SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General safety information for the use of electrical devices
To avoid injury from re or electric shock, please ensure
the compliance with the safety instructions when using this
device. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure
that you have understood them well. Keep the manual near
the equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always
use current sources which are connected to the ground and
which provide the necessary voltage (this info is indicated
on the label on the device). If you have any doubts, let an
electrician check that your outlet is properly grounded.
Never use a damaged power cable. Do not open the unit
in damp or wet environment, or if your hands or body are
damped or wet. Protect the unit from solar radiation. Use
the device in a protected location to avoid damaging the
equipment or endangering others. Make sure the device is
able to cool and avoid placing it too close to other devices
that produce heat. Before cleaning the device, disconnect it
from the power source. Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.
Avoid using detergents and make sure that no liquid enters
the unit. No internal element of this device needs to be
maintained by the user. Opening the device without our
approval leads to a loss of warranty!

1. Please read and understand these instructions
carefully before operating the device! Please observe
the safety guidelines carefully in order to prevent
damages through improper use!
2. Please keep this manual available for future
reference. If this device is passed on to third parties,
the manual must be passed on with it.
3. Only use this device indoors and for its intended use.
4. We do not oer any warranty for damages resulting
from improper use or incorrect operation.
5. Before the rst use, check whether the main voltage
type and current comply with the indicated data on
the type plate.
6. This device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with limited physical, sensory or
mental aptitude, as well as lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or if they have received
instructions as to how the device is used.
7. ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD! Do not attempt to repair
the unit yourself. In case of device failures, repairs
must be done by qualied experts.
The operation manual must be reviewed.
Never dispose of electrical equipment together
with household waste.
This machine conforms to the CE declarations.
For indoor use only.
Attention! Hot surface may cause burns.
Class I protection.
PLEASE NOTE! Drawings in this manual are for
illustration purposes only and in some details it may
dier from the actual machine.
8. Please check the main plug and the power cable
regularly. If the power cable for this device is
damaged, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer
or its customer service or another qualied person in
order to prevent hazards.
9. Prevent damages to the power cable by avoiding
squeezing or bending it or rubbing it on sharp
edges. Also keep the power cable away from hot
surfaces and open ames.
10. ATTENTION! DANGER TO LIFE! While cleaning, never
immerse the device in water or other liquids.
11. Under no circumstances should the housing be
opened.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The fryer is exclusively designed to fry food.
Do not use the fryer to:
• heat other substances or objects;
• warm up liquids containing sugar, sweeteners, acids,
bases or alcohols;
• warm or warm up ammable, noxious, particularly
volatile, or any other toxic substances.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
nonintended use of the device.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for
integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3
days, and document the damages as detailed as possible.
Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting
the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and
stable.
DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic
tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate
condition!
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of the environment must not exceed 45°C
and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
5. The covers are designed to keep the content warm
and t protect it from dirt. If you want to use the
covers, make sure they are not wet.
6. When you have nished working, tilt the heating
elements 90 degrees backwards. The heating
elements are vertical, and the oil can drop o.
7. Use the ON / OFF switches to turn the device on.
8. Our fryers are equipped with a safety button.
When the heating element is tilted back, it turns
automatically to prevent from accidents.
9. Once the oil cools down to room temperature,
discharge it using the release valve.
10. Make sure the thermostat is back to „0” (adjust
the thermostat knob anticlockwise) when you have
nished your work and disconnect the fryer.
11. It is recommended to use only liquid oil or fat in the
fryer to avoid damages of the temperature limiter.
It is not recommended to put block fat in the fryer
– block fat should be melted before putting it into
the fryer.
ATTENTION! The device has a sensor to prevent it
from overheating. If the device overheats when in
use it will automatically switch o. Then wait approx.
15 minutes, unscrew the cap which protects the reset
button, press RESET and screw the protective cap
back on. The device may be used again.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device is
used The distance between the back of the chain toaster
and the wall should be at least 20 cm, a minimum distance
between the sides of the device and the walls should be
at least 10 cm on each side and 35 cm between the top
of the device and the ceiling. Keep the device away from
hot surfaces. Operate the device on at, stable, clean,
refractory and dry surfaces out of the reach of children and
people with mental disabilities. Install the device making
sure that constant access to the main plug is ensured. The
power cord connected to the appliance must be properly
grounded and correspond to the technical details. Before
the rst use, remove all elements and clean them along
with the entire device.

ATTENTION! The RCEF 16DH-1-UK model is shown in the
photograph. The 10EH-1-UK is a single model – all buttons
and functions are the same as for the RCEF 16DH-1-UK
model.

1. Fill the tanks with oil so that level is between the
marks of minimum and maximum level.
2. Set the thermostat to „0“ and insert the plug into an
electricity socket.
3. Use the ON/OFF switch to turn the device on (the
RCEF 16DH-1 model has separate switches for each
basket). The green light will come on. Then select
the required temperature (in a clockwise direction);
the orange light will come on and the heating
element will begin heating up. Once the required
temperature has been reached, the heating orange
light will go o. The thermostat will maintain the
required temperature by automatically switching
the heating element on and o. This maintains the
required temperature and saves electricity. You may
begin frying.
4. Use the baskets after mounting the handles. Place
food in the basket and immerse it into the oil. When
the food is tried, hang the basket up on the nail to
let the oil drop o.
ATTACHING THE HANDLE TO THE BASKET
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from
shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any
corrosive gas.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always unplug the device before cleaning it and after
each use.
• Discharge oil and remove heating element.
• Use a damp cloth suitable for cleaning devices or use
natural vinegar suitable for food grade equipment.
• Do not use water to wash the electric control panel
as this might cause damage and invalidate the
warranty.
• Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.
• After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
before reusing it.
• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Regularly check the machine for signs of damage. If the
machine is damaged, please stop using it immediately and
contact your customer service to solve the problem.

What to do in case of a problem? Please contact your
customer service and prepare the following information:
• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be
found on the technical plate on the device).
• If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or
defective part.
• It will be easier for your customer service clerk to
determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The
more detailed your information, the better customer
service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and
eciently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization
of your customer service. This can lead to a loss of warranty!
