T RNING THE RADIO ON AND OFF
Turn it on and off with the VO LUM E control. When it' on,the
light hine green (front right ide of the band elector witch).
ADJ STING THE VOL ME
Set V O LU M E control to the de ired level.
POWER SO RCES
1. Rechargeable battery pack (Li-Poly battery)
2. USB charging cable
CHARGING THE Li-POLY BATTERY PACK
• Turn the crank for about one minute. The charge indicator
light will turn red (located to the right of the band elector
dial) when turning the hand crank. Thi will re ult in aoout
15 minute of low volume play.
• To charge via USB cable, plug the USB cord into a conputer
(mu t be turned on) or into an AC adapter with a USE ocket
(5V, 500mA). Then plug the other end into the mini-USB
ocket (labeled DC-IN under the rubber cover locatecon the
bottom of the radio). W hile charging, the charge indiiator
light will turn red, and then change to green when it fully
charged. Once fully charged, the radio will play for atout 8
hour , at low volume.

T NING-IN STATIONS
1. Select A M , FM or SW ( hortwave) channel 1-2 w ith the
band elector witch. For FM and SW , fully exterd the
tele copic antenna for be t reception. W hen li tening to
AM the antenna i not needed becau e AM reception
u e an internal ferrite bar antenna.
2. Tune AM and FM tation with the TU NE knob, and tune
in S W ( hortwave) with the 2-po ition witch.
To charge the cell phone from the radio' Li-Poly battery, u e
the cell phone' USB charging cord to connect it to th e radio'
large USB ocket (under the rubber cover on the bottom of
the radio).
Turn the band elector knob to CELL. The indicator light
w ill turn ON. The cell phone' battery charging indicator will
how that it' charging. W hen fully charged, it provide 20
minute of talk time. If internal battery i completely drain,
turn the crank for 7 minute at 130 rpm to charge the cell
phone enough to talk fo r about 5 minute .

SING THE LIGHT
Turn the light on and o ff with the light witch button, located
on top of the unit, near the light.
EARPHONE JACK
Plug in earphone (not induded). Sound i heard from both ide
in monaural (mono). Always turn down the volume before
using earphones.
