on weekly programming model.
If the symbol light is off, the heater on manual mode.
The heater is operating on timer (manual mode).
Heating status. If both indicators are on, this means the heater work on full power to
generate maximum heat. If only bottom indicator is on, the heater consumes half of
power to maintain the set temperature.
Key function description:
Enter Press to switch between manual / weekly programming.
Plus Increase the temperature (When it’s on manual mode)
Minus Decrease the temperature (When it’s on manual mode)
Power Power ON/ OFF
PLEASE NOTE:

Programming: Can only be done through the mobile app
Manual Mode: On/Off and temperature can be controlled on the heater display.
How to add the heater to the mobile App
The TUYA App is available to download on Apple app store (IOS version) & Google play store
(Android version). Once you downloaded the TUYA app, please make sure your mobile device is
connected to the 2.4GHz WIFI network prior adding heaters into the mobile app.
1. Registration.
Please read the agreement and privacy policy before registration.
2. Choose the option or not as your wish.

3. Follow the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection instructions before adding device.
4. to add the device.
Press the button on the heater to turn on the heater.
Hold the button for 3 seconds to initiate to pare the heater into your network.
At this time, the indicating light on the heater " " should be flashing.

5. Scanning devices
Press add figure on the interface of APP as below to scanning the device automatically.
Once the device is founded, click on the “Add” button, and then fill in your network Password as
below.

6.Final step to finish pare your heater:
To customise the device details, press the icon of heater before complete device adding process.

Also, set a designated time to turn off or turn on the heater automatically in “settings” as below.

Manual Mode (On Heater LCD Display)
If you wish to continue in manual mode, please press “ ”until” ” symbol is off on the display.
Then you can set the desired temperature by pressing “ ” & “ ” buttons. Once you set the
desired temperature, the “ “will show on until the room temperature reaches the set
temperature, then the heating element (heating status) will switch off automatically and will turn
on again if the room temperature drops (1 0C) below the set temperature. This will continue if the
heater is switched on and it is in manual mode.
Lock/ Unlock from display panel
Press and hold the “ ” and “ ”buttons for 3-5 seconds to lock the heater.
The screen will show 4 digits to set " " press the “ ”or“ ”button to set the first
digit, press " " button to move to the second digit and continue until you have set the 4-digit
code. After the fourth digit has been set, press" " button to confirm, the heater is now locked
the “ ” will be displayed.
To Unlock the heater, press and hold the “ ” button for 3-5 seconds, enter the same 4-digit
code you chose in the above section and your heater will now be unlocked.
Restore factory settings:
If you wish to reset the heater to factory settings, press power “ ” button turn off the heater
then press & hold enter “ ” & minus “ ” buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. All the
lights on the display screen will flash 2 times and then go out, indicating that the factory settings
are restored successfully.
How to view the current time
Press and hold “ ” and “ ” simultaneously to view the current time. As soon as you release the
touchpad it will immediately switch to the current ambient temperature.
