Guide to Components
Mainframe
1. Auto Document Feeder (ADF)
The document feeder automatically feeds
a stack of originals one by one.
2. Exposure Glass
Position originals here face down for
scanning.
3. Main Power switch
Note
❒If the machine does not operate after
turning on the Operation Switch,
check if the main power switch is
turned on. If it is off, turn it on.
4. Operational Panel
Use to check the status of the machine,
and to enter the desired jobs or settings.
5. Operation Switch
Press this switch to turn the power on
(the On indicator lights up).
To turn the power off, press this switch
again (the On indicator goes off).
