on the crown until you can feel the crown threads
catch. Turn clockwise to screw back in.
NOTE: There should be no resistances when screwing
down the crown. Should you feel any resistance in
screwing, please do not force it as it will ripe the
threads and void the warranty. Realign the screw
threads and try again with you feel resistance screwing
down the crown.

Frequently asked questions
1. My watch is not moving when I receive it. What can I do?
Mechanical watches run based on the movements of your arm.
Give your watch a shake and wind using the crown to get the
watch moving again.
2. My watch is not keeping the power reserve of up to 40hrs, is
there something wrong?
Like a brand new car, you need to run in your brand new watch
movement for a few days before it start to perform to factory
standard. Wear/wind your watch regularly to ensure its always
moving.
3. My watch is not keeping time accurately (outside factory
tolerance of -10/+30sec/day)
Your watch may be magnetized. A watchmaker with a
demagnetizer will be able to fix the issue within minutes, for a
minimal fee.
4. Can I polish my watch?
Do not attempt to polish your watch. It will damage/remove the
UltraHex coating leaving you with raw titanium that oxidizes and
scratches easily.
