Launch the Dreem App, create a
Dreem account and then follow
the first time setup to pair your
headband with your app.

previous settings (features, alarm, volume…)

Starts and stops a sleep feature
SIMPLE APPUI :

Adjusts the volume of the selected feature

MORNING ROUTINE
Once you’re awake, connect your headband
to the charger to stop your Sleep Session and
view your metrics. They will appear in the
Home section of the Dreem App.
AU RÉVEIL
Branchez votre bandeau pour arrêter votre
session de sommeil et récupérer vos résultats
complets. Ils apparaîtront sur la section
Accueil de l’application Dreem.
