STEP 3
Attach ottoman post (G) to ottoman cushion (F) using four
screws (6) and allen wrench (2) as shown.
Insert ottoman post (G) into ottoman base (H). NOTE:
Ottoman is for feet only. DO NOT use ottoman as a chair.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION (60-4200)
DO NOT TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED
STEP 1
Attach the left and right armrests (A) to frame (C) using two screws (4) and allen wrench (2) as shown. NOTE: You may find
it easier to proceed to STEP 2 now before connecting the back cushion as described below.
Connect the back cushion (B) to the frame (C) using two screws (5) and allen wrench (1) as shown.
Carefully align back cushion (B) with seat cushion / frame (C) and secure with two screws (7), two nuts (8) and wrenches
(1 and 3). NOTE: You may find it helpful to have another person assist with the alignment.
STEP 2
Insert axle tree (D) into chair base (E) as shown.
Place chair frame (C) onto the axle tree (D). NOTE: Make sure
the axle tree fits completely into the hole in chair frame.

STEP 4
Connect the controller (I) to the large connector plug on back of cushion (B).
Connect male end of power adapter (J) to the hex-head female connector plug on back cushion (B).
Connect the two round males plugs from the back cushion to the two round female plugs from the seat cushion as shown
(white to white, black to black).
STEP 5
If you would like to use the ottoman massage, simply connect the cords from underneath the front of seat cushion to the
ottoman cushion.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
MASSAGE CONTROLLER
1. TIME INDICATOR displays number of minutes
remaining for massage
2. AUTO INDICATOR shows if “AUTO” is activated
3. BODY ZONE INDICATOR lights show which body
zones are being massaged
4. HEAT INDICATOR shows if heat treatment in lumbar
area is activated
5. MODE BUTTON (up) scrolls through the 10 pre-
programmed massage modes
6. POSITION BUTTON allows user to select the desired
body area
7. ON/OFF BUTTON powers the chair on or off
8. HEAT BUTTON activates heat treatment in lumbar
area
9. INTENSITY BUTTON allows user to select intensity
levels. Continue pressing to reach desired intensity
level.
10. AUTO BUTTON will automatically cycle through all 10
pre-programmed modes one after another
11. MODE BUTTON (down) scrolls through the 10 pre-
programmed massage modes
12. TIME BUTTON allows user to add minutes to the
remaining massage (DO NOT use for for than 30
minutes)
13. INTENSITY INDICATOR shows current intensity level
• DO NOT stand on the chair. DO NOT use the chair as
a stepladder.
• Use this product for seating one person at a time.
• DO NOT use this chair unless all bolts and screws are
firmly secured.
• ONLY use the power adaptor included with the chair
from the factory.
• ALWAYS unplug the massage chair from the
power source after using and before cleaning as a
precaution.
• This appliance should not be left unattended when
plugged in. Unplug from power source when adding
or removing attachments.
• If you have any health concerns regarding use of a
massage chair, please contact your doctor.
• Store the chair in a cool, dry area for long term
storage.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent
puncturing the fabric.
• Every 4 months, check all bolts and screws to ensure
they are tight.
• To clean, disconnect from power source. Use a damp
towel and mild cleaner.
• DO NOT submerge unit in liquids.
• Chair weight limit not to exceed 225 lbs.

Comfort Products warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. This warranty is made by Comfort
Products only to the original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Comfort Products’ authorized dealers as shown by the
original sales receipt. The end-user customer remedy pursuant to this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts at Comfort Products’
option within a reasonable amount of time. Comfort Products reserves the right to require damaged parts to be returned to Comfort Products
upon request. Natural markings such as scars, brands, grain, variations, wrinkles, color variations, etc. will be considered normal characteristics,
and not construed as defects. Comfort Products cannot warrant leather against scratching or scuffing, as all leather is subject to blemishes with
use. Consent from Comfort Products must be obtained before any warranty work is performed. This warranty shall not apply to any products
which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, or “accident”, shipping damage or product use and installation
other than in accordance with written instructions or warnings. It will also not apply when a product has been modified or altered, repaired,
refurbished by someone other than Comfort Products or because of natural variations over which Comfort Products has no control. When
repairing or replacing a defective product, Comfort Products does not guarantee matching color, grain, texture or dye lots. This warranty does
not cover the cost of transportation or labor. In no event shall Comfort Products be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special,
incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. This Limited Warranty is NOT applicable to end-user customers who use Comfort Products
for rental purposes. This warranty applies only to end-user customers in the United States. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser
for normal use which is defined as a standard work week of 40 hours by a person weighing 225 lbs. or less (unless otherwise specified). For
