Carbon Monoxide is a highly poisonous gas
which can be produced when the device isn’t
working correctly. Whether you are using gas
or wood, carbon monoxide can be produced
when the burner is not receiving enough
ventilation. We therefore recommend using
the device in a well ventilated area away
from direct wind and to never cover the oven
mouth.
t is difcult to know when your device
is producing Carbon Monoxide as it is
an odourless and colourless gas. t can,
however cause these symptoms when you
are exposed to it:
Tightness across the forehead
Headache,
Weakness,
Dizziness,
Nausea,
Vomiting,
Coma, intermittent convulsions,
Depressed heart action, slowed respiration,
f the exposure has been severe it may cause
death.
