Congratulations! You're the proud owner of a RiDD Long Glider.
The RiDD Long Glider is a cool electric longboard and allows you to get
anywhere comfortable and easy. It will let you 'fly' up to a 15 km per hour
speed. Connect the remote with your RiDD Long Glider to accelerate
and decelerate. The polyurethane wheels provide a smooth ride.
The RiDD Long Glider will let you experience a new fun way of cruising,
so enjoy your RiDD & Ride! From now on you're part of the RiDD community,
don't forget to share your experience with your RiDD with friends, family
and on social media!

LEGAL INFORMATION
Always follow the applicable laws and regulations.
Law in many countries regulates driving a skateboard
on public streets and pavements. Amongst other requi-
rements, these laws and regulations usually dictate the
minimum driver age and speed limits, as well. They may
also require wearing protective clothing.
Some countries prohibit driving the device on public
streets and pavements. Please contact your competent
authorities and familiarize yourself with the applicable
laws and regulations.
The legal representative of RiDD assumes no liability
and provides no warranty for damage resulting from
improper installation/mounting, improper use of the
product or from failure to observe the operating instructi-
ons and/or safety notes.
WARNING & LEGAL INFORMATION
We assume that you will handle your longboard in a
responsible and safe manner. The use of the RiDD
Long Glider is not entirely without risk, certainly
if you do not use your skateboard responsibly. This
electric device is not a vehicle authorized for operation
on public roads or streets. You need to learn how to use
the Long Glider just like you learned how to ride
a bicycle. The use of the RiDD Long Glider is
entirely at your own risk. Loss of control, collision and
falling can pose a risk of death or serious injury during
use. To minimize the risk of injury, you must read and
follow all instructions, warnings and safety precautions
carefully in this user manual, so that you will be able
to use the Long Glider safely. The legal representative
of RiDD cannot be held responsible for any physical
injury and wounds to you or others. You should
therefore protect yourself well by wearing high-quality
protective clothing while using the product, such as a
safety helmet, knee and elbow pads, gloves and sturdy
shoes. The protection will absorb a large part of the
impact should you fall.

1. Turn on Remote, the “ ” icon starts on screen.
2. Long press both “+” and “-“ button at the same time until the Bluetooth icon is flashing.
3. Turn on the E-skateboard, appear the “ ” Icon, connected successfully.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Simply use a 5V1A standard Micro-USB cable to charge your remote from standard USB outlet.

INSTRUCTION
Forward Back
The remote control has a built-in rechargeable battery, do not operate the RiDD Long Glider when the battery
is low. You’ll risk to lose connection with your RiDD Long Glider and it may cause dangerous situations.
Operation
Turn on the remote with the on/off switch, the screen will light up.
There are 2 ways to use the RiDD Long Glider:
With the Accelarate/decelarate stick:
Push the stick gently forward and hold on maintain
the speed. Releasing the stick will slow down the
RiDD Long Glider. Pull back the stick to brake.
With the speed buttons:
Control the 9 speed levels with the speed button.
Press the ”+” button to change to a higher speed level.
Press the “-” button, it will reduce to a slower level.
Keep in mind: this way of controlling the speed will
automatically maintain the speed level (cruisecontrol).

CHARGING THE RiDD LONG GLIDER
For first time use, please charge your RiDD Long Glider for approximately 2 hours as your skateboard has
been manufactured with some residual power stored.
a) Make sure that the the charger and the DC power socket on the skateboard are kept dry and clean.
b) Only use the supplied AC adapter on the RiDD Long Glider. Use of inappropriated AC adapter may cause
damage of unit or may even cause fire, also will void the warranty.
c) The LED indicator on AC adapter turns into RED, indicating that your RiDD Long Glider is being charged.
d) The RED indicator will change to GREEN, and your RiDD Long Glider is fully charged.
Normal charging time from empty to fully charged will take approximately 2,5 hours.
DO NOT LEAVE THE RiDD Long Glider UNATTENDED OR OVERCHARGE THE BATTERY FOR
MORE THAN 2,5 HOURS.
WARNING
Always keep the protective cap plugged onto the DC connector! Only take off the cap when charging the RiDD Long Glider.

STORAGE
a. Store your skateboard indoors, in dry conditions at a suitable temperature
b. If the ambient temperature of the storage location is below 0°C/ 32°F or above 55°C/ 131°F, please
select an alternative storage location.
c. To prevent dust and particles entering your skateboard during storage, please seal it inside its original
packaging and add additional layers of protection where desired.
d. If storing your skateboard for extended periods of time, please note that the charge level of the skateboard
maybe depleted during the storage. We recommend re-charging your stored skateboard every
3 months to make sure it is ready to ride when it is brought out of storage.
WARNING
The environment – When this product reaches the end of its life, hand it at a collection point for the recy
cling of electric and electronic equipment. Please refer to the symbols on the products, the user instructions
or the packaging. Check with your municipality for the address of the appropriate collection point in your
neighborhood.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING – FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS/ INAPPROPRIATE USE OF UNIT
MAY LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY HARM AND IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES, DEATH.
Only charge your skateboard using the provided
charger and cable. Failure to do so may result in
product failure and will void your manufacturer
warranty.
Please wear appropriate safety and protective
gear to prevent personal injury. Please wear safety
and protective gear to the standard of protection
you desire. This may include gloves, eye
protection, wrist guards, helmet and knee pads.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and flat,
closed shoes when operating your skateboard.
Do not wear loose clothing that could be
caught by the wheels and nearby objects.
Please carefully read this manual, which will
assist in explaining the basic working principles
and tips for using the skateboard.
Do not use the skateboard if you exceed the 120kg
maximum weight.
- Before stepping on to the skateboard, make sure
it is places on a smooth and flat surface, that the
skateboard is turned on and that no safety alerts
or display panel alerts are present. Do not step on
the skateboard if any alerts are unresolved.
- Do not attempt to open or modify your skateboard
as doing so will void your manufacturer warranty
and may cause the skateboard to fail leading to
serious bodily harm or death.
- Do not use your skateboard to place yourself
or your property in danger. Do not use your
skateboard to place anyone else or their
property in danger.
- Do not operate your skateboard while under the
influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
- Do not operate your skateboard when you are
restless or sleepy.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Seek the appropriate advice and always use your
best judgement to keep yourself out of dangerous
situation with your skateboard.
Do not ride your skateboard off curbs, ramps or
attempt to perform stunts or tricks with your
skateboard, similar to those performed on
rollerblades and scooters.
Do not turn sharply on your skateboard,
especially at high speed.
Do not continuously spin in place for prolonged
periods of time. This may cause dizziness and you
may fall and injure yourself or other people and
Do not ride your skateboard in an abusive or
extreme manner, doing so can cause damage to
your skateboard and may lead to injury and death.
Never ride your skateboard down stairs or escalators.
Do not drive in or near puddles of water or other
liquids, mud, sand, stones, gravel, debris or near
rough and rugged terrain.
Do not ride in inclement weather: snow, rain, hail,
sleek or on icy roads or in extreme heat.
- Do not ride your skateboard on slippery surfaces
or steep slopes.
- If you are unsure if you can safely ride on
a specific terrain, step off and carry your
skateboard. ALWAYS EXERCISE CAUTION.
- PAY ATTENTION – Always look at where you are
riding and be aware of the riding conditions in
front of you including: people, places, property
and objects around you.
- Do not operate the skateboard in crowded areas.
- Operate your skateboard with extreme
consideration for people and property at all times.
- Do not operate your skateboard while talking,
texting, looking at your phone or when otherwise
distracted.
- Do not ride your skateboard on public roads,
footpath or cycle path.
- Do not ride your skateboard near motor vehicles.
- Do not climb or descend steep hills with your
skateboard.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The skateboard is designed to be used byONE
individual at a time. Do notattempt to operate your
skateboard with two or more people on-board.
Do not carry anythingwhilst using your skateboard.
Individuals with lack of balance or medical
conditions which affect balance should not attempt
to operate a skateboard.
Do not use the skateboard if you are pregnant or
attempting to become pregnant.
Exercise extreme caution when allowing young
children or elderly persons to use the skateboard.
These persons may not have the physical capabili-
ties necessary to safely operate the skateboard.
Always take into account the necessary space
required to slow and stop the skateboard.
- DO NOT JUMP OFF YOUR skateboard.
Do not attempt to ride your skateboard in dark or
poorly lit areas.

Always ensure that you have sufficient clearance when
standing on the skateboard to make it safely through
doorways and other low-hanging obstructions.

Always avoid operating the skateboard in unsafe
places and where unsafe and volatile materials
are present e.g. near areas with flammable gas
or liquids.
- YOUR MUST COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE
AND FEDERAL LAWS IN YOUR RESPECTIVE
REGION/ COUNTRY REGARDING THE LAWFUL
OPERATION OF YOUR SKATEBOARD.
- Learn to drive safely before you start to use the
skateboard.
- Do not use this RiDD Long Glider in skateparks
and/or halfpipes. The RiDD Long Glider is not
suitable for tricks and/or extreme skating.

RiDD warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased
will be free of defects related to manufacturing, parts, materials, and
workmanship under normal and accepted use. This product has 24
months limited send-in warranty after purchase date at an authorized
(r)etail outlet; the battery pack of this product has 6 months warranty.
In order to be considered eligible for repair or replacement under
warranty, included with the repair item(s) must be a valid copy of
purchase receipt from an authorized RiDD (r)etailer detailing the
following information:
• Retailer’s Name
• Original Date of Purchase
• SKU number of your RiDD product purchased
• Failure to supply a bill of sale with all of the required information
will result in denial of warranty repair or replacement.
Damage: This warranty does not cover any physical and/or
electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to accident, misuse
(skateparks – halfpipes – tricks – extreme skating),
abuse, malicious destruction, acts of nature. The manufacturer’s
limited product warranty statement is no longer valid when:
• Physical damages of the exterior, scratches on top or bottom of
plastic housing of this product is not covered by warranty.
• When parts of plastic housing is damaged, cracked or pierced,
this product can no longer be operated. Switch of the product
and do not attempt to recharge the battery pack. Contact the
service & repair centre for repair.
The temporary or permanent affixing of any items supplied•
or not supplied by the manufacturer with any adhesive,
fastener or the like.
• Use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power
not specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
• Inadequate repair work performed by the end user or any
non-authorized repair center.
Any modification or opening, or attempt to open the Long Glider•
will void all warranty
