1Hinweise zur Betriebsanleitung
Diese Betriebsanleitung ist eine wesentliche Hilfe zur sicheren und einwandfreien Funktion des Speichers. Für Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser
Betriebsanleitung entstehen, übernimmt die Firma Reflex Winkelmann GmbH keine Haftung. Zusätzlich sind die nationalen gesetzlichen Regelungen und
Bestimmungen im Aufstellungsland einzuhalten (Unfallverhütung, Umweltschutz, sicherheits- und fachgerechtes Arbeiten etc.).
2Sicherheit
2.1 Anforderung an das Personal
Die Montage, der Anschluss und die Umbauarbeiten des Speichers sind von einer zugelassenen Fachfirma nach den gültigen nationalen und örtlichen
Vorschriften auszuführen.
2.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Puffer Speicher darf ausschließlich in geschlossenen Heizungs- bzw. Kälteanlagen verwendet werden.
Die bestimmungsmäßige Verwendung beinhaltet folgende Punkte:
-Nur statische und ortsfeste Montage
-Einhaltung der Installations-, Betriebs- und Wartungsbedingungen
-Keine Außenaufstellung
-Die Befüllung der Pufferspeichermuss mit Heizungswasser gemäß VDI-Richtlinie 2035 Blatt 1 und 2 erfolgen.
2.3 Unzulässige Betriebsbedingungen
Der Speicher ist für die folgende Bedingung nicht geeignet:
-Betrieb unterhalb des Taupunktes, da die Dämmung nicht diffusionsdicht ist. In diesem Fall muss der Speicher diffusionsdicht gedämmt
werden.
-Betrieb außerhalb der max. Betriebsbedingungen.
-Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlüsse spannungsfrei montiert werden.
-Treffen Sie geeignete Maßnahmen um Frostschäden zu vermeiden.
3Beschreibung
Der Pufferspeicher dient als Zwischenspeicher für Heizwasser zum Weitertransport an den Heizkreis.
3.1 Identifikation
Angaben zum Hersteller, Baujahr, Herstellnummer sowie die technischen Daten sind dem Typenschild zu entnehmen. Das Typenschild befindet sich am
Speicher oder auf der Dämmung desSpeichers.
3.2 Vorschriften
Bei Installation, Betrieb und Wartung müssen alle gültigen nationalen und örtlichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien eingehalten werden.

WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr durch hohes Gewicht
Die Gefäße haben ein hohes Gewicht. Dadurch besteht die Gefahr von körperlichen Schäden und Unfällen.
• Verwenden Sie für den Transport und für die Montage geeignete Hebezeuge.
VORSICHT
Verbrühungsgefahr
Verbrühungen der Haut und der Augen durch den Austritt von heißem Wasser.
• Tragen Sie die persönliche Schutzausrüstung: Schutzhandschuhe, Schutzkleidung, Schutzbrille.
5.1 Transport
Die Dämmung des Speichers kann für den Transport entfernt werden.
5.2 Aufstellort
Stellen Sie folgende Bedingungen für den Aufstellort sicher:
• Anschlüsse müssen frei zugänglich sein.
• Frostfreiheit muss gewährleistet werden.
• Tragfähiger und waagerechter Untergrund muss vorhanden sein.
5.3 Montage des Speichers
5.3.1 Installation
Entfernen Sie die Außenverpackung und lösen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen der Speicher auf der Palette verschraubt ist. Richten sie den Speicher aus.
WARNUNG
Verletzungsgefahr durch Umkippen des Gerätes
Gefahr von Prellungen oder Quetschungen durch Umkippen des Gerätes
• Stellen Sie eine ausreichende Standfestigkeit des Gerätes sicher.

ACHTUNG
Geräteschaden durch Überhitzung
Die falsche Position des Sicherheitsventils verursacht Schäden an den Anschlüssen der Rohrleitungen.
• Montieren Sie das Sicherheitsventil zwischen Speicher und Rückschlagventil.
• Verschließen Sie nicht die Entlüftung des Sicherheitsventils.
6Inbetriebnahme
Der zuständige Installateur erklärt dem Betreiber die Wirkung und Funktion des Speichers. Er weist auf die regelmäßig notwendige Wartung hin. Davon
sind die Lebensdauer und die Funktion des Speichers abhängig. Bei der Gefahr von Frost und bei der Außerbetriebnahme ist der Speicher zu entleeren.
6.1 Füllen des Speichers
Gehen Sie beim Füllen des Speichers wie folgt vor:
1. Anschluss an das Heizsystem.
2. Füllen des Speichers und der Anlage.
3. Entlüften des Speichers und der Anlage.
4. Überprüfen der Dichtigkeit.
7Außerbetriebnahme
Nehmen Sie den Speicher außer Betrieb, wenn Betriebsstörungen oder Undichtigkeiten auftreten.

8.1 Entleeren
Den Speicher vor einer Wartung, Reparatur und Außerbetriebnahme vom Heizungsnetz trennen und entleeren.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Speicher vom Heizungsnetz trennen
2. Speicher Drucklos machen
3. Speicher entleeren
8.2 Wiederinbetriebnahme
Spülen Sie den Speicher nach einer Reinigung oder nach Wartungsarbeiten gründlich mit Wasser durch. Entlüften Sie die einzelnen Wasserkreisläufe.
9Recycling
Entfernen Sie die Dämmung und entsorgen Sie Dämmung und Stahl-Rohspeicher getrennt.

1 Information concerning the operating manual
This operating manual is an important aid for ensuring the safe and reliable functioning of the tank. Reflex Winkelmann GmbH accepts no liability for any
damage resulting from failure to observe the information in this operating manual. In addition national statutory regulations and provisions in the
country of installation must also be complied with (concerning accident prevention, environment protection, safe and professional work practices, etc.).
2 Safety
2.1 Personnel requirements
The assembly of, connection of and structural alteration work to the tank must be carried out by an authorised specialist company in accordance with all
applicable national and local regulations.
2.2 Intended use
The buffer tank must only be used in closed heating and/or chilling systems.
Intended use comprises the following points:
- Only static and fixed installation
- Adherence to the installation, operating and maintenance conditions
- Not to be installed outside
- Filling of the buffer tank must take place using heating water according to VDI Guideline 2035 Sheet 1 and 2.
2.3 Impermissible operating conditions
The tank is not suitable for the following conditions:
- Operation below the dew point as the insulation is not diffusion-tight. In this case the tank must be insulated so that it is diffusion-tight.
- Operation outside the maximum operating conditions.
- Ensure that the connections are made in a zero-volts state.
- Implement suitable measures to prevent frost damage.
3 Description
The buffer tank acts as an intermediate store for heating water for further transport to the heating circuit.
3.1 Identification
The nameplate provides information on manufacturer, year of manufacture, part number and technical data. The nameplate is located on the tank or the
tank insulation.
3.2 Regulations
All applicable national and local regulations and directives must be adhered to during installation, operation and maintenance.

WARNING
Risk of injury due to heavy weight
The tanks are heavy. Consequently, there is a risk of physical injury and accidents.
• Use suitable lifting equipment for transportation and installation.
CAUTION
Risk of scalding
Scalding of the skin and eyes caused by escaping hot water.
• Wear personal protective equipment: Protective gloves, protective clothing, safety goggles.
5.1 Transport
The tank insulation can be removed for transport.
5.2 Installation location
Ensure the following conditions are fulfilled for the installation location:
• Connections must be freely accessible.
• Freedom from frost must be ensured.
• The ground must be load bearing and horizontal.
5.3 Tank assembly
5.3.1 Installation
Remove the outer packaging and undo the screws with which the tank is screwed to the pallet. Position the tank.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to tipping over of the device
Risk of bruising or crushing caused by tipping over of the device
• Ensure sufficient stability of the device.

5.3.2 Heating system connection
ATTENTION
Device damage from overheating
Incorrect positioning of the safety valve will cause damage to the pipe connections.
• Fit the safety valve between tank and non-return valve.
• Do not close the safety valve vent.
6 Commissioning
The responsible installer must explain to the operator how the tank functions and how it is to be used. He/She must draw attention to maintenance work
that has to be carried out at regular intervals. The service life and correct functioning of the tank are dependent on this. The tank must be emptied if there
is a risk of frost, or prior to its being removed from service.
6.1 Filling the tank
Proceed as follows when filling the tank:
1. Connection to the heating system.
2. Filling of the tank and system.
3. Venting of the tank and system.
4. Checking of the leak-tightness.
7 Removal from service
Remove the tank from service, if malfunctions or leaks occur.

8.1 Draining
Prior to maintenance, repair or removal from service, disconnect the tank from the heat distribution system and drain.
Proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the tank from the heat distribution system
2. Depressurise the tank
3. Drain the tank
8.2 Recommissioning
Rinse the tank thoroughly with water after cleaning or after maintenance. Vent the individual water circuits.
9 Recycling
Remove the insulation and dispose of the insulation and basic steel tank separately.

1 Remarques à propos du mode d’emploi
Le présent mode d’emploi contribue au fonctionnement irréprochable en toute sécurité du réservoir. L’entreprise Reflex Winkelmann GmbH décline toute
responsabilité pour les dommages consécutifs au non-respect du présent mode d’emploi. Observer en outre les réglementations et dispositions
nationales en vigueur dans le pays d’installation (prévention des accidents, protection de l’environnement, sécurité au travail et conformité des travaux,
etc.).
2 Sécurité
2.1 Exigences pour le personnel
Le montage, le raccordement et les travaux de transformation du réservoir doivent être réalisés par une entreprise spécialisée, conformément aux
consignes nationales et locales en vigueur.
2.2 Utilisation conforme
Le ballon tampon doit être utilisé exclusivement sur des installations de chauffage ou de refroidissement fermées.
L’utilisation conforme comprend les points suivants :
- montage uniquement statique et fixe
- respect des conditions d’installation, d’exploitation et de maintenance
- pas de mise en place en extérieur
- Le remplissage du ballon tampon doit se faire avec de l’eau de chauffage conforme à la directive (allemande) VDI 2035, fiches 1 et 2.
2.3 Conditions d'exploitation interdites
Le réservoir ne convient pas aux applications suivantes :
- exploitation en deçà du point de rosée, car l’isolation n’est pas étanche à la diffusion Dans ce cas, le ballon doit être équipé d’une
isolation étanche à la diffusion.
- exploitation en dehors des conditions d’exploitation maximales.
- Veillez à ce que les raccords soient montés sans contrainte.
- Prenez les mesures nécessaires pour éviter les dégâts provoqués par le gel.
3 Description
Le ballon tampon sert à stocker provisoirement l’eau de chauffage qui est ensuite transportée vers le circuit de chauffage.
3.1 Identification
Les informations à propos du fabricant, de l’année de fabrication, du numéro de série ainsi que des caractéristiques techniques sont indiquées sur la
plaque signalétique. La plaque signalétique se trouve sur le ballon ou sur l’isolation du ballon.
3.2 Prescriptions
Lors de l’installation, de l’exploitation et de la maintenance,toutes les prescriptionset réglementations locales etnationales envigueur doivent être respectées.
