Step 2
Locate 8 factory body bolts on the underside of your vehicle. You will completely remove the 4 bolts in the center of the vehicle. On the
two ends, remove only the lower bolt and loosen the top bolt approximately half way. You will reuse the factory bolts removed. Repeat on
other side.
Step 1
Install the rubber trim along the edge of the rock slider starting at the rear and working forward to the front of the rock slider. You can
use soapy water and a rubber mallet to firmly seat the trim along the edge. Cut excess off the front end at an angle that matches the angle
of the end cap of the rock slider. Repeat for both rock sliders.

Step 3
With assistance, lift the rock slider up to the vehicle and slide the front and rear brackets over the two factory body bolts you loosened but
left in place. You will see that the front and rear bracket on the rock slider has a notch cutout that allows you to slide over the bolt. With
the rock slider hanging off those two bolts, insert the bottom bolt on each the front and rear bracket. Then insert the remaining four factory
bolts back into the center bolt holes. Do not tighten down until you have all eight bolts in place. Then working your way from the rear to
front, tighten down the bolts. Repeat on other side of vehicle.

Step 4
Check the rubber trim along the rock slider edge and adjust any section that has been pinched during the install of the rock slider. Use a
plastic trim tool to adjust the rubber trim.
