1. Do's & Don't s During Usage
Please follow the instructions carefully before use.
1) After first use, tighten the jack nut. Check the jack nut frequently in case it becomes loose
2) Release of clutch must be done under 0kg loading.
3) Do not use the clutch under heavy load.
4) Limiting stopper shouldn’t be used frequently as a stop switch as this may damage the crane.
5) Never stand below the crane while lifting objects.
6) Before use, check all parts, nuts must be tightened, and test crane at different heights (low and
high)
7) The operator must be familiar with operation precautions and must wear a safety helmet and belt
and fasten it on a strong fixture when using the crane.
2. Precautions for Usage
1). This crane is heavy and lifting must not be attempted by one person.
2). Before use. All bolts must be tightened and all welds checked for cracks or damage.

5). Do not stand under the crane arm at any time. Keep 20 Meters away from the lifting load while in
use.
6). Balance weights must be used to secure the crane. The balance weights must be more than twice
the weight of the load you are lifting
7). Be sure to disassemble the crane carefully to avoid the crane parts falling to the floor.
8). The operator must be familiar with operation precautions and must wear a safety helmet and belt
and fasten it on a strong fixture when using the crane.
9). Do not exceed the cranes maximum load weight shown in the technical parameters (600kg). If the
maximum weight is exceeded, the supplier will not take responsibility for breakdown or property
damage.
10). Be sure not to allow the wire cable to be less than 4 strands on the drum and be sure the cable is
