1. Gather parts needed for assembly.

2. Connect pole to base:
Lay the pole horizonally, turn base on
its side and insert pole into opening.
While holding the base in place,
insert the bolt with washer in the bolt
hole from the bottom of the base,
and tighten the bolt.

3. Stand pole upright:
Tighten the bolt into the pole until
the pole is pulled into the base. Now
stand the pole upright.

4. Tighten tray to mount:
Tilt the Tray to a flat position.
Turn the black lever until tight
If the tray is not tight enough, loosen
the black lever, and use a half inch
wrench on the opposite side of the
mount. Tighten the half inch bolt, and
then turn the black handle until tray
is tight in the upright position.
Align and use mounting screws in
positions shown at right.
