OVERVIEW
USAGE INSTRUCTION
The 12V DC air compressor kit is designed for portable and convenient use. It
features an anti-vibration chassis for stability during operation, an 8 meter
hose with a pressure gauge for monitoring air pressure, and various
adapters for inflating different types of tires and inflatable objects. The kit
also includes battery clamps for connecting to a 12V power source, and a
carry bag for easy transportation and storage.
PRESSURE CUT-OFF SWITCH
For safety reasons the ROVIN Air Compressor is fitted with a pressure
release valve. Once the compressor reaches a pressure of 125PSI the
release valve will automatically release some air pressure, the pressure
release valve will open, the compressor will not turn off, it will continue
to operate, however the pressure will not exceed pressures higher than
125PSI for safety reasons.
Box Contents:
Place the air compressor on a dry, flat surface, and connect the air hose
to the product by the quick connect fitting.
Connect the product's RED clamp to the battery system's POSITIVE pole
and the BLACK clamp to the NEGATIVE pole. Screw the inflator output
port to the tyre valve stem to connect the air hose.
Turn the button "ON," and the ROVIN air compressor keeps inflating.
Remember to turn "off" the air compressor frequently when checking
tyre pressure because the gauge is inaccurate when the air compressor
is running.
Keep the air compressor off once you reach the desired pressure, and
DO NOT exceed the maximum pressure.
Remove the inflator port from the valve stem as well as the clamps on
the battery system. Finally, once the air compressor has sufficiently
cooled, store it in a dry location.

Do not disassemble the ROVIN Air Compressor. Do not attempt to
repair or modify the compressor in any way. If you do, you will void
the warranty.
Never allow children to operate the compressor. Close supervision is
necessary when children are around the compressor during opera-
tion.
The compressor will become extremely HOT immediately after use.
DO NOT TOUCH ANY PART OF THE COMPRESSOR WITH YOUR
BARE HANDS (other than the ON/OFF switch) during or immediately
after use.
Do not pump anything other than atmospheric air.
Never point any air nozzle or air sprayer toward any part of another
person or animal.
Use extra caution when inflating small objects i.e., bicycle tyres or
sports balls. Regularly turn off the compressor to check the pressure
gauge and be prepared to stop the unit quickly when the manufactur-
er’s recommended pressure is reached. Never exceed the manufactur-
er’s recommended pressure.
