ATTENTION
While it is unlikely that a massager will help with chronic pain, it can have some
therapeuc effect on your body when used correctly. However, used in excess or
inappropriately it can cause injury. Repeated pressure or vibraon in the same
area can cause soreness or even more severe muscle damage. Electronic
massagers should be used in moderaon, and should not be used for long periods
of me. However, if you follow a few simple rules your experience with your new
massager can be safe and relaxing.
Please read all the safety instrucons and warnings in our manual before using this
product.
• First me users should limit their first session to 5 minutes or less, to allow
your body to adjust to the experience.
• Never sleep with a massager on. When you sleep, your sensivity to pain
decreases and you could be severely injured before you wake up.
• To avoid pinching, do not lean on the back massage mechanism in the cushion
when adjusng your body posion.
• DO NOT use spot Shiatsu with heat for the back in one area for more than 3
minutes.
• Only gentle force should be exerted against the unit in order to eliminate risk
of injury.
• You may soen the massage pressure by placing a towel between yourself
and the unit.

SETUP
1. Place the massager on a chair and secure it by fastening the elasc straps
around the back of the chair.
2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the cushion.
3. Plug the adapter into an outlet.
4. Turn on the device using the controller (instrucons on page 5).
5. When finished place the controller in the pouch aached to the seat cushion.
6. Remove the adapter from the outlet when not in use.
• Do not setup or use the massager in a bathroom or similary wet/damp areas as
such an environment may reduce the lifespan of the massager mechanism.
• Ensure the massager is not exposed to direct sunlight or placed near sources of
heat.
• Do not use the product on any wooden surfaces as the zipper may scratch the
surface.
Note: This product produces a warming heat. It is not intended to be used for
therapeuc heang. Please allow a few minutes to reach maximum temperature.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - READ BEFORE OPERATING
1. This product is not intended for medical use, nor shall it be used as a substute
for medical aenon. The product is solely intended to provide a back massage.
2. This product is not to be used by children or invalids without adequate adult
supervision.
3. Consult your doctor prior to using this product if:
- you are pregnant
- you are fied with a cardiac pacemaker, implant or other aid
- you are suffering from diabetes
- you have a circulatory disorder
- you have any concerns regarding your health
4. Do not use if you have skin disorders or open wounds.
5. Do not use on swollen or inflamed areas.
6. Do not use in bed, or while you sleep.
7. Disconnue use immediately should you feel any discomfort or pain.
8. Never leave the product unaended, especially if children are present.
9. Do not use near open flames.
10. Never cover the product when it is in operaon.
11. The massager will switch off automacally aer 15 minutes. Please rest the
unit for 15 minutes before using it again. Extensive use could lead to excessive
heang, wear and tear and shortened life of the product.
12. The device has an overheang protecon system. If device fails to start, please
allow 15-30 minutes for it to cool down before restarng.
13. Remove adapter from socket when not in use.
14. To minimize risks of electric shock, do not use on wet skin.
15. Keep product away from moisture. Do not use if the product or any of its
components or accessories are damp or wet.
16. Always keep the machine clean; do not apply loons, creams, etc. on your skin
prior or during use.
17. This product is intended for indoor use only.
18. Do not aempt to dismantle or repair the product.
19. Store in a safe storage area. Never aempt to use if the massager vest or the
electric cord might have been damaged during storage.
Failure to observe the above instrucons may constute misuse of the product
and can cause serious injury or burns.

Massage Area Buons:
Select full, upper, or
lower back to designate
the area covered by the
massage.
Rolling Buon:
In this mode the massagers
move up and down the
back but do not rotate.
NOTE: Connuing to press
and release the rolling buon
will move the massage heads
closer or farther apart.
Spot Buon:
While in shiatsu mode, press
to keep the massagers in one
place (while sll rotang). Use
the arrow buons to adjust
the posion up or down.
Neck Heat Buon:
Press to acvate heat in the
neck area. The heat cannot
be turned on if the neck
massage funcon is not
acvated.
Heat Buon:
Press to acvate heat in the
back area. The heat cannot
be turned on if the back
massage funcon is not
acvated.
Shiatsu Buon:
Press to turn the shiatsu
funcon on/off.
Vibraon Buon:
Press to acvate the seat
vibraon. Press again to
change from low to high
and a third me to shut
off.
Timer Buon:
Press to set the massage me
at 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
Neck Buon:
Press to acvate neck
massage. Press again to
reverse the rotaon and
a third me to shut off.
Use the arrow buons to
adjust the posion up or
down.
CONTROLLER INSTRUCTIONS
Power Buon:
Press to turn the device on and off.

NOTE: When ON/OFF buon is pressed for first-me use, the massage mechanism will
automacally move to the lowest posion before starng a massage program. The
massage mechanism will always return to this lowest posion aer the device has
been turned off (during this L.E.D. lights will blink). If electrical supply is interrupted,
the mechanism will revert to the lowest posion when power is restored.

CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Massage heads rotating at
reduced speed.
The load on the massage heads is excessive. Reduce
load and try again.
Massage heads only rotate in
the upper or lower region.
The massage has been activated for the upper or
lower back region. Press the 'Full Back' button to
change regions.
Device switches off suddenly Device may have been in use for 15mins. Auto-shut-
off function activated. Continue using by pressing the
‘On’ button after resting the unit for 15mins.
Over-heat protection function activated. Device is
switched off for your safety. Please rest device for 15-
30mins before restarting.
Device fail to start Check if device has been used for more than 15mins.
If so, let device rest for 15mins before continuing.
Device may require longer time to cool in warmer
environments.
Check if adapter is plugged into socket.
Check if adapter output is connected to device
power inlet wire.
Jerky motion of massage heads /
Vibrations from device
Excessive pressure may have been applied onto the
device. Reduce the load and try again.
Infra-red lights are on but no
motion from massage heads
Device may be jammed. Remove pressure / load
from the device and press the 'Full Back' button to try
again.

1. Do not wash in washing machine or immerse the product or the adapter in water.
2. Always switch off before cleaning and remove the adapter from the socket with
clean, dry hands.
3. The massager should be wiped with a slightly moist cloth and dried thoroughly. Do
not wipe the product with alcohol or harsh chemicals such as thinner or bleach.
4. Do not overstretch the elasc back straps.
5. Keep away from heat, fire or exposure to direct sunlight.
6. Do not apply excessive pressure or impact onto massager/massage heads.
Applicaon of a direct force in excess of 110 lbs. may damage your massager and
invalidate your warranty. Refrain from over usage of the device.
7. Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
8. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the
fabric surface.
9. The cover for the neck massager can be removed and washed.

original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Comfort Product’s
