Copying Files To and From Storage Media
(continued)
**Note** Coping large files using the MP – 1000 Multimedia Player may
take a long time. It is recommended to use a computer when copying large
media files.
Auxiliary Input
The MP – 1000 is also equipped with an auxiliary composite video and audio

Multimedia Player and displayed on the monitors.
•Press the Multimedia’s “Priority Video” button and ensure that the
player switches and that the priority file is displayed on the monitors
(the video should return to the auxiliary device once the priority file

Copying Files To and From Storage Media
(continued)
**Note** Coping large files using the MP – 1000 Multimedia Player may
take a long time. It is recommended to use a computer when copying large
media files.
Auxiliary Input
The MP – 1000 is also equipped with an auxiliary composite video and audio
input. This input allows the Multimedia Player to be used with existing video
and audio entertainment devices. The auxiliary input will pass through the
Multimedia Player and out of the players, component output. When the onboard
or optional external “Priority Video” buttons are pressed, the unit will then
override the auxiliarys’ video and audio; the player will then output the priority
media file. Once the priority file has concluded that player will then return to the
auxiliary input. To use the auxiliary input follow these steps.
•Ensure MP – 1000 “AUX VIDEO” switch is in the “ON” position.
•Connect the auxiliary device to the Multimedia’s input and the
Multimedia’s output to the monitors or entertainment system inputs.
•Power up both units and ensure auxiliary video is passed through the
Multimedia Player and displayed on the monitors.
•Press the Multimedia’s “Priority Video” button and ensure that the
player switches and that the priority file is displayed on the monitors
(the video should return to the auxiliary device once the priority file
has concluded).
