Roku LT Setup Guide
Here is a quick How to Guide on connecting your Roku LT Streaming Media Player.
You will need a computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet to complete this guide.
Your Roku LT box will contain:
1 Roku LT
1 Roku 2 Standard IR Remote
1 RCA Adapter (composite, A/V)
1 Power Supply
1 Owner’s Manual.
RTC will be providing:
1. 1 HDMI Cable (as needed)

Physically Connecting Your Roku LT
1. Determine if your TV supports HDMI or RCA (AV, Composite) connections.
2. Connect the HDMI or RCA cable from your Roku to your TV.
3. Connect the power adapter from the Roku to a power outlet.
4. Cycle through your input or sources to find the correct source.
oHDMI should be displayed on a HDMI Source.
oRCA should be on AUX, A/V, Video #, or Composite

Setting Up Your Roku LT
Here is a step by step guide on how to setup and activate your Roku LT.
1. Hook-up your Roku LT Streaming Media Player.
2. Find the correct source on your TV.
3. Let your Roku LT boot.
4. Once it is booted select a language.

5. Roku LT will show an overview of the setup process, Select Continue.
6. Select your network name from displayed list.

7. Enter your network password or key (if required).
oThen select Connect.
8. Wait while your Roku LT tests the connection.
9. If prompted, when it completes successfully, select Next.
10. At this point you may get an update request. Simply select Continue and it will update
then reboot.

11. Now you will be prompted to enter your Roku LT code at http://owner.Roku.com/link.
12. Browse, with your computer or device, to the specified site on screen or above.
13. Enter your link code and select Submit.

14. You will be given the option to create an account or sign into your existing account.
Select the option that suits you (for our guide we will create an account).
15. Fill in the required information (name, Email and Password) then select Continue.

16. Select your Payment Method and fill out any required information (for the guide we will
use PayPal) then select Continue.
oA Roku account is free and secure. Roku will ask for payment information to
offer the convenience of making Channel Store purchases right from your TV.
Don’t worry- you will only be charged if you choose to make a purchase.
oThere may be a Skip this step option in the bottom left.
17. If you input a credit card please skip to Step 19.

18. You should be redirected to PayPal. Log into your account and select Agree and
Continue.
19. Enter your desired PIN (be sure it is something secure!!!) and select Submit.

20. Select that you agree to the terms and select Continue.
21. You will get a congratulations screen on your computer (you can now close this window
on your computer).
