If your machine has interchangeable nozzles, make sure when using the black nozzle, soap
nozzle is installed. Soap injectors will not work when high pressure nozzles are installed.
If your machine has an adjustable nozzle (see next point), be sure it is in the low pressure position to
draw soap.
WARNING! Suds or soap powder are the only cleaning sources designed for this appliance. The use of
other cleaning agents or chemicals may adversely affect the safety of appliance.
6) The machine will be supplied with interchangeable spray nozzles or an adjustable nozzle
for interchangeable spray nozzles :
The black nozzle lowers your pressure and draws chemical (no mark on it). The other nozzles are for
high pressure rinses at different spray angles. Red is 0 degrees, yellow is 15 degrees, green is 25
degrees and white is 40 degrees. Be sure the nozzle is fully engaged before pressing the trigger gun.

3) Press the trigger of high pressure gun to make sure water is flowing.
In case of any emergency turn engine off.
5.4 Shut Down Procedure
1. Releasing the trigger will stop the water from flowing out. Engage the trigger safety lock to
avoid any accidental spray. Be careful when releasing the trigger gun, it can have a recoil force of about
28MPa.
In case of any emergency turn engine off. off immediately .

6. See storage section in this manual for proper storage procedures. Note: Let the engine cool for up to 30
minutes after using.
5.5 Thermal Relief Valve:
If the machine is left running without the trigger gun being engaged for more than two minutes, the water
temperature will rise to a dangerous level and damage the internal components of the pump. In an effort to
prevent damage, pumps are equipped with a thermal relief valve. This valve will open when the temperature
rises too high. This valve will then release a gush of water in an effort to lower the temperature inside the
pump. Immediately after releasing the water, the valve will close.
5.6 THE UNLOADER VALVE
The machine is installed with one unloader, it can redirect the flow back to the inlet side of the pump when
the spray gun is closed. Without an unloader valve, dangerously high pressure will be produced when the
spray gun is closed because the water being forced out of the pump has no place to go. The unloader is used
Thermal relief valve
8

as a safety device to guard against failure of pump parts, and the development of dangerously high
pressures.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning:
When doing maintenance, you may be exposed to hot surfaces, water pressure, moving parts, or fire resulting
in death. Before performing any maintenance or repair, disconnect power source, let engine cool down
completely and release all water pressure. The engine contains flammable fuel. Do not smoke or work near open
flames while performing maintenance.
Nozzle cleaning:
If the nozzle becomes clogged with foreign materials, such as dirt, excessive pressure may develop. If the
nozzle becomes partially clogged or restricted, the pump pressure will pulsate. Clean the nozzle immediately
using the nozzle kit and the following instructions.
Wand/Lance:
1. Shut off the pressure washer and turn off the water supply.
2. Disconnect the wand/lance from the gun.
3. Clean the nozzle using the nozzle cleaner provided or a straightened paper clip. Inset into the nozzle end
