B. User manual:
1. Installation and unwrapping.
Inspect the wrapping carefully when receiving the pulley, and if there are signs of
damage, you must contact your forwarder immediately for damage claims.
2. Do NOT remove straps on the pulleys weight stack, before you have placed the
equipment where it is supposed to be used.
3. For mounting the pulley to a wall:
a. Place the apparatus where it should stand, and remove straps around the weights
stack.
b. Mark of holes up and down, against wall. see drawing page.6. If concrete wall,
drill Ø10 holes for plugs enclosed.
c. When attachment to tree/chipboard/plaster, You must find proper attachment for
nails, or use other attachment equipment that is ment for this area of use.
d. When attachment to module frame, use attachment holes up and down that
compares with the holes in the module frame. For this attachment use bolts that
are enclosed in this shipment.
e. For mounting of gallow on top of the apparatus, it can be mounted in 3 different
heights. Attachment of rope and rope shortener see drawing on page 6.
C. Maintenance:
1. Check the rope every week for damage, if there are damage it must be replaced. Use
only the same rope.
2. Check the carabinhook for damage, it there are damage, it must be replaced. Use only
the same type.
3. The gliding tube on the weight stack must be cleaned and smeared with silicone spray.
4. If the apparatus is attached to wall, the wall bearings must be checked regularely to
maintain the users safety.
5. Note. when ordering parts, contact the dealer and see for part no. on page 7.

D. Precautions:
The pulley is only ment to be used for specific theraputic and training excercises, and
with the additional equipment we have described. see page 8 and 9.
E. Limitations:
1. One must not push or pull the apparatus using the gliding rods, this can cause damage to
the functioning of the gliding of weights.
2. One must not load the apparatus with more weights or kg’s than the weights that are
attached to the weight stack, this can cause damage on both apparatus and user.
3. Apparatus is ment for indoors use only.
4. Apparatus must not be placed in rooms with haigh humidity or in rooms with connection
to swimming pools. This can cause corrotion and/or rust.
F. Adjustments/settings:
1. When setting the desired weight, set the weight pin for the right weight on the weight
stack, see scale.
2. Too adjust the length of the rope, use the little metal piece that are attached to the rope.
Lift this up and pull the rope until you have the desired length. Then release the rope for
locking, see drawing on page 6 no.1.

G. Area of use:
The pulley is ment to be used for training or treatment in different categories.
To get the best use of the apparatus, it should be used according to instructions from
instructor or therapeut.
H. Repairs:
1. If any problems occur during use, try to correct it using this manual.
2. Note. When replacing parts, use only the original parts that you can order from your
dealer. Use the partslist drawing on page 7.
3. If there is still a problem, take contact with your dealer. Remember to take note of the
production year, serial no., and art. no., before calling the dealer.
