• Never use accessories which are not recommended by the
manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and

• NEVER operate an empty appliance to avoid any damage to
the heating elements.
• Be cautious when moving the appliance with hot liquid inside.
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply to the
appliance when not in use.
• Keep all packaging away from children. Dispose of the
packaging in accordance to the regulations of local authorities.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a
Rowlett agent or a recommended qualified technician in order
to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged

Introduction
Please take a few moments to carefully read
through this manual. Correct maintenance and
operation of this machine will provide the best
possible performance from your Rowlett product.
The appliance is only intended for frothing and
heating milk. Do not use it for anything other than
intended use.
Pack Contents
The following is included:
• Milk frother
• Power base
• Instruction manual
Rowlett prides itself on quality and service,
ensuring that at the time of packaging the contents
are supplied fully functional and free of damage.
Should you find any damage as a result of transit,
please contact your Rowlett dealer immediately.
Before first time use
1. Clean the appliance thoroughly (See section
“Cleaning, Care & Maintenance”).
2. Get to know the paddles:
Mixing
paddle For mixing milk during
heating
Frothing
paddle For frothing milk
3. Get to know the milk level marks:
Maximum capacity for heating milk: 300ml
Minimum capacity for heating or
frothing milk: 75ml
Maximum capacity for frothing milk: 150ml
Operation
Note for all functions:
Ensure to let the appliance rest for a
Minimum of 3 minutes between two
consecutive cycles, or the appliance will
enter self-protection state automatically
after working for 5 cycles continuously. The
working indicator will flash and the motor
will not run. After about 5 minutes, the
appliance will enter standby and be ready
for use again.
Frothing and heating function
1. Remove the jar from the base.
2. Open the cover. Then mount the frothing
paddle onto the shaft inside the jar.
3. Fill the jar with milk below the “MAX” mark
(150ml). Then close the cover.
4. Place the jar on the base then connect jar to a
mains power supply.
5. Press the heating button once. The
heating indicator light turns On and the
appliance starts to work.
• Note: If desired, you can press the heating
button again to halt operation.
6. Once completed, the appliance stops working
automatically.
Frothing only function
1. Repeat the steps 1-4 as in section “frothing and heating function”.
2. Press the frothing button . The frothing indicator light turns On and the appliance starts to work.
• Note: If desired, you can press the frothing button again to halt operation.
3. Once completed, the appliance stops working automatically.
Heating only function
1. Ensure to mount the mixing paddle onto the shaft.
2. Ensure the milk level is below the “MAX” mark (300ml).
3. After plugging in the base, press the heating button once. The heating indicator light turns On
and the appliance starts to work.
• Note: If desired, you can press the heating button again to halt operation.
4. Once completed, the appliance stops working automatically.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down before cleaning
and any maintenance.
• Use soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance.
• The jar and cover are NOT dishwasher proof! Use some mild detergent and a damp cloth to
clean.
• Soak the 2 paddles in warm water, then clean with a soft cloth or brush.
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Troubleshooting
A qualified technician must carry out repairs if required.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin BS1363 plug and lead.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency
disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

not be disposed of as household waste. To help prevent possible harm to human

Inleiding
Neem de tijd en lees deze handleiding aandachtig
door. Een correct gebruik en onderhoud van deze
machine waarborgt de beste prestaties voor uw
Rowlett-product.
Het apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor het
opschuimen en opwarmen van melk. Gebruik het
niet voor iets anders dan het beoogde gebruik.
Verpakkingsinhoud
Het volgende is inbegrepen:
• Melkopschuimer
• Voetstuk
• Gebruikshandleiding
Rowlett is trots op haar kwaliteit en service en
garandeert dat de inhoud, op het ogenblik van de
verpakking, volledig functioneel en vrij van schade
is.
Mocht uw product tijdens transport zijn beschadigd,
neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw Rowlett-
dealer.
Vóór het eerste gebruik
1. Maak het apparaat grondig schoon (zie
paragraaf “Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud”).
2. Maak kennis met de kloppers:

• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door personen met

indien zij onder toezicht staan of instructies hebben gekregen
over het veilige gebruik van het apparaat en de gevaren ervan
begrijpen.
• Reiniging en gebruikersonderhoud mogen alleen worden
uitgevoerd door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar die onder toezicht
staan.
• Houd het apparaat en het snoer buiten het bereik van
kinderen jonger dan 8 jaar.
• Laat kinderen het apparaat niet als speelgoed gebruiken.
• Dompel het apparaat NIET onder in water.
• Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor gebruik in huishoudelijke en
soortgelijke toepassingen, zoals:

• Raak het warme oppervlak niet aan. Houd het apparaat alleen
bij de handgreep vast.
• Rowlett beveelt aan dat dit apparaat periodiek (minstens
jaarlijks) door een bevoegd persoon wordt getest. Testen
moeten omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot: Visuele inspectie,
polariteittest, continuïteit van aarding, continuïteit van isolatie
en functionele test.

Het apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor het
opschuimen en opwarmen van melk. Gebruik het
niet voor iets anders dan het beoogde gebruik.
Verpakkingsinhoud
Het volgende is inbegrepen:

Rowlett is trots op haar kwaliteit en service en
garandeert dat de inhoud, op het ogenblik van de
verpakking, volledig functioneel en vrij van schade
is.
Mocht uw product tijdens transport zijn beschadigd,
neem dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw Rowlett-
dealer.
Vóór het eerste gebruik
1. Maak het apparaat grondig schoon (zie
paragraaf “Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud”).
2. Maak kennis met de kloppers:

Bediening
Opmerking voor alle functies:
Zorg ervoor dat u het apparaat minimaal
3 minuten laat rusten tussen twee
opeenvolgende cycli, anders gaat het
apparaat na 5 cycli onafgebroken
werken automatisch over in de
zelfbeveiligingsstand. De bedrijfsindicator
knippert en de motor draait niet. Na
ongeveer 5 minuten schakelt het apparaat
over op stand-by en is het weer klaar voor
gebruik.
Opschuim- en verwarmingsfunctie
1. Neem de kan van het voetstuk.
2. Open het deksel. Monteer vervolgens de
opschuimklopper op de schacht in de kan.
3. Vul de kan met melk tot onder de markering
"MAX" (150 ml). Sluit vervolgens de deksel.
4. Plaats de kan op het voetstuk en sluit de kan
aan op de stroomvoorziening.
5. Druk eenmaal op de verwarmingsknop
. Het indicatielichtje voor het verwarmen gaat
branden en het apparaat begint te werken.
• Opmerking: Indien gewenst, kunt u nogmaals
op de verwarmingsknop drukken om de
werking te stoppen.
6. Na voltooiing stopt het apparaat automatisch
met werken.
• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door personen met
verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens
of met gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, indien zij onder toezicht
staan of instructies hebben gekregen voor een veilig gebruik
van het apparaat en indien zij de gevaren ervan begrijpen.
• Dit apparaat kan door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar worden gebruikt,
indien zij onder toezicht staan of instructies hebben gekregen
over het veilige gebruik van het apparaat en de gevaren ervan
begrijpen.
• Reiniging en gebruikersonderhoud mogen alleen worden

staan.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de stekker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L
• Neutraalkabel (blauw) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met N
• Aardekabel (groen/geel) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met E
Dit apparaat moet worden geaard.
Bij twijfels raadpleeg een vakkundige elektricien.
De elektrische isolatiepunten mogen niet worden geblokkeerd. In geval van een nooduitschakeling
moeten de isolatiepunten direct toegankelijk zijn.
Productconformiteit
Het WEEE-logo op dit product of in de bijbehorende documentatie geeft aan dat het
product niet onder huisvuil valt en als zodanig ook niet mag worden verwerkt. Ter
preventie van mogelijke gevaren voor de gezondheid van personen en/of voor het milieu,
dient men dit product in overeenstemming met het voorgeschreven en milieuveilige
recyclingproces als afval te verwerken. Raadpleeg uw productleverancier of uw plaatselijk
afvalverwerkingsbedrijf voor meer informatie over de juiste afvalverwerking van dit
product.
De onderdelen van Rowlett-producten hebben strenge producttesten ondergaan om te
voldoen aan wettelijke regels en specificaties die door internationale, onafhankelijke en
landelijke overheden worden voorgeschreven.
Rowlett-producten werden goedgekeurd om het volgende symbool te dragen:

Functie Alleen opschuimen
1. Herhaal de stappen 1-4 zoals in het gedeelte "opschuim- en verwarmingsfunctie".
2. Druk op de opschuimknop . Het indicatielichtje voor het opschuimen licht op en het apparaat
begint te werken.
• Opmerking: Indien gewenst kunt u nogmaals op de opschuimknop drukken om de werking te
stoppen.
3. Na voltooiing stopt het apparaat automatisch met werken.
Functie Alleen verwarmen
1. Zorg ervoor dat u de mengklopper op de schacht monteert.
2. Zorg ervoor dat het melkpeil onder de markering "MAX" (300 ml) staat.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de stekker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

Functie Alleen opschuimen
1. Herhaal de stappen 1-4 zoals in het gedeelte "opschuim- en verwarmingsfunctie".

Introduction
Nous vous invitons à consacrer quelques instants à
lire attentivement de ce mode d’emploi. L’entretien
et l’utilisation appropriés de cette machine
vous permettront de tirer le meilleur de votre
produit Rowlett.
L’appareil est uniquement destiné à lisser et à
chauffer le lait. Ne l’utilisez pas pour un usage
autre que celui auquel il est destiné.
Contenu de l’emballage
Les éléments suivants sont inclus :

Rowlett attache une grande importance à la
qualité et au service et veille à fournir des produits
entièrement fonctionnels parfaitement intacts au
moment de l’emballage.
Nous vous prions de contacter votre revendeur
Rowlett immédiatement si vous constatez un
dommage quelconque survenu pendant le transport
du produit.
Avant la première
utilisation
1. Nettoyez soigneusement l’appareil (voir
la section « Nettoyage, entretien et
maintenance »).
2. Apprenez à connaître les pales :
Pale de

3. Apprenez à connaître les marques de niveau de
lait :

Fonctionnement
Remarque pour toutes les fonctions :
Veillez à laisser l’appareil se reposer
pendant au moins 3 minutes entre deux
cycles consécutifs, sinon l’appareil entrera
automatiquement en état d’autoprotection
après avoir fonctionné pendant 5 cycles
sans interruption. L’indicateur de
fonctionnement clignote et le moteur
ne tourne pas. Après environ 5 minutes,
l’appareil se mettra en veille et sera de
nouveau prêt à être utilisé.
Fonction de moussage et chauffage
1. Retirez le bocal de son socle.
2. Ouvrez le couvercle. Ensuite, montez la pale de
moussage sur l’arbre à l’intérieur du bocal.
3. Remplissez le pot de lait en dessous du
repère « MAX » (150 ml.). Fermez ensuite le
couvercle.
4. Placez le bocal sur la base puis connectez le
bocal à une alimentation secteur.
5. Appuyez une fois sur le bouton de chauffage
. Le voyant lumineux de chauffage s’allume
et l’appareil commence à fonctionner.
• Remarque : si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez
appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton de chauffage
pour arrêter le fonctionnement.
6. Une fois terminé, l’appareil s’arrête
automatiquement.
Fonction de moussage uniquement
1. Répétez les étapes 1-4 comme dans la section « Fonction de moussage et chauffage ».
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de moussage . Le voyant de moussage s’allume et l’appareil commence à
fonctionner.
• Remarque : Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton de moussage à nouveau
pour suspendre le fonctionnement.
3. Une fois terminé, l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement.
Fonction de chauffage uniquement
1. Veillez à monter la pale de mélange sur l’arbre.
2. Assurez-vous que le niveau de lait est inférieur au repère « MAX » (300 ml).
3. Après avoir branché la base, appuyez une fois sur le bouton de chauffage . Le voyant lumineux
de chauffage s’allume et l’appareil commence à fonctionner.
• Remarque : si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton de chauffage
pour arrêter le fonctionnement.
4. Une fois terminé, l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement.
Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance
Débranchez toujours l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique et laissez-le refroidir avant de le
nettoyer et d’effectuer tout entretien.
• Utilisez de l’eau savonneuse et un chiffon humide pour nettoyer l’extérieur de l’appareil.
• Le bocal et le couvercle ne passent PAS au lave-vaisselle ! Utilisez un détergent doux et un
chiffon humide pour les nettoyer.
• Trempez les 2 pales dans de l’eau tiède, puis nettoyez-les avec un chiffon doux ou une brosse.
• Séchez soigneusement après le nettoyage.

La fiche doit être branchée à la prise secteur qui convient.

• Darauf achten, dass der Milchstand zwischen den
Markierungen ‘MIN’ und ‘MAX’ liegt.
• Die Hände und Utensilien während des Betriebs fernhalten,
um schwere Verletzungen oder Geräteschäden zu vermeiden.
• Darauf achten, dass der Deckel des Geräts beim Gebrauch
aufgesetzt ist.
• Nur den mitgelieferten Netzanschluss verwenden.
• Verwenden Sie niemals anderes als vom Hersteller
empfohlenes Zubehör. Diese könnten die Sicherheit des
Benutzers gefährden und das Gerät beschädigen. Verwenden
Sie nur Originalteile und -zubehör.
• NIEMALS ein leeres Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, um Schäden an
den Heizelementen zu vermeiden.
• Vorsicht beim Bewegen des Geräts mit heißer Flüssigkeit im
Inneren.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät bei längerer Nichtbenutzung immer aus
und trennen Sie die Stromversorgung.
• Halten Sie alle Verpackungsteile von Kindern fern. Entsorgen
Sie die Verpackung gemäß den Vorschriften der örtlichen
Behörden.
• Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss ein beschädigtes Stromkabel
von einem Rowlett-Mitarbeiter oder empfohlenen qualifizierten
Elektriker erneuert werden.

lesen Sie dieses Handbuch sorgfältig durch. Eine
korrekte Wartung und Bedienung dieses Geräts
gewährleistet die bestmögliche Leistung Ihres
Rowlett-Produkts.
Das Gerät ist nur für das Aufschäumen und
Aufheizen von Milch bestimmt. Verwenden Sie es
nicht für andere Zwecke.
Lieferumfang
Folgendes ist im Lieferumfang enthalten:

Rowlett ist stolz auf Qualität und Service und
stellt sicher, dass der Inhalt zum Zeitpunkt der
Verpackung voll funktionsfähig und frei von
Schäden ist.
Sollten Sie Transportschäden feststellen, wenden
Sie sich bitte unverzüglich an Ihren Rowlett-
Händler.
Vor der ersten Benutzung
1. Reinigen Sie das Gerät gründlich (siehe
Abschnitt „Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung“).

• Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mit
mangelnder Erfahrung und Kenntnis benutzt werden, wenn
sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des
Geräts unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden
Gefahren verstehen.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren verwendet werden,
wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder in die sichere Verwendung des
Geräts eingewiesen wurden und die damit verbundenen
Gefahren verstehen.
• Reinigen und Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern durchgeführt
werden, es sei denn, sie sind mindestens 8 Jahre alt und
werden beaufsichtigt.
• Halten Sie das Gerät und sein Kabel außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern unter 8 Jahren.
• Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Gerät NICHT in Wasser eintauchen.
• Dieses Gerät ist für die Verwendung in Haushalten und
ähnlichen Umgebungen vorgesehen, wie z.B.:
- Personal-Küchenbereiche in Geschäften, Büros und anderen
Arbeitsumgebungen;
- in Bauernhöfen;
- von Gästen in Hotels, Motels und anderen Wohnbereichen;
- Bed-and-Breakfast-Hotels und -Pensionen.
• Die heiße Oberfläche nicht anfassen. Halten Sie das Gerät nur
an seinem Griff.
• Rowlett empfiehlt, dass dieses Gerät regelmäßig (wenigstens
jährlich) von einem Fachmann überprüft wird. Die Prüfung
sollte unter anderem Folgendes beinhalten: Visuelle Inspektion,
Polaritätstest, Erddurchgängigkeit, Isolierdurchgängigkeit und
Funktionsprüfung.

Bedienung
Hinweis zu allen Funktionen:
Hinweis für alle Funktionen: Achten
Sie darauf, das Gerät zwischen zwei
aufeinanderfolgenden Zyklen mind.
3 Min. ruhen zu lassen, sonst schaltet
es nach 5 aufeinanderfolgenden Zyklen
automatisch in den Selbstschutz-Modus.
Die Betriebsanzeige blinkt und der Motor
läuft nicht. Nach etwa 5 Min. schaltet
es in den Standby-Modus und ist wieder
einsatzbereit.
Aufschäum- und Aufheizfunktion
1. Nehmen Sie das Behältnis vom Sockel.
2. Öffnen Sie den Deckel. Montieren Sie dann das
Aufschäumpaddel auf die Welle im Inneren des
Gefäßes.
3. Füllen Sie das Behältnis bis zur Markierung
„MAX“ (150 ml) mit Milch. Schließen Sie dann
den Deckel.
4. Stellen Sie das Behältnis auf den Sockel und
verbinden Sie es mit dem Stromnetz.
5. Drücken Sie die Aufheiztaste einmal. Die
Aufheiz-Kontrollleuchte leuchtet auf und das
Gerät beginnt zu arbeiten.
• Hinweis: Bei Bedarf drücken Sie die
Aufheiztaste erneut, um den Betrieb
anzuhalten.
6. Nach Beendigung des Vorgangs schaltet sich
das Gerät automatisch ab.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit eingeschränkten

Elektroanschlüsse
Der Stecker muss in eine geeignete Steckdose gesteckt werden.
Das Gerät ist wie folgt verdrahtet:
• Stromführender Leiter (braun) an Klemme L
• Neutralleiter (blau) an Klemme N
• Erdleiter (grün/gelb) an Klemme E
Dieses Gerät muss geerdet sein.
Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an einen qualifizierten Elektriker.
Elektroisolierpunkte dürfen nicht blockiert werden. Bei einem Notstopp müssen diese Punkte jederzeit
sofort zugänglich sein.
Konformität
Das WEEE-Logo an diesem Produkt oder in der Dokumentation weist darauf hin, dass
das Produkt nicht mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Um potenziellen
Gesundheits- bzw. Umweltschäden vorzubeugen, muss das Produkt durch einen
zugelassenen und umweltverträglichen Recyclingprozess entsorgt werden. Ausführliche
Informationen zur korrekten Entsorgung dieses Produkts erhalten Sie von Ihrem
Produktlieferanten oder der für die Müllentsorgung in Ihrer Region zuständige Behörde.
Rowlett-Teile wurden strengen Produkttests unterzogen, um die von internationalen,
unabhängigen und Bundesbehörden festgelegten Normen und Spezifikationen zu
erfüllen.
Die Produkte von Rowlett sind mit dem folgenden Symbol gekennzeichnet:

Es werden alle Anstrengungen unternommen um sicherzustellen, dass alle Angaben zum Zeitpunkt der Drucklegung korrekt
sind. Rowlett behält sich jedoch das Recht vor, Spezifikationen ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu ändern.
Funktion „Nur Aufschäumen“
1. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1-4 wie im Abschnitt „Aufschäum- und Aufheizfunktion“.
2. Drücken Sie die Aufschäumtaste . Die Aufschäum-Kontrollleuchte leuchtet auf und das Gerät
beginnt zu arbeiten.
• Hinweis: Bei Bedarf drücken Sie die Aufschäumtaste erneut, um den Vorgang anzuhalten.
3. Nach Beendigung des Vorgangs schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab.
Funktion „Nur Aufheizen“
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Rührpaddel auf der Welle montiert ist.
2. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Milchstand unter der Markierung „MAX“ (300 ml) liegt.
3. Nach Einstecken in den Sockel die Aufheiztaste einmal drücken. Die Aufheiz-Kontrollleuchte
leuchtet auf und das Gerät beginnt zu arbeiten.
• Hinweis: Bei Bedarf drücken Sie die Aufheiztaste erneut, um den Betrieb anzuhalten.
4. Nach Beendigung des Vorgangs schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab.
Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung
Vor dem Reinigen und der Wartung das Gerät immer vom Stromnetz trennen und abkühlen
lassen.
• Reinigen Sie die Außenseite des Geräts mit Seifenwasser und einem feuchten Tuch.
• Das Behältnis und der Deckel sind NICHT spülmaschinenfest! Reinigen Sie sie mit einem
milden Reinigungsmittel und einem feuchten Tuch.
• Weichen Sie die 2 Paddel in warmem Wasser ein und reinigen Sie sie dann mit einem weichen Tuch
oder einer Bürste.
• Nach der Reinigung gründlich abtrocknen.
Störungssuche
Falls erforderlich, muss ein qualifizierter Techniker Reparaturen durchführen.
