CORNER DRAWER BASE CABINET
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
DRAWER LEFT/RIGHT SIDE PANEL 6

RIGHT/LEFT BACK SIDE PANEL 2

1. Place cabinet frame on a soft working surface with dovetail grooves
facing upward. Fit the Right side panel together with the clips fully
engaged.
2. Insert Right Back Side Panel into the grooves on Right Front Side Panel
until mated.
3. Insert the Bottom Panel into the grooves on both Side Panels and
back side panels, and screw the iron corner braces through pre-drilled
holes.
4. Repeat the steps for other side on the frame and Side Panels.
5. Screw the frame tightly through pre-drilled holes.
6. Attach FronT/Back Toe Kick Plates to Front Side Panels with the clips
fully engaged. Screw the iron corner braces through pre-drilled holes.

7. Connect the Back Panel against RighULeft Side Panels from the back of the cabinet. Screw the Back Panel lightly through pre-drilled
holes.
8. Lay Drawer Front Panel on a soft working surface with grooves facing upward. The grooves will be for the Drawer Bottom Panel. Tap
with mallet if necessary.
9. Insert the Drawer Side Panels to the dovetail grooves on the Drawer Front Panel with all the dovetails engaged. Tap with mallet If
necessary.
10. Slide in the Drawer Bottom Panel, nished surface faces upward, into the grooves on Drawer Side Panels and Drawer Front Panel.
11. Attach Drawer Back Panel to Drawer Side Panels with all the dovetails engaged. Tap with mallet if necessary.
12. Attach Drawer Slide - Drawer Members, to Drawer Side Panels through pre-drilled holes with screws and tighten them.
13. Install Drawer Slide - Cabinet Members, by Inserting the slide sockets barbed dowels into cabinet Back Panel pre-drilled holes and use
screws to attach the sockets to the Back Panel.
14. Attach Drawer Slide - Cabinet Members through pre-drilled holes to the Side Panel of the cabinet using screws.
15. Slide drawers into drawer guides through the front of the cabinet.
16. Repeat the step with other drawers.
