Nos produits sont tous fabriqués avec des matières de premières qualités
pour garantir un parfait fonctionnement, une haute qualité et une longévité à notre
robinetterie.
Une installation correcte liée à un bon entretien vous assureront une meilleure
durée de vie de votre matériel.
Tous les mitigeurs REMER RUBINETTERIE sont fabriqués selon la norme européenne
UNI EN 817, UNI EN 816 e UNI EN 1111, sont testés à 100% en air et en eau à 4 bars.
Les mélangeurs sont également conçus selon les règles européennes UNI EN 817.
Les modèles avec inverseur sont testés à 100% en air, ceux sans inverseur sont testés
avec une pression d’eau à 3 bars.
La totalité des pièces de la production est imprimée au laser par un logo original et
est fournie avec un certicat d’authenticité.
La qualité des produits et leur traçabilité est également garantie par la présence
d’un coupon adapté à chaque mélangeur.
Le chromage est réalisé selon la règlementation européenne EN 248. Les emballages
des produits sont caractérisés par un design unique et sont fabriqués en utilisant
des matériaux appropriés pour prévenir les dommages au cours du stockage et du
transport.

Our products are made by the best materials to achieve a perfect
functionality, high quality and a longer life time.
A correct installation and a right maintenance increase the products life time.
All the REMER RUBINETTERIE mixers are in compliance with the European UNI EN 817,
UNI EN 816 and UNI EN 1111. We test them on 100% with air and, on
variable percentage, by 4 bar water.
The design of REMER RBINETTERIE traditional faucets is also in compliance with the
European UNI EN 817. We test the ones with diverter on 100% with air and
the ones without diverter by 3 bar water.
On all the faucets we laser print the original brand and inside each
packaging there is the warranty and a hologram to certify the authenticity.
The products quality and their identication is also guaranteed by a check
coupon inside every single packaging.
The chrome plating of all surfaces is made according to the European
norm EN 248. The packaging is also designed by REMER RUBINETTERIE and realized by
using good quality materials suitable to avoid damages during transport and storing.

Flexibles
Les exibles fournis avec nos robinetteries sont fabriqués et assemblés dans une
des société du groupe spécialisée depuis plus de vingt ans dans la production
de exibles tressés pour l’hydraulique et est certiée en conformité à la norme
EN ISO 9001:2000 par l’autorité allemande organisation TÜV Thüringen.
Flexibles
The exible hoses are produced and assembled within the REMER RUBINETTERIE
group by a company specialized in the production of braided exibles hoses
for plumbing since more than twenty years, with certication in compliance
with EN ISO 9001:2000 norm issued by the German agency Tüv Thüringen.
Cartouches
Fabriqué en Italie avec des matériaux technologiquement avancés qui
garantissent la non-toxicité et la non-aptitude à la déformation, an d’être
capable de résister aux pressions les plus élevées et les coups de bélier jusqu’à
50 bar.
Elles sont caractérisées par une grande capacité de débit et un faible bruit, en
conformité avec les normes internationales.
Les disques d’étanchéité en céramique ont un faible coefcient de frottement
et offrent un mouvement très souple même après plusieurs années d’utilisation.

Têtes
Les têtes utilisées pour les robinetteries traditionnelles sont fabriquées avec
des matériaux de qualité non toxique, de manière à résister avec une plus
grande efcacité aux sollicitations d’utilisation.
Sont disponibles sur demande des modèles céramiques fabriquées avec des
matériaux technologiquement avancés de la plus haute qualité.
Les têtes céramiques sont conçues pour résister aux chocs thermiques de 5°C à
90°C et pour fournir le débit maximal dans chaque cas d’utilisation.
La portée libre à une pression de 30 bars est d’environ 30 l / min. Le niveau de
bruit est régie selon les normes européennes.
Cartridges
Cartridges are made in Italy by using high quality materials, totally atoxic, in
order to be very strong and resistant up to 50 bar water hammer.
They have both a high working capacity and a low working noise level according
to the European norm.
The sintered ceramic discs have a low friction level and an easy functionality
even after many years of use.
Head valves
The head valves used for the traditional faucets are oil bath type,
stronger than the standard ones. Assembly torque maximum = 20 Nm.
On certain items or on request, we use also the ceramic type, which is
even higher quality and very strong. All materials used are atoxic and the
ceramic head valves are projected to resist from 5°C up to 90°C and their
free ow rate is around 30 l/min at 30 bar. They have a low working noise
level, in accordance with the European norm.
Aerateurs
Fabriqués avec des matériaux de première qualité et conçu pour assurer un
débit maximal, un minimum de bruit et une durabilité maximale.
Ils sont produits et certiés au niveau international.

INSTALLATION
Avant l’installation de nos robinetteries ou autres composants, veiller à ce
que les conduites d’eau soient exempts de débris et impuretés an d’éviter
les obstacles qui pourraient altérer le fonctionnement et la longue durée
de vie.
Ne jamais raccorder la mise à la terre d’une installation électrique aux
exibles installés ou autres tuyaux de plomberie.
Fermer l’alimentation d’eau en cas d’absence prolongée.
Remplacer les exibles en cas de petites fuites ou à la n de la garantie
des produits.
INSTALLATION
Before installing mixers, faucets or any other component, pay
attention to be sure that water pipes are free of rubbles and clean,
in order to avoid functionality problems and to guarantee the product
lifetime.
Don’t connect the electric grounding to the exibles or any other
water pipe in the hydraulic system.
Turn off the water supply in case of long absence.
Replace the exibles or hoses in case of leak and anyway do it always
before the guarantee expiry.

During intallation process, the minimum bending radius must be respected
according with the instructions

Avant l’installation, vérier la présence et l’intégrité des douilles serties
aux deux extrémités du exible.
Check the crimpings on both the two exible ends before the
installation.
Visser l’écrou à la main et serrer avec une clé adéquate par un quart de
tour. Serrer les raccords avec joint torique.
Couple de serrage max 3 Nm.

Screw the nut by hand and then tighten with an appropriate wrench for
a ¼ turn. Screw the connection with O-Ring by hand.

An d’éviter toute atteinte à la souplesse du exible ou endommagement,
ne pas faire frotter la tirette sur la tresse.
In order to avoid any damaging to the exibles, do not expose them
to lateral stress with any tool during or after the installation of the
faucets tie-rod or the drain pop-up lever.
Le contact prolongé avec des substances agressives, même légères, peut
causer des dommages à la tresse et provoquer l’éclatement du exible.
Prolonged contact with any substance can cause external braid
damage and the exible burst, even if the substance is scarcely
aggressive.

doubled compared with the exible external diameter.

Parametres d’utilisation des mitigeurs et melangeurs
Pression d’utilisation: de 1 à 5 bars.
Pour les pressions supérieures, utiliser un réducteur de pression.
Température maximum d’entrée d’eau chaude: 80°C.

For higher pressures we recommend the installation of a pressure reducer.

ENTRETIEN
Pour maintenir dans le temps l’aspect esthétique de vos robinets, il est
nécessaire d’observer quelques règles simples:
• Nettoyer les taches d’eau et autres taches avec de l’eau et savon ou des
produits spéciques pour les surfaces chromées.
• Proscrire l’utilisation d’acides forts ou, éponges abrasives ou métalliques
métal.
• Les pièces en plastique ne doivent pas entrer en contact avec des détergents
à base d’alcool ou de solvants.
CLEANING
In order to keep the mixers/faucets good aesthetic for long time, just respect
and observe some simple indication:
• Clean the limestone stains with water and soap or specic products for
chrome plated surfaces.
• Do not use acid or granular detergent as well as abrasive or metal sponge.
• Plastic components must not be cleaned with alcohol-base detergents for
any other solvent.

GARANTIE
REMER RUBINETTERIE S.p.A. garantie sa robinetterie pour une période de 10
ans à compter de la date d’achat. La garantie n’est pas applicable dans les
cas suivants:
• Une utilisation incorrecte du robinet
• Une mauvaise installée liée à l’utilisation d’outils non adaptés.
• Un Manque ou absence total d’entretien.(l’accumulation de calcaire
entrainant des problèmes sur les cartouches, mousseurs ou exibles ne sont
pas éligibles à la garantie).
• L’utilisation de produits de nettoyage non appropriés.
• L’usure normale des composants.
• L’utilisation de pièces ni d’origine ni fournies par l’usine REMER.
• Pour des dommages causés par des problèmes chimiques, électrochimiques
et électriques.
En cas de litige, il est nécessaire de retourner le robinet avec:
• Emballage d’origine
• Une preuve d’achat (ticket de caisse)
• Copie bon de la commande d’origine
• Description écrite du défaut
WARRANTY
REMER RUBINETTERIE S.p.A. faucets and mixers warranty is effective for 10
years since the purchase date. The warranty is not effective on following
situations:
• Wrong use.
• Wrong installation or installation made with wrong tools.
• Wrong maintenance or lack of maintenance.
• Wrong cleaning products or wrong cleaning products use.
• On components subject to normal usury.
• For limestone damages or pipes obstruction.
• Use of not genuine spare parts.
• For chemical, electric or electrochemical damages.
In case of warranty request it’s necessary to send back the
mixer/faucet/tap with:
• Original packing.
