1. Do's & Don't s During Usage
Please follow the instructions carefully before use.
1) After first use, tighten the jack nut. Check the jack nut frequently in case it becomes loose
2) Release of clutch must be done under 0kg loading.
3) Do not use the clutch under heavy load.
4) Limiting stopper shouldn’t be used frequently as a stop switch as this may damage the crane.
5) Never stand below the crane while lifting objects.
6) Before use, check all parts, nuts must be tightened, and test crane at different heights (low and
high)
7) The operator must be familiar with operation precautions and must wear a safety helmet and belt
and fasten it on a strong fixture when using the crane.
2. Precautions for Usage
1). This crane is heavy and lifting must not be attempted by one person.
2). Before use. All bolts must be tightened and all welds checked for cracks or damage.
3). Be sure that the brake is working and that all fittings are tight.
4). The centre bearing bracket must be vertical and the supporting point is steady.
5). Do not stand under the crane arm at any time. Keep 20 Meters away from the lifting load while in
use.
6). Balance weights must be used to secure the crane. The balance weights must be more than twice
the weight of the load you are lifting
7). Be sure to disassemble the crane carefully to avoid the crane parts falling to the floor.
8). The operator must be familiar with operation precautions and must wear a safety helmet and belt
and fasten it on a strong fixture when using the crane.
9). Do not exceed the cranes maximum load weight shown in the technical parameters (600kg). If the
maximum weight is exceeded, the supplier will not take responsibility for breakdown or property
damage.
10). Be sure not to allow the wire cable to be less than 4 strands on the drum and be sure the cable is
not worn and is in good condition and greased before use. If wear and tear is noticed on the cable,
this should be replaced before use.
11). Have the electric of the crane inspected by a qualified electrician regularly. Be sure to keep the
remotes and control box dust free and replace any defective parts if they are worn or damaged to
prevent electric shocks.
12). The power supply needs to be fitted with a surge protector.
13). The power cord should be used with the power cable less than 2.55mm

14). When using the winch, do not allow the no load clutch to slip.
15). The steel pipe used for the balance weight should equipped with international shelf pipe ¢48,
and a steel pipe wall thickness over 3mm.

4. Maintenance
1) Wire Cable should be arranged neatly and often inspected for wear and tear. If any defects are
found the cable should be replaced immediately.
2) When shutting down, the crane should not be under any load. Do not keep a load suspended for
long periods of time.
3) During using, you should always check the crane for abnormal sound.
4) When the motor brake is damaged. Open the rear cover and place the brake pad under an
appropriate pad.
5) After 500 hours of use the crane should have a full maintenance service by a qualified electrician.

5. Supplementary Explanation
1) Before assembling the bracket, adjust the length of the arm by the type of the goods, such
as the length of the truck, the small volume of the cargo, the weight of the goods, to adjust the
short point, if the wood board, gypsum board and other large, light weight material. Will pull
the arm to adjust the long point.
2) In the roof installation, the joystick, screw, pole from bottom to top assembly into the main
rod, and then install the clamp, bearing and rotating arm, and then the roof frame of the upper
and lower joints connected to the main bar (Note: the following the joint should be installed in
a direction that does not interfere with the wire rope). Then connect the flat bar and the
diagonal bar. And a sufficient weight is pressed at the connection of the flat bar and the
diagonal bar.
3) When using the lifting machine, the normal operation is usually not more than 1 hour to
prevent the line load is too large, the line heat, the motor burned and so on. The first time to
pull all the rope out of the rope, in the case of pulling the rope will be wound once, so that in the
future use of steel wire rope easy to arrange neat.
