Pairing To Your Mobile Device:
1.) Locate the primary (right) earbud.
2.) Press and hold the control button (o) on the primary earbud for 6-8 seconds until the LED indicator on the bottom
flashes alternating red and white lights.
3.) Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device. “Rowkin-Surge” should display. Select “Rowkin-Surge” to pair the earbud.
The primary earbud should now be paired to your device.
4.) Once the primary earbud is paired to your device, turn on the secondary (left) earbud by pressing and holding the
control button on the secondary earbud until you see the white light LED light flash. Once you see the white LED
light flash, release the control button. You will now see the white LED light blink on both earbuds or hear the “Power
On” message. The two earbuds will pair automatically.
5.) The LED indicator light on both earbuds should now flash white, indicating they are paired to your device and ready
for action.

Turning your Rowkin On / O
Power on: Press and hold control button until the LED indicator blinks white.
Power off: Press and hold control button on either earbud until the LED indicator light turns red.
Release the control button. Both left and right earbuds should both power off at the same time
and the LED indicators should turn off.
Controls & Functions:
• Volume adjustment: Press the +button to increase the volume. Press -button to decrease volume
• Pause/Play: Press the control button to pause music, press the button again to resume
• Track selection: Hold + button for 2 seconds to skip track. Hold - button for 2 seconds to back to the
previous track
• Answer/End Call: Press control button to answer or end the phone call
• Reject Phone Call: Hold the control button for 2 seconds
• Mute Call: During a phone call, press down on the + and -button at the same time to activate or
deactivate the mute function
• Activate Siri / Google Assistant: Double click the control button to activate Siri or Google Assistant
