SAFETY INFORMATION
1. This oven is intended solely for household use.
2. It is not intended for outdoor use.
3. For safety reasons, the oven must not be used unless it is
built in.
4. Do not use this appliance in non-stationary places (eg. on
ships).
5. The oven must always be used within the limits of normal
household use, not for professional use, forcooking,
roasting, grilling, thawing dishes, to prepare food for later
storage or to dehydrate it.
6. No other use is permissible.
7. Please read the instructions before installing and using
the appliance.
8. The manufacturer is not liable if improper use and

1.1 Safety of children and vulnerable persons
1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
ormental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
orinstruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.

1.2 General safety instructions
1. The installation of the appliance and replacement of the
cables must be carried out solely by skilledpersonnel.
2. To work properly, the oven needs a sucient amount
of fresh air to ow. Make sure the ow of air is
notjeopardized (eg. by tting slats for thermal insulation
in the cabinet where the appliance is built in). In thiscase,
the necessary cold air must not get excessively heated by
other sources of heat (eg. solid fuelstoves).
3. The appliance gets hot inside while it is in operation. Do
not touch the appliance’s heating elements. Always use
the special oven gloves to remove or insert heat-resistant
cookware and accessories.
4. Before doing any maintenance work, disconnect the
appliance from the electric mains.

5. Ensure that the appliance is switched o before changing
the light bulb to avoid the possibility of electricshock.
6. A steam cleaner is not to be used.
7. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal
scrapers to clean the oven door glass / the glass ofhinged
lids of the hob (as appropriate), since they can scratch the
surface, which may result in shatteringof the glass.
8. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarlyqualied person
in order to avoid a hazard.
9. To remove the shelf supports, rst take o the front of the
support and then the rear from the side walls.Install the
rack supports by following the procedure described in
reverse order.
10. The oven must be switched o before removing the
cover fan and that, after cleaning, the cover fan mustbe
replaced in accordance with the instructions (chapter 5.7)
Danger of burns!
The skin of children is much more delicate than that of adults.
The glass door, the control panel and theslots for hot air to
come out of the appliance's cooking chamber get hot. Prevent
children from touchingthe appliance while it is operating.
Danger of injury!
1. The door's capacity is max. 15 kg.
Children can also get injured when the door is open.
2. Prevent them from leaning on the open door, sitting on it
or hanging from it.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 Installation
CAUTION!
1. The appliance must be installed by skilled personnel.
2. Remove all packaging materials.
3. Do not install or use the appliance if it is damaged.
4. Observe the instructions given together with the
appliance.
5. Always take care when moving the appliance as it is very
heavy. Always wear safety gloves.
6. Do not pull the appliance by the handle.
7. You must respect the minimum distance from other
appliances.
8. Make sure the appliance is installed under and near parts
adequately anchored to a xed structure.
9. The sides of the appliance must remain adjacent to
appliances or units with the same height.
10. The appliance must not be installed behind a decorative
door in order to avoid overheating.
2.2 Electrical connection
CAUTION!
1. All the electrical connections must be made by a skilled
electrician.
2. The appliance must have earthing.
3. Check that the electrical data on the data plate match
those of the system. Otherwise, contact anelectrician.

4. Always use an electric socket with a properly installed
protective contact.
5. Do not use multiple sockets or cable extensions.
6. Make sure you do not damage the plug or the cable. If the
power cable needs to be changed, the workmust be done
by our authorized Service Centre.
7. Prevent cables from coming into contact or getting near
the appliance's door, especially when the dooris hot.
8. Devices protecting against electric shock must be secured
so that they cannot be disabled without usingtools.
9. Insert the power plug into the socket only at the end of
installation. Check that the power plug remainsaccessible
after installation.
10. If the power plug is loose, do not connect it to the socket.
11. Do not pull on the power cable to disconnect the
appliance. Always pull on the plug itself.
12. Use only suitable isolation devices: circuit breakers, fuses
(plug fuses must be removed from the fuseholder), earth
leakage circuit breakers and relays.
13. The electrical system must be equipped with an isolation
device which lets you disconnect the appliancefrom the
power socket at all poles. The isolation device must have
a contact opening width of no lessthan 3 mm.
14. This appliance complies with EEC directives.

3. Do not make any changes to the specications of this
appliance.
4. Ensure that the ventilation slots are not blocked.
5. Never leave the appliance unattended during operation.
6. Switch o the appliance after each use.
7. Take care when opening the door of the appliance when it
is in operation. Hot air can escape.
8. Do not turn on the appliance with wet hands or when
there is contact with water.
9. Do not push on the open door.
10. Do not use the appliance as a work surface or as a
support surface.
11. Open the door of the appliance with caution. The use of
ingredients containing alcohol may cause amixture of
alcohol and air.
12. Avoid sparks or open ames near the appliance when
opening the door.
13. Do not place or store any ammable liquids or materials,
nor any easily combustible objects, on theappliance,
inside it or nearby.
14. During use the appliance becomes hot. Care should be
taken to avoid touching heating elements insidethe oven.

CAUTION!
1. There is a risk of damaging the appliance. To avoid
damage or discolouration of the enamel:
2. Do not place heat-resistant cookware or other objects
directly on the bottom surface of the appliance.
3. Do not place aluminium foil directly on the bottom surface
of the appliance.
4. Do not put any water directly inside a hot appliance.
5. Do not keep moist dishes and food inside the appliance
after nishing the cooking process.
6. Use caution when removing or inserting the accessories.
7. The enamel of the bottom of the chamber may get
damaged due to dragging these accessories.
8. If you store pots or pans in the oven, never drag them, but
move them with caution.
9. Discolouration of the enamel does not aect the
performance of the appliance. It is not a fault pursuantto
the law.
10. For very moist cakes, use a dripping pan. Fruit juices
cause stains that can be permanent.
11. The appliance is designed only for cooking. It must not be
used for other purposes, such as for exampleheating a
room.
12. Cooking should always be carried out with the oven door
closed.
13. If the appliance is located behind a front panel (eg.
a door), make sure that this is never closed when
theappliance is in operation. Heat and humidity can build

up on the back of a closed panel causing damageto the
appliance, casing or oor. Do not close the cabinet panel
until the appliance has completely cooledafter use.
2.4 Cleaning and care
CAUTION!
1. There is a risk of injury, re or damage to the appliance.
2. Before carrying out any maintenance work, switch o the
appliance and remove the plug from thesocket.
3. Check that the appliance is cold. There is a risk that the
glass panels might break.
4. The door's glass panels must be replaced immediately if
they get damaged, by contacting the AuthorizedService
Centre.
5. Pay attention when removing the door from the appliance.
The door is heavy!
6. Regularly clean the appliance to prevent the materials
forming the surface from deteriorating.
7. Remains of food or fat in the appliance may cause a re.
8. Clean the appliance with a soft moist cloth. Use only
neutral detergents. Do not use any abrasiveproducts,
scouring pads, solvents or metal objects.
9. If you use an oven spray, carefully follow the safety
instructions given on the package.
10. Do not clean the catalytic enamel (if any) with any kind of
detergent.

2.5 Interior light
CAUTION!
Risk of electric shock.
1. The light bulbs used in this appliance are special lamps
for electric household appliances. Do not usethem for
home lighting.
2. Before replacing the light bulb, disconnect the appliance
from the electric mains.
3. Use only light bulbs with the same technical specications.
2.6 Disposal
CAUTION!
Risk of injury or suocation.
1. Disconnect the plug from the power supply.
2. Cut the mains cable and dispose of it.
3. Remove the door block to prevent children and pets from
getting closed inside the appliance.

3.2 Selectors
The selectors are retractable knobs.
1. Press them to extract them and reinsert them.
2. N.B. It is advisable to keep the knob out while the Oven is working.

3.3 Functions Selector
1. With the functions selector you can set the type of
heating, the "F" switchindicator symbol warning light
and the lamps inside the oven light up.
2. N.B. In ECO mode the oven lights are o; to switch
them on, set theselector to the 3D Convection function,
then turn the selector back ontothe ECO function to
continue low-energy cooking.
Oven function Application
O: The appliance is switched o.
Oven Lamp: To switch on the lamp without a cooking function.
Defrost: To thaw eg. meat, poultry, bread and desserts. The
fan causes the warm air to wrap around the food
Double grilling with
fan:
The inner heating element and the outer heating
element in the top of the oven are working with fan. It
is suitable for griling large amount of meat.
Double grilling:
The inner heating element and the outer heating
element in the top of the oven are working.Suitable
for griling large quantities.
Grill-small:
This cooking method is nomal grilling, utilizing the
inner part only of the top heating element. which
directs heat down wards onto the food.
Convection with fan:
Quick and uniform cooking with the aid of the top and
bottom Heating Element and the fan.Ideal for baking
ans and sweets and for roasting.
Convection:
For baking and roasting food on one rack position
onlyThe heat gets distributed evenlyfrom the top and
bottom.
Bottom heater:
For baking cakes with a crispy bottom and for
preserving foods. The heat is distributed from the
bottom.
3D Convection:
For sweets and biscuits on 1 and 2 levels. Inside
the cooking chamber, the fan distributes the
heatgenerated by the circular heating element on the
rear wall of the oven.
ECO function:
It is equivalent to the 3D Convection function but
allows cooking without using the oven lamps allowing
energy savings

3.4 Temperature Selector
1. The temperature selector is used to set the temperature.
2. Position zero The oven does not heat up
3. 50–250°C Temperature range (Temperature in the
cookingchamber °C)
4. The warning light with the °C indicator symbol lights up
when theoven is in operation; it goes out instead during
the pauses inheating.
3.5 End-of-Cooking Timer Selector
After powering on this oven, ‘0:00’ and the clock
icon will ash on the screen, press any button to
quit.

Set alarm
1. Press and the alarm icon will begin to ash which means the alarm function has
been chosen “0:00” will display. Press the " " and " " button t o set al arm time. The
time can be adjust ed between “0:01~23:59”. Press once on plus or minus 1, and
hold for 3 seconds for quick-adjust. After waiting for 5 seconds to conrm setting,
the alarm icon will be displayed and the alarm time will be shown on the screen.
You will then see the time counting down on the screen. When the countdown is
nished, “0:00” will be shown on the screen and it will start buzzing 4 times every 5
seconds. Press any button to stop.
2. If there is no operation for 2 minutes the buzzing will stop. The alarm function is for
warning purposes only, it is up to the user to turn o the oven.
Duration setting
1. Press , choose "duration" function and the icon will begin to ash and "0:00"

will display. Press the " "and " "button to set the duration time, adjusting range is
between "0:01-23:59". After waiting for 5 seconds to After waiting for 5 seconds to
conrm setting, the duration time will be set but the time shown on the screen will
be back to the time of day. The duration time will be counting down internally and
when nishing the count down, the power will turn o directly and the "Duration"
icon will ash to get your attention. Also, "0:00" will be shown on the screen and it
will start buzzing 2 times every 5 seconds. Press any button to stop.
2. During the cooking duration, by pressing you can check and change the the
cooking duration.
3. After the countdown has stopped, if there is no operation for 2 minutes, buzzing will
stop.
4. If set duration time before end time, end time can only be added, not decreased. (The
max time added can be after 23h 59m. When end time is longer than duration time
+ current time, end time can be decreased by pressing
it will be decreased until
end time equals to duration time + current time + 1 minute).
If end time is longer than duration time + current time, power will be o, end time
icon will display.
When end time equals to duration time + current time, power will be on again, end
time icon will turn o.
Time function
1. Press to choose the time function. Time icon will ash, press " " and " " to set
time. The range is 24hrs. Press once to plus or minus 1, hold for 3 seconds for
quick-adjust. No operation for 5 seconds, the time of day will show, time icon will
turn o.
2. If the time setting is changed after setting the alarm, duration and end time, the
alarm will not be changed and duration and end time will reset.
Lock function
Press lock button for 3 seconds any time, the lock function will active and lock icon
will display. Press lock button for 3 seconds again, it will be unlock. The icon turns o.
While in lock mode if any button is pressed it will cause a buzzing, while the lock icon will
ash for 3 seconds.
Other notication
1. When setting alarm, duration time and end time, alarm time will display along with
alarm, duration, end time icons will display.
2. After setting the alarm, duration, and end time, Button 1 can be pressed to check
and change alarm time, duration time, end time and day time.

3. When the duration time and alarm time are set at the same time, if the duration time
is nished after the alarm time, it will only be buzzing for the alarm time when the
alarm time ends. If the duration time is nished before the alarm time, it will also
only be buzzing for the alarm time when the alarm time ends.
3.6 Cooking Chamber
1. In the cooking chamber there are the Oven Lamps that are on while the oven is
working. By turning thefunctions selector onto this symbol you can light up the lamp
when the oven is switched o too.
2. N.B. In ECO mode the oven lights are o; to switch them on, set the selector to
the 3D Convectionfunction, then turn the selector back onto the ECO function to
continue low-energy cooking.
3. A cooling fan switches on and o when needed.
4. Hot air escapes through the special slots located above the oven door.
CAUTION!
Do not cover the ventilation slots,otherwise the oven will overheat.
3.7 Accessories
1. The accessory can be inserted in the oven at
5 dierent levels.
2. To ensure the wire rack operate safely,
correct placement of the wire rack between
the side rail is imperative. Wire rack and the
pan only can be used between the rst and
the fth layers.
3. The wire rack should use with the right
direction, it will ensure that during careful
removal of the wire rack and pan, hot food
items should not slide out.
4. The cooking guide table gives the ideal
position for each use of the oven.

WIRE RACK:
It is used as a support for your baking pans,
pastry tins, andall the dierent containers
starting from the dripping pans provided or
for cooking mainly with the Grill and Fan Grill
functions to grill meat and sh, toast bread,
etc.
DRIPPING PAN:
It is normally used to collect the juices of
grilled foods orfor cooking foods directly;
if not used when cooking, the dripping
pan must be taken out of the oven.
TELESCOPIC RAILS (optional: only for some models)
1. The oven is equipped with telescopic rails for positioning either the wire Rack or the
dripping pan(Fig. a)
2. You can change the position of the rail and move it onto every level of the shelf
support according to thetype of food to be cooked (Fig. b)

PREPARING FOR FIRST USE

4.1 Initial cleaning
1. Take the accessories and removable shelf supports out of the appliance.
2. Clean the appliance before using it for the rst time. Place the accessories and
removable shelf supportsin their initial position
4.2 Switching on for the rst time
1. Take the accessories and removable shelf supports out of the appliance.

3. Preheat the appliance with nothing inside it in order to burn o fat residues.
(1). Set the function and the maximum temperature.
(2). Leave the appliance in operation for one hour.
(3). Set the function and the maximum temperature.

(5). Set the function and the maximum temperature.
(6). Leave the appliance in operation for 15 minutes.
(7). The accessories may get hotter than usual.
(8). The oven can produce an unpleasant odour and smoke.

(10). Make sure the airow inside the room is adequate.
