1 Notes on documentation
This documentation servesmainly for the assemblyof the Wire Cart.
1.1 Retentionof documents
The assemblyandoperating instructions, togetherwith all otherapplicable
documents, are integral components of the product. They must be handed
over to the personsdealing withthe product and must always beavailable
and on hand for operating and maintenance personnel.
1.2 Symbols used in this document
The following symbols are used in thisdocumentation:

1.3 Intended use
The Wire Cart is used to store and transportfilled wire rails from the produc-
tion (Wire Terminal) to the wiring workstation, as well as to providetools, ca-
bles and wires at the wiring workstation. In addition, the Wire Cart can be
used for the provision ofdocumentation (plans in paper form orPC/tablet) as
storage or screen carrier.
Note:
Read instructions completelybefore starting work.
Caution!
Wear safety shoes when moving the wire rail trolley to pre-
vent injuries from unintentional rollingover of feet and toes.

Note:
The assembly/installation mayonlybe carried out by appropri-
ately trained specialist personnel.
2.1 Overview

2.2 Assemblyprocedure
Note:
Assemblyand disassembly require basic mechanicalknowledge.
◼Check the entire shipmentfor completeness using the enclosed delivery
note!
When installing the product,please proceed as follows:
Remove packaging:
1. Unscrew the screws at the four corners to detach theWire Cart fromthe
transportpallet.

Mounting the castors:
1. Mount the Swivel castorwith brake by tightening from above with a hex-
agon head screw(M10x30)and a washer (A10.5)and frombelowwitha
washer (A10.5), a spring washer (A10.7) and then a hexagon nut (M10).
2. Fasten the Fixed castor at the rearusing the same procedure.

Tool holder XLright:
1. Tighten the tool holderon the right side fromthe front with 2x screws
(M6x16) and washers (A6.4)and from the rear with 2x washers (A6.4),
2x spring washers (A6.5)and 2xnuts(M6).

Wire Cart storage shelf:
1. Up to 4 storageshelvescan be hooked in at any position. When using
inserted tool holders thisnumber is reduced to a maximumof 3.

3 Operation
The operation of the product is notchanged by these accessories.
Warning!
◼The prescribed maximumload andthe maximumload of
the individual accessories according to the technicaldata
must be observed.
◼In order to minimisethe risk of tipping, all attachments on
the universal screen holder must be designedso that the
centre ofgravity is located as centrally as possible above
the four castors.
◼To prevent unintentional rollingaway, the brakes on the
castors must always be locked when the trolley is parked.
◼The Wire Cart is designed for use on flat, solid ground
and is therefore not suitable for uneven or sloping sur-
faces.
◼The Wire Cart is not suitable for outdoor use.
◼To minimise the risk of tripping, care must be taken to en-
sure that long wires do not hang out of the floor pandur-
ing transport.
Note:
In order to ensure the longest possible and trouble-free operation,
repair and maintenance workshould be carried out at regularin-
tervals. In particular:
◼Check all screws and locking bolts for tightness
◼Check the function ofthe parking brakes
◼Clean all surfaceswith a soft, damp cloth
Warning!
If any damage is found or evident, do not use the Wire Cart
until it has been repaired.
Caution!
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents! In case of doubt, it
is advisable to check the compatibility at a non-visible
place.
