3. TRUE WIRELESS
NEEDS BLUETOOTH
Quick Start Guide
1. Power on your
Primary headphone
(R) until you hear
“Power on”, and keep
holding until you hear
“Pairing”.
2. Wait for “Rowkin
Surge” to show up
in your Bluetooth
settings. Select it
and wait for the
device to connect.
3. Power on your
secondary
headphone (L) and
wait until it pairs to
the primary
headphone.
For Subsequent Use:
• Power on both headphones by pressing the
control button for 2-3 sec.
• Listen for “Power on” and then wait until you
hear “True Wireless Stereo Connected.”
4. Listen for the
voice prompt that
says the device is
paired to your
headphone.
Hold for
6-8 sec. Wait for
<10 sec.
