(1) Fastening of bench supports with the help of spacers
(2) - 250 mm is the distance from the axis of the outer bench frame to the outer edge of the bench support
- 7 mm is the distance between the front edge of the bench support and the front edge of the bench frame
(3) Wall mounting on a solid masonry can be done, for example, with dowel and screw 6 mm Ø
(procurement on site).

(6) Inthecaseofaversionwithshoerack(model8529),theshoerackrodssuppliedare50mmshorterper
sidethanthebenchsupports.Forassembly,theshoerestbarsmustrstbeplacedlightlyontheclamping
bushesandaligned.Whennallytightened(e.g.withplumber´swrench),thecrossbarmustbeprotected
against damage (e.g. scratching). To prevent bending of the crossbars during pressing, a suitable support
(e.g.woodenblock)canbeusedonsite.Oncetheshoesupportbarshavebeenpresseddown,theycanno
longer be moved.
We have included the following assembly material for you to assemble the benches:

(1) Wood-thread screw 5 x 20 mm (e.g. Spax ®Assy)
(1a) Hald-round head screw M5 x 16 mm for bench
supportsmadeofaluminumprole
(2) Wood spacer 25 x 25 mm

Description:
Changingroombenchesmadeofaluminumsystemproles.Surfaceinaluminumnatural
anodized E6/EV1 or on customer request aluminum RAL powder-coated. Height adjus-
tableglidersareusedtoprotecttheoor.Thecoathookrailhassafetyhooksaccordingto
GUV-SR2001accordingtoDIN7917,approx.5piecesperrunningmeter.
Use:
The changing benches are suitable for normal sitting use. Use by one or more persons
standing and / or jumping on the benches or shoe storages is not intended. Damage caused
by improper use is not a reason for complaint and therefore not part of the warranty.
Improper use:
Incaseofimproperuse,thewarrantyandthemanufacturer´swarrantyobligationexpire.
Thisincludesgymnasticsandclimbingonthechangingbenches.Thehooksofthecoat
rackaretobeusedexclusivelyforhangingupclothesandmustnotbeusedforheavyob-
jects or even sports equipment.
Maintenance:
The changing benches must be checked for safety at least once a year. The aluminum
framesmustbecheckedfordamageandtightt.Theseatrailsaretobecheckedforda-
mageandcracksaswellassplinteringofthewoodafterdamage.
Theseatingsurfacesaresuitableforarestingloadofupto150kgperrunningmeter
Hazard notice:
•careshouldbetakentoensurethatdamagedbenchesareblockedfromuseandre-
pairedimmediatelybyourprofessionaltters.
•brokencoathooksmustbereplacedtopreventinjuryfromthebreakage.
•oormountingisonlypossibleifstabilityisensuredandnooorheatingisinstalledin
the mounting area.
