Other Features
NOTE: Due to differences in cellular providers you may experience Dual ring tones, one from the
VoiceCom and one from your cell phone. If this situation occurs you can turn off the ring tone of either
the VoiceCom or your cell phone. Refer to your cell phone Owners Manual to turn off the ringer by
placing it on vibrate or silent.

DIAL
Seven different ring tones are available. To access the ring tones push the left Talk button, press the
up/down arrow buttons to select “Audio”, then push Talk button. Highlight Ring Tone and push Talk
button. Then rotate through 7 Ring Tone options including “Mute” and push Talk button to confirm the
tone you want.
To answer a call waiting call, push the left Talk button which will answer the second call and put the first
call on hold. To toggle between calls, just push the Talk button again.

Text Messages
Ring Tone
While connected to an active call, answer the call waiting call using above instructions. Push the left
arrow button and “Swap” will appear on the screen. Push the arrow down button until Conference is
highlighted then push the left arrow button and the calls will be conferenced together.
The display indicates new received text messages with acoustic signal and “Envelope” icon on the
display. To display text messages (inbox and outbox), push the left Talk button once, then push
up/down arrow buttons to find and highlight “Messages.” Press the up/down buttons, then highlight
“Inbox” or “Out Box”, and push Talk button. Highlight the message you would like to read and push the
Talk button. You will then be given the choice to “Read” or “Delete” message. If you select “Read”, the
message will be displayed. If you select “Delete” the system will ask you to confirm the delete.
