Drawer width should be 1/4" less than the width of the cabinet
opening to allow a 1/8" reveal (gap) on either side. Recommended
drawer side thickness is 1/2".
Installing Slides
1. Establish the slide mounting location on the drawer sides.
Make sure that the centerline will be far enough above the
drawer bottom to allow clearance for drilling for and installing
the mounting screw.
2. Cut an 11/16" wide x 1/4" deep groove in each drawer
side, centered on the centerlines.
3. On each side of the cabinet, mark a centerline that will align
with the center of the grooves in the drawer sides. Position
the slides as desired front to back, with the narrower cabinet
member against the cabinet side. Mark pilot hole locations
for the mounting screws.
4. Remove the slides, drill stopped pilot holes and use the
provided #6 x 1/2" pan-head screws to attach the slides
to the cabinet sides.
5. Extend the slides’ wider drawer members and fit the drawer
onto the slides. Position the drawer members front to back
as desired and use the front tapped hole in each to mark the
locations for the provided M4 x 10mm truss-head screws
that will secure the drawer to the slides. See page 4 for
Mounting Options.
6. Remove the drawer and drill 1/8" diameter through holes
at the marked locations.
7. Fit the drawer back on the slides and, from inside the drawer,
thread the M4 x 10mm truss-head screws through the drawer
sides and into the tapped holes in the slides’ drawer members.
Check alignment and positioning and tighten the screws.

Mounting Options
A. An optional stop is included in the packaging. This will
allow you to stop runout when pushing in the drawer.
Simply snap the optional stop onto the back end of the
cabinet member of the slide and push the slide member
in past the tabs in the drawer member. Fig. 1.
B. The slide can be mounted several ways to allow more
access to smaller drawers. By placing the cabinet and
drawer members in varying locations on the project you
can change the access from one-half the length of the
drawer to just over three-quarters. Fig. 2.
