Safety Note
l Never Exceed the manufacture's roof rack load limit.
l Ensure load is evenly distributed between the two crossbars and that it is as low as
possible refer to specification.
l Confirm lightness every 1000 km, periodically check that the load is secure, and
crossbars are securely tightened.
l Ensure that crossbar installed in correct orientation.
l Ensure that the crossbars are fully installation to the side supports with no gaps.

Assembly and
Installation
Step 1: Unmount the M5S bolts from aluminum bars, then mount the brackets to the bars.
with the M5S, do not tighten the bolts until at the last step.
Step 2: Apply the rubber pad at bottom of the brackets.
Step 3: Loose the bolts on brackets, put the unmounted plates to the roof rail slot at the.

Step 4: Put the assembled aluminum bars with brackets over plates on each side, and line
up the bracket holes down to the plate mounting hole, then use long Torx key to
mount the M6L bolts int holes from bracket to the plate, leave plate flat at the
bottom to avoid the bolt miss the threads in holes.
Step 5: Tighten the M6L bolts after confirmed the bolt goes into the plate mounting hole.

Step 6: Tighten the M5S bolt under the bar after tightening the brackets to the roof rails.
Step 7: Insert the plugs to bracket after confirmed the bracket is fixed on roof rails.

l Distance between two bars is 24” to 34”
l Left side is Driver side, right side is passenger side.
