INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
1Unplug bumper wiring harness from body harness.
2Remove nuts and double bolt plate both sides, then remove OE bumper.
3Remove 2 bolts from Trailer Hitch each side as shown and t up Road
Armor bracket re-using the OEM hardware.

4Insert a bolt tab through bumper each side and push on retainer
washer using a deep socket.
NOTE STEPS 6 AND 7 APPLY ONLY TO BUMPERS WITH SENSORS
5Remove bumper harness including all sensors and plugs. Note which
sensor housing went where as these are keyed and will only t one way.

1Install frame brackets onto frame using factory hardware. (Tighten just enough so that the bracket is sll
adjustable)
2Install factory license plate lights, aermarket lighng, and sensors (if equipped)
3Install 1/2 bolt tabs onto bumper and secure with 1/2” retaining nuts.
4Line bolt tabs up into same locaon of the slots on the bumper.
5Mount bumper on truck and fasten with 1/2” hardware (at washer, spring washer, and nut) (Tighten just
enough so that the bumper is able to move)
6Adjust front/back alignment rst and ghten brackets to frame
7Adjust le/right and up/down, then ghten frame bracket to bumper bolt tabs.
8Aach wiring harness from bumper to truck. Then secure any loose wiring that my be hanging.
