Lesen Sie die Sicherheitshinweise und die Betriebsanleitung zu Ihrer
eigenen Sicherheit und zur Sicherheit anderer Personen aufmerksam
und vollständig durch, bevor Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front
elektrisch benutzen.
- Bewahren Sie die Betriebsanleitung auf und halten Sie diese zur
Verfügung.
- Falls Sie die Sicherheitshinweise oder die einzelnen Bedienungsvor-
schriften nicht verstanden haben oder diese für Sie unklar sind,
wenden Sie sich an Ihr REHAU Verkaufsbüro oder Ihren Händler/
Möbelhersteller, bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Verwenden Sie das Produkt ausschließlich bestimmungsgemäß!
Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch wurde für den Einsatz
im Büro entwickelt. Es dient zum stufenlosen motorischen Önen und
Schließen des Schrankes.
Bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um ein komplett vorkonfektioniertes
Hubtürmodul, das zur Montage an einem Schrankkorpus vorgesehen
ist. Die Montage erfolgt durch den Möbelhersteller bzw. Händler.
Die Hubtür wird optional entweder als magnetisches Whiteboard oder
mit einer akustisch wirksamen Front ausgeliefert.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Setzen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch nur im
Inneren von Gebäuden bei Raumtemperatur ein. Das Hubtürmodul ist
nicht zum Einsatz in Feuchträumen geeignet.
Nicht auf dieses Produkt stellen oder setzen. Im montierten Zustand
nicht anlehnen oder abstützen!
Lassen Sie Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt am Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS
front elektrisch, damit diese nicht mit dem Produkt spielen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Personen im Bewegungsbereich
aufhalten, wenn Sie Bewegungen auslösen.
Befestigen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände am Hubtürmodul
RAUWORKS front elektrisch (z.B. Bildschirme) und legen Sie nichts auf
dem Produkt ab. Dies kann die Stabilität des Produktes beeinträchti-
gen. Es kann beschädigt werden oder umkippen. Lose Gegenstände
können herunterfallen.
Nehmen Sie keine eigenständigen Reparaturen am Hubtürmodul
RAUWORKS front elektrisch vor. Wenden Sie sich an den Büromöbel-
hersteller oder den Händler bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben.
Nehmen Sie keine Änderungen am Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front
elektrisch vor.
Betreiben Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist.
Wenn Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch transportieren,
achten Sie immer auf einen festen Gri.
Tragen Sie das Produkt immer mindestens zu zweit oder benutzen Sie
ein geeignetes Transportmittel (z.B. Hubameise).
Ziehen Sie vor jeder Lageänderung des Produktes den Netzstecker.
Verlegen Sie das Netzanschlusskabel immer außerhalb von Verkehrs-
wegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzanschlusskabel nicht
gequetscht oder geknickt wird.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Netzstecker immer zugänglich bleibt.

erhältlich:

Aufbau
Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch besteht aus den
folgenden Elementen:
- Hubtür
- Elektromotorische Hubeinheiten in den beiden Führungen links und rechts
- Bedienelement am rechten Rand der Hubtür
- Schrankkorpus auf dem das Hubtürmodul montiert wurde
- Korpusabdeckung zum Abdecken der Korpussvorderkante
Die Hubsäulen sind auf den Schrankkorpus montiert. Hierauf ist die
Hubtür aufgesteckt. In den Hubsäulen sind die Hubeinheiten mit
Verstellantrieben integriert. Durch Drücken des Bedienelementes fährt
die Hubtür nach oben oder nach unten. Wird das Bedienelement
losgelassen, bleibt die Hubtür in dieser Position stehen. Beim
Herunterfahren ist ein Sicherheitsstopp integriert. Das heißt, es bleibt
ein 25 mm großer Spalt. Erst wenn das Bedienelement erneut betätigt
wird, fährt die Hubtür komplett nach unten.
Fährt die Hubtür gegen ein Hindernis, fährt die Hubtür 50 mm in die
entgegengesetzte Richtung (integrierter Kollisionsschutz).

Vor der Verwendung
Lieferumfang
Das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch wird fertig montiert
geliefert.
Die Montage und der Anschluss werden durch das Fachpersonal des
Möbelherstellers bzw. des Händlers vorgenommen.
Übrig gebliebene Verpackungsmaterialien werden durch den Büro-
möbelhersteller entsorgt.
Produkt kontrollieren
a. Überprüfen Sie, ob das Produkt beschädigt ist.
Ist das Produkt beschädigt, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihr REHAU
Verkaufsbüro.
b. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Netzstecker immer erreichbar ist.
Anschließen
Schließen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch (Standard
230 V AC, 50-60 Hz; optional: 120 V AC, 60 Hz) an die Stromversor-
gung an. Stecken Sie dazu den Netzstecker (ggf. mit einem geeigne-
ten Adapter) in die Steckdose. Das Produkt ist nun betriebsbereit.
Warnung!
Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Kabel geknickt oder gequetscht werden.
Es besteht die Gefahr, dass die Kabel beschädigt werden.
Verlegen Sie die Kabel nicht in Verkehrswegen. Die Kabel können
beschädigt werden oder es können Personen stolpern.

Verwenden
RAUWORKS front elektrisch nach oben fahren
a. Drücken Sie auf den oberen Pfeil am Bedienelement und halten
Sie ihn gedrückt, um das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front
elektrisch nach oben zu verfahren.
Die Hubtür verfährt bis zur Endposition.
RAUWORKS front elektrisch absenken
b. Drücken Sie auf den unteren Pfeil, um das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS
front elektrisch nach unten zu verfahren. Die Hubtür fährt nach
unten, solange Sie auf das Bedienelement drücken. Bei einem
Spalt von 25 mm bleibt die Hubtür stehen, um das Einklemmen
oder Quetschen von Körperteilen zu vermeiden. Erst wenn Sie
noch einmal auf den unteren Pfeil drücken und diesen gedrückt
halten, fährt die Hubtür mit reduzierter Geschwindigkeit ganz
herunter.

Vorsicht!
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich niemand im Verfahrbereich des Hubtür-
moduls aufhält (sich z.B. in den Schrank beugt), wenn Sie die Hubtür
verfahren.
Es besteht die Gefahr, dass Personen gestoßen werden oder dass
Gliedmaßen gequetscht werden.
Stützen Sie sich nicht auf dem Hubtürmodul ab und befestigen Sie
keine schweren Gegenstände an der Hubtür.
Die Stabilität des Hubtürmoduls RAUWORKS front elektrisch kann
beeinträchtigt werden und das Produkt kann beschädigt werden oder
umstürzen.

Reinigung
Reinigen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch nach
Bedarf, wenn es verschmutzt ist.
Verwenden Sie für:
- Den Rahmen und das Whiteboard (Option) ein feuchtes Tuch und
übliche Haushaltsreiniger
- Den Sto ein feuchtes Tuch oder zur Möbelreinigung geeigneten
Polsterschaum.
Gefahr!
Das Produkt darf nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl gereinigt werden.
Es besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages und dass das
Produkt beschädigt wird. Geräteoberflächen dürfen nur mit einem
feuchten Lappen gereinigt werden.
Verwenden Sie keine stark alkalischen oder sauren Reinigungsmittel.
Das Produkt kann dadurch beschädigt werden.
Wartung
Das Produkt ist wartungsfrei.
Die Höhenverstellung des Hubtürmoduls RAUWORKS front erfolgt
mittels Funkübertragung (eine langlebige Batterie ist im Lieferumfang
inklusive).
Bei einem anstehenden Batteriewechsel wenden Sie sich an den
Büromöbelhersteller oder den Händler, bei dem Sie das Produkt
erworben haben.
Störungsbeseitigung und Reparatur
Sollte aufgrund einer Störung, z.B. durch Auahren auf ein Hindernis,
die Hubtür nicht mehr in Ihre Endposition fahren, so kann eine
Initialisierung durchgeführt werden.
In diesem Fall die Tür durch Betätigen der unteren Pfeiltaste bis ganz
nach unten fahren. Hierzu muss der eingestellte Sicherheitsstopp
überwunden werden, d.h. nach Erreichen des Vorstopps muss die
Abwärtstaste ein zweites Mal betätigt werden, damit das Hubtürmodul
mit reduzierter Antriebsgeschwindigkeit ganz nach unten fährt. Wenn
die Tür in der untersten Position ist, die untere Pfeiltaste erneut
drücken und für 10 sec. halten. Danach ist die Initialisierung abge-
schlossen und die Tür kann wie gewohnt genutzt werden.
Wenn die Taste losgelassen wird, bevor der Vorgang komplett
abgeschlossen ist, wird die Initialisierung unterbrochen und muss neu
gestartet werden. Bei einer abgebrochenen Initialisierung ist keine
Aufwärtsfahrt des Hubtürmoduls möglich.
Sollten Sie Schäden am Produkt feststellen oder das Hubtürmodul
nicht mehr korrekt funktionieren (trotz erneuter Initialisierung), wenden
Sie sich an den Büromöbelhersteller oder den Händler, bei dem Sie
das Produkt erworben haben.
Betreiben Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist.
Warnung!
Nehmen Sie keine eigenständigen Reparaturen oder Änderungen am
Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch vor. Durch eigenmächtig
vorgenommene Reparaturen oder Änderungen am Produkt können
nicht kalkulierbare Risiken entstehen.
Entsorgung
Entsorgen Sie das Hubtürmodul RAUWORKS front elektrisch über den
Möbelhersteller bzw. Händler bei dem Sie das Produkt erworben
haben oder über eine Recyclingfirma.
Das Produkt ist sortenrein getrennt zu entsorgen (Elektrik, Aluminium,
Holz, Bezugsstoe, Batterien).

- Keep the operating instructions safe and have them available.
- If you have not understood the safety instructions or the individual
operating instructions or find them unclear, please contact your
REHAU sales oce or the distributor / furniture manufacturer from
which you purchased the product.
Use in line with specification:
Only use the product in accordance with the specifications!
The RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module was developed
especially for use in the oce. It facilitates the continuous opening
and closing of the cabinet using a motor.
The product is a complete pre-fabricated lifting door module that is
designed for assembly to a cabinet carcass. Assembly is completed by
the furniture manufacturer or distributor.
The lifting door module is supplied with an optional magnetic
whiteboard or with an acoustically-eective front.
General safety information:
Only use the RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module indoors at
room temperature. The lifting door module is not suitable for use in
damp conditions.
Do not stand or sit on this product. Do not lean against or prop up the
product in the assembled condition!
Do not leave children unattended with the RAUWORKS front electric
lifting door module.
Please ensure that nobody is in the area of movement when you
initiate movement.
Do not fix any heavy objects to the RAUWORKS front electric lifting
door module (e.g. computer screens) and do not lay anything on the
product. This may impair the stability of the product. It may be
damaged or fall over. Loose objects can fall o.
Do not carry out any repairs to the RAUWORKS front electric lifting
door module yourself. Please contact the oce furniture manufacturer
or the distributor from which you purchased the product to do this.
Do not carry out any modifications to the RAUWORKS front electric
lifting door module yourself.
Do not operate the product if it is damaged.
If you move the RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module, always
ensure that you have a firm grip.
Always use at least two people to carry the product or use a suitable
means of transport (e.g. pallet truck).
Remove the product from the power supply every time before moving it.
Always ensure that the power cable is kept out of passageways.
Ensure that the power cable is not squashed or kinked.
Ensure that the plug always remains accessible.

Composition
The RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module consists of the
following elements:
- Lifting door
- Electric motor-operated lifting units in both guides left and right
- Control element on the right edge of the lifting door
- Cabinet carcass to which the lifting door module has been fitted
- Carcass cover to cover the front edge of the carcass
The lifting columns are fitted to the cabinet carcass. The lifting door is
attached to this. The lifting units with actuators are integrated into the
lifting columns. Pressing the control element moves the lifting door up
or down. When the control element is released, the lifting door
remains in this position. There is an integrated safety stop for moving
the lifting door down. This means there is always a gap of 25 mm.
The lifting door will only continue all the way down when the control
element is pressed again.
If the lifting door comes up against an obstacle, the lifting door travels
50 mm in the opposite direction (integrated anti-collision device).

Scope of delivery
The RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module is supplied fitted.
The assembly and connection is carried out by specialist personnel
from the furniture manufacturer or the distributor.
Any leftover packaging materials are disposed of by the oce furniture
manufacturer.
Checking the product
a. Check the product for any damage. If the product is damaged
please contact your REHAU sales oce.
b. Ensure that the plug always remains accessible.
Connection to the power supply
Connect the RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module (standard
230 V AC, 50-60 Hz; optional: 120 V AC, 60 Hz) to the power supply.
Insert the plug (with a suitable adapter if necessary) into the socket.
The product is now ready to use.
Warning!
Ensure that no cables are kinked or squashed. Do not lay cables in
passageways. The cables could be damaged or people could trip over
them.

Moving the RAUWORKS front electric up
a. Press the up arrow on the control element and hold it down to lift
the RAUWORKS front electric lifting module up.
The lifting door will travel to the end position.
Moving the RAUWORKS front electric down
b. Press the down arrow to move the RAUWORKS front electric lifting
module down. The lifting door will move down for as long as you
press the control element. The lifting door stops with a gap of 25 mm
to avoid body parts being trapped or squashed. The lifting door will
only continue all the way down at a reduced speed when the down
arrow is pressed again and held down.

Ensure that there are no persons in the traverse path of the lifting door
module (e.g. bent into the cabinet) when moving the lifting door.
There is a risk that persons will be hit or limbs crushed.
Do not lean against the lifting door module and do not fix any heavy
objects to the lifting door.
The stability of the RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module may
be impaired and the product may be damaged or fall over.

Cleaning
Clean the RAUWORKS front electric lifting door as required, when it is
dirty.
For the
- Frame and the Whiteboard (option) use a damp cloth and convent-
ional household cleaner
- Fabric a damp cloth or an upholstery foam suitable for cleaning
furniture.
Danger!
The product must not be cleaned with a water jet. There is a risk of an
electric shock and that the product will be damaged. The surface must
only be cleaned using a damp cloth.
Do not use any strong alkali or acidic cleaning agents. The product
may be damaged as a result of this.
Maintenance
The product is maintenance-free.
The height adjustment of the RAUWORKS front lifting door module is
carried out by radio transmission (a long-life battery is included in the
scope of supply).
If a battery change is due, please contact the furniture manufacturer
or the distributor from which you purchased the product.
Troubleshooting and repair
If due to a disruption, e.g. encountering an obstacle, the lifting door
can no longer continue to its end position, initialisation can be carried
out.
In this case, take the door all the way down by pressing the down
arrow button. To do this, the preset safety stop must be overridden,
i.e. once the pre-stop is reached the down button must be pressed a
second time, so that the lifting door module continues all the way
down at a reduced speed. Once the door is in the lowest position,
press the down button again and hold for 10 secs. This completes the
initialisation and the door can be used as normal.
If the button is released before the process is finally complete, the
initialisation is interrupted and must be started again. In the case of
an interrupted initialisation it is not possible to move the lifting door
module up.
If you discover damage to the product or the lifting door module no
longer works correctly (in spite of initialising it again), contact the
oce furniture manufacturer or the distributor from which you
purchased the product.
Do not operate the product if it is damaged.
Warning!
Do not carry out any repairs or modifications to the RAUWORKS front
electric lifting door module yourself. Unauthorised repairs or modificat-
ions to the product may result in incalculable risks.
Disposal
Dispose of the RAUWORKS front electric lifting door module via the
furniture manufacturer or the distributor from which you purchased the
product or a recycling company.
The product is to be disposed of separated and sorted (electrics,
aluminium, wood, fabric, batteries).

La façade mobile RAUWORKS front électrique a été développée pour
l’utilisation dans des bureaux. Elle sert à l’ouverture et à la fermeture
motorisée de l’armoire.
Ce produit pré-confectionné est un module complet de façade mobile,
destiné à être installé dans un caisson d’armoire. Le montage est
réalisé par le fabricant de meubles ou par le revendeur.
L’élément de façade est fourni en deux options : tableau blanc
magnétique ou façade à absorption acoustique.
Consignes générales de sécurité :
La façade mobile RAUWORKS front électrique est réservée à une
utilisation en intérieur dans des conditions de température ambiante.
La façade mobile n’est pas adaptée à une utilisation dans des pièces
humides.
Ne pas monter ou s’assoir sur ce produit. Ne pas s’appuyer ou
s’adosser au produit monté !
Ne pas laisser des enfants sans surveillance à proximité d’une façade
mobile RAUWORKS front électrique afin qu’ils ne jouent pas avec le
produit.
Veiller à ne manœuvrer la façade mobile que lorsque personne ne se
trouve dans la zone de mouvement.
N’accrocher aucun objet lourd à la façade mobile RAUWORKS front
électrique (ex : écrans) et ne déposer rien sur le produit. Cela peut

Composition
La façade mobile RAUWORKS front électrique est composée des
éléments suivants :
- Elément de façade mobile
- Unités de levage électrique dans chacune des deux guides à gauche
et à droite
- Elément de commande sur le bord droit de l’élément de façade mobile
- Caisson de meuble sur lequel la façade mobile a été montée
- Cache pour obturer le chant avant du caisson
Les unités de levage sont montées sur le caisson du meuble. Elles
sont coiées par l’élément de façade mobile. Les unités de levage
intègrent les vérins de levage à moteur électrique. L’élément de
commande actionne la montée et la descente de l’élément de façade.
En relâchant le bouton de commande, l’élément de façade s’arrête
dans la position acquise. Le mouvement de descente comporte un
arrêt de sécurité laissant un espace d’environ 25 mm. Ce n’est qu’en
actionnant à nouveau la commande que l’élément de façade se
fermera entièrement.
Si l’élément de façade rencontre un obstacle, il repart en sens inverse
sur 50 mm (protection anticollision intégrée).

Matériel fourni
La façade mobile RAUWORKS est livrée entièrement montée.
Le montage et le branchement sont eectués par le personnel
spécialisé du fabricant de meuble ou du revendeur.
L’emballage résiduel est débarrassé par le fabricant de meuble.
Contrôler le produit
a. Vérifiez que le produit n’a pas été endommagé.
Si tel est le cas, veuillez vous adresser à votre agence commer-
ciale REHAU.
b. Veillez à ce que la prise de raccordement au réseau soit toujours
accessible.
Etablir les connexions
Raccordez la façade mobile RAUWORKS front (standard : 230 V AC
50-60 Hz ; en option : 120 V AC, 60 Hz) au réseau électrique.
Branchez la fiche (le cas échéant avec un adaptateur adéquat) dans la
prise. Le produit est maintenant prêt à l’emploi.
Attention
Veillez à ce qu’aucun câble ne soit plié ou écrasé. Ceci pourrait
entraîner une détérioration des câbles.
Ne faites pas courir les câbles dans les zones de passage. Il y a là
encore un risque de détérioration des câbles ou de trébuchement des
personnes.

Faire monter l’élément RAUWORKS front électrique
a. Appuyez sur la flèche supérieure de l’élément de commande et
maintenez-la appuyée pour faire monter la façade mobile
RAUWORKS front électrique.
L’élément de façade monte jusqu’à sa position finale.
Baisser l’élément RAUWORKS front électrique
b. Appuyez sur la flèche inférieure de l’élément de commande pour faire
descendre la façade mobile RAUWORKS front électrique. Le mouve-
ment continue tant que vous appuyez sur l’élément de commande.
L’élément mobile s’immobilise en laissant un espace de 25 mm pour
éviter le coincement de membres. Ce n’est qu’en appuyant une
nouvelle fois sur la flèche inférieure et en la maintenant appuyé que la
façade se fermera entièrement, à vitesse réduite.

dans la zone de manœuvre de l’élément (quelqu’un qui par ex. se
pencherait vers l’armoire).
Ces personnes risquent d’être bousculées ou d’avoir un membre
coincé.
Ne vous appuyez pas sur la façade mobile et n’accrochez aucun objet
lourd à l’élément de façade.
Ceci peut aecter la stabilité de la façade mobile RAUWORKS front
électrique et endommager le produit, voire le faire basculer.

Nettoyage
Nettoyez la façade mobile RAUWORKS front électrique suivant les
besoins.
En utilisant pour le
- Cadre et le tableau blanc (option) un chion humide et un nettoyant
domestique courant
- Tissu un chion humide ou une mousse de nettoyage adaptée au
nettoyage des meubles
Danger !
Le produit ne doit pas être trempé dans l’eau ni nettoyé au jet car ceci
peut entraîner un court circuit causant des dommages au produit. La
surface des appareils ne peut être nettoyée qu’avec un chion
humide.
N’utilisez pas de nettoyants fortement alcalinisés ou acides ce qui
pourrait détériorer le produit.
Maintenance
Le produit ne nécessite aucune maintenance.
Le réglage de la hauteur de la façade mobile RAUWORKS front
s’eectue par onde radio (une batterie longue durée est comprise
dans la fourniture).
Si vous avez à changer la batterie, veuillez vous adresser au fabricant
ou au revendeur de meubles de bureaux auprès duquel vous avez
eectué votre achat.
Incidents et réparation
Si par suite d’un incident, par exemple après avoir buté contre un
obstacle, l’élément de façade devait ne plus atteindre sa position
ultime, vous pouvez le réinitialiser.
Si c’est le cas, abaissez entièrement la porte en actionnant la flèche
inférieure. Vous devez pour cela dépasser l’arrêt de sécurité qui a été
paramétré, c’est-à-dire dès que l’arrêt anticipé a été atteint, actionnez
une seconde fois la flèche inférieure afin que l’élément de façade
arrive en bout de course à vitesse réduite. Appuyez maintenant une
nouvelle fois sur la flèche de descente et maintenez-la appuyée
pendant 10 secondes. L’initialisation est désormais terminée, vous
pouvez utiliser la façade comme avant.
Le fait de relâcher la touche avant l’achèvement complet du processus
interrompt l’initialisation qu’il faut alors relancer. Une initialisation
interrompue empêche le mouvement de remontée de l’élément de
façade mobile.
Si vous constatez un défaut sur le produit ou si l’élément de façade ne
devait plus fonctionner correctement, veuillez vous adresser au
fabricant ou au revendeur de meubles de bureaux auprès duquel vous
avez eectué votre achat.
Ne pas utiliser le produit lorsque celui-ci est endommagé.
Attention !
Ne réalisez pas par vous-même des réparations sur la façade mobile
RAUWORKS front électrique. Les réparations ou modifications
eectuées par vous-même sur le produit sont susceptibles de générer
des risques incalculables.
Traitement des déchets
L’élimination des éléments de façade RAUWORKS front est à confier
