SAE and Metric Sockets and Wrenches Bumper jack or 2 or more people

Read the instrucons completely before beginning installaon. Before ghtening bolts,
drilling or cung where required, check to make sure there are no obstrucons such as
brake, fuel or electrical lines which may be damaged. Also keep in mind this is an aer-
market product and MAY require minor shimming and/or trimming, reaming, etc. for

1Remove 5 - bolts from inner fender
liner / bumper in each fender well.
2Remove & unplug wiring harness from
driver side frame rail.
3Remove three nuts from each frame
horn.
4Remove factory bumper from frame
horn.
5Remove four nuts and electronic spoiler.
6Loosen two bolts from each tow hook.
7Remove all factory sensors and harness
from bumper. *Track locaon for install*

8Place the bolt on bracket to the frame horn and loosely secure using the 1/2” hex head bolts and
corresponding at washers, lock washers, and nuts.
9Aach the second bolt on bracket to the front tow hook bolt and connect to the rst bolt on
bracket with 1/2” bolt tabs. (The 1/2” bolt tabs should face to the middle of the truck.)
10 Insert the 1/2” bolt tabs into the bumper and secure with the 1/2” push nut retainers.
11 Install the parking sensors into the same locaon on the bumper as the stock bumper locaon.
12 Install aermarket lighng opons to the center secon and recessed light pods. Also, install the
pre-runner bar is purchased.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
13 With assistance, install the bumper onto the truck and loosely secure the bumper to allow
adjustment.
14 Adjust the bumper front/back and ghten the tow hook bolt and the 1/2” bolt tabs connecng the
2 bolt on brackets.
15 Adjust the bumper le/right and up/down and fully ghten the 6 bolt tabs connecng the bumper
to the bolt on brackets.
Note Check all bolt torque 500 miles aer install
