
GTR207 Power Issue
The motor is not getting power. The power LED is not on. The gate motor will not operate.
Possible Causes CAUTION
** Any works done to the motor must be completed whilst the power is off, and the motor is unplugged **
1. Incorrect Mains Power Connection
2. Faulty Low Voltage Transformer (Refer fig 1)
3. PC Board Wiring Connections (Refer fig 2)
4. Damaged Fuse (Refer fig 3 & fig 4)
5. Damaged Control Board
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Check your power cable for correct connection or any physical damage.
- If your cord is damaged do NOT use the motor. Contact Richmond Wheel & Castor
- Check that power was switched on and plug was correctly connected.
2. Check the 2-pin plug for correct output voltage.
- Voltage should read approx. 22V AC
