Assembly
Using the set of three bolts and washers, secure the winch to the arm by threading
directly into the plate.
Remove the pin to feed the cable over
the boom pulley. Retun the pin and
secure with the split pin.
Pull the clutch out and rotate to lock in
the freespool position. Be sure to return
before use.

Secure the crane to a solid platform
using the four holes in the foot plate.

Wiring
1. Connect the positive wire from the fuse ‘12’ to the winch and remote control ‘11+13’
2. Connect the negative wire from the winch to the remote control ‘11+13’
3. Connect the positive wire from the quick connector to the battery ‘14+15’
4. Connect the negative wire from the quick connector to the battery ‘14+15’

Operation
Angle the crane to one of three
positions. Tighten the locking arm.
Extend the boom to the desired length,
secure with the large pin and lock with
the split pin.
Use the remote control to spool the
winch in and out. Never take your eye off
the crane in operation and pay attention
to the winch to avoid bunching of the
cable.
You can use the double-line eye with a
snatch block to half the effective load on
the winch.
