FRONT BUMPER FITTING
1. Unclip the washer jet pipe, from both washers.
2. Remove the headlight washer jets.
3. Make a note of the direction of each parking sensors. You will need to replace these sensors in the same direction and position.
4. Remove parking sensors and the middle 2 sensor holders, the outer 2 are not used the 2 that are needed are included with the bumper.
5. Next you will have to remove the 3 clips that hold each sensor holder into the old bumper as they are not used in the new bumper.
6. On the two you removed from the old bumper you will need to remove the locating lugs.

7. HSR Bumper (Parking Sensors & Headlight Washer Jets): Place the sensor holders into the new bumper and make sure that they are sitting flush
and facing the same way as you took them out. (The outer ones will face the same way as the ones that are left in the old bumper) The sensors
only clip in the original bumper one way, these must be re-fitted the same direction / angle as they came out.
8. At this point you may have to open out the holes for the angle sensor holders to fit. Once they are sitting flush put some tape over the holders so
that they do not move.
9. Now you will have to bond the holders into the new bumper from behind
10. Now fit the head light washer jets using the original metal clips.
11. Stick two pipe holders to top of bumper inside. We recommend using some extra adhesive to make sure they stay in place. (Double-sided tape
can lose its tack when it gets wet).

12. Cable tie the pipe to holder
13. HSR Bumper (Fog Lights) - Assemble the fog light brackets as shown. Install the fog light adjuster into metal bracket in each corner.
14. Next insert the plastic holder into metal part of the holder, the locating lugs will clip in and the fog light adjuster will clip into this as well.
15. Insert the fog light into the holder.

16. Now screw the alloy bracket to the top of the fog light holder as shown:
17. Place the fog lights into the centre of the fog light holes of the bumper, and mark where the screw holes need to be, drill a 2.5mm hole, being
careful not to go in to far as you may go through the bumper.
18. Insert two self-taper screws supplied through the bracket into the bumper.
19. HSR Bumper (Wiring): Bond the wire holders onto the bumper to hold the front parking sensor wires.
20. Insert the sensors into the holders.

21. Cut the original fog light plug from the wiring loom.
22. Wire up the cut wires to the new fog lamps (You may have to extend the fog light wires and then connect two spade terminals to them) Secure
with electrical tape.
23. Once connected, cable-tie the loose wires to the parking sensor holders already in position.
24. HSR Bumper (Fixing Brackets): The two C-shaped brackets should be aligned top-centre of the bumper. Make sure that you have the larger
side of the bracket on the inside of the bumper.

25. There are two plastic spacers with screws you will need to put under this bracket, these fix to the outer side of the brackets.
26. Fix the outer 2 brackets to the bumper, Ensure the straight edge faces outwards. (One each side)
27. The two larger brackets fix to the bottom of the bumper.

28. HSR Bumper (Grill): Place the bumper grill onto the aperture you will notice that there are 4 lugs sticking out.
29. With the grill sitting in place mark the 4 lugs, where you want to screw the grill into.
30. Drill a 2.5mm hole in each lug where you have marked them.
31. Screw grill into bumper.
32. HSR Bumper (Fitting): Before you fix the bumper to the car, connect head light washer jet pipe. as once the bumper is on you will not be able
to reach it.
33. Make sure the wiring loom is at the top of the bumper.
34. Clip the driver’s side of the bumper in first, and then clip the passenger side in. Be careful not to stretch or flex the bumper too much to cause
damage and slide the bumper into position.
35. Insert the 6 original screws into the top brackets.
36. Now from the under side put the 4 bottom original screws into the bumper brackets. If you need some adjustment, open out these holes so the
bumper can be moved. Correct adjustment here will ensure a more accurate fit.
37. Screw the small bracket into the cars original mounting point making sure that the bracket lines up with the hole in the bumper.

38. NOTICE: If the vehicle is fitted with a factory ACC sensor this will have to be repositioned slightly for the bumper to fit. To do this un-bolt the
sensor from the bracket and re-bolt the sensor behind the factory bracket using washers as a spacer so it is approximately12mm further back.
39. You may have to push the corner of the bumper in if it does not sit properly, and mark the bracket.
40. Drill a 2.5mm (Diameter) hole where the mark is.
41. Push bumper back into place and screw bumper to bracket.
42. Check the fitment of the bumper. If you encounter any large gaps by elongating the back holes you can achieve a better fit.
43. Adjust the Fog light beams so they point in the correct direction. Failure to ensure you have the correct beam could result in an MOT fail.
