INTRODUCTION – DOWNLOADING THE APP
Download the App from the store and install it on your smartphone.
(for iOS® devices from the App Store, for Android® devices from the Play Store)
Read the QR codes through the camera or search for the app directly in the stores.
INTRODUCTION – REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT
To control your devices, you will need to register in the app following the directions
provided and detailed below;

Tap the “Register” button to create
an account.

Read the “Terms and Conditions”
and “Privacy Policy” and tap next.

Select the ticks to accept these (at
least the two mandatory ones) and
tap confirm.

Enter the requested information and
tap register.

Enter the code that was sent to the
email listed on the previous page.
Wait a few minutes, in case the
security code has not yet reached
you, and check your “Junk” folder, or
request a new code.

You can now access the APP using
the data you just entered.

CONFIGURATION – CREATING YOUR HOME
To set up the system you will need to have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled on your phone.
To configure the system, the fan units should be connected to the power supply and powered
as per the product instructions.
Creating your own home:

Once you are logged in, tap “Add
new home.”

Enter the requested information
about the location of the home. This
is needed for data collection of
outdoor air conditions.

CONFIGURATION – SEARCHING FOR DEVICES
Searching for installed devices and associating them with your home Internet network:

Once the home is registered, the
APP will search via Bluetooth for
devices available to be configured,
which will be displayed in a list.

Select one of the products in the list.

Associate the product with the Wi-Fi
network by entering the name (if
different from the one that appears)
and password of the network.
If all products are connected to the same
Wi-Fi network, it will not be necessary to
re-enter the data on each additional
device, and you can just tap continue.

Name the device, select the room it
is in, and tap continue.
When a device is selected from the list, the
corresponding physical product will cause
the white LED to flash and beep so that it
can be identified.

You will need to repeat this with all
products in the list.
If more products are installed than
those in the list you will need to go
closer to them so that the phone's
Bluetooth can detect them.

Once all products have been
registered, tap “Proceed with
configuration.”

CONFIGURATION – SETTING UP THE SYSTEM
AUTOMATIC
By choosing automatic configuration, the APP autonomously decides how to configure
products according to the layout in the rooms.
The configuration of individual products can be changed manually later from the “Home
management” section in the APP.

Select “Automatic” from the
“Configure your devices” screen.

Select “Single system” if you want to
configure all installed products in one
system.
(to choose this option, skip to step 6)
Select “Zone system” if you want to
divide products over multiple zones,
(e.g., Ground floor - Floor 1 or Zone
daytime - Zone nighttime)

If you have chosen the configuration
as “Zone system” tap on the “Add
zone” button

Proceed by naming the first zone and
selecting the rooms you want to
enter.
Once the rooms have been selected,
tap confirm.

Now you need to add the other
zones, and proceed with step 3 and
4 until all rooms are associated with
a zone.

When all zones have been
configured, or you have chosen the
“Single system” configuration, tap
continue to configure the devices and
access the APP home screen.

MANUAL
Choosing manual configuration enables the user to choose how to configure each
individual device.
Please note that in each zone there must be a product configured as Master, which will
be the product that will detect the environmental parameters of the zone.
The configuration of individual products can be changed manually later from the “Home
management” section in the APP.

Select “Manual” from the “Configure
your devices” screen.

In the “Manual configuration” screen,
tap “Add Zone.”
A single zone containing all devices
can also be created (single system).

Name the zone and select the rooms
you want to include.
Once the rooms have been selected,
tap confirm.

Use the arrow to the right of the
products to select the configuration
you want for the product.
It should be kept in mind that in each
zone there should be only one
product configured as Master and all
others as Slave (opposite or equal as
required).

Once all products in the first zone
have been configured, proceed with
steps 3 and 4 until all rooms are
associated with a zone (you can also
create a single zone covering all
products).

When all zones have been
configured, tap confirm to configure
the devices and access the APP
home screen.

IMPORTANT: the response time of devices varies depending on the speed of your
available home connection.
CONFIGURATION – RESETTING THE PRODUCT
In the event you experience device configuration errors, you can perform a factory reset
that restores the devices to their initial settings.
To perform the reset, the physical button shown in the image below should be pressed for
15 seconds:
Once the reset is done, the unit will beep.
At this point you will have to turn off the unit at the main switch and turn it on again.

ADDING A HOME

From the HOME screen, tap the little
house in the upper left corner.

To add a home to the APP, tap the
house icon with the “+” and proceed
with the configuration as explained in
the “Configuring the system” chapter.

Once the home is configured, to choose which home to control, go back into the
home menu by tapping the little house icon in the upper left corner.

ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATIONS –
RECONFIGURING OR REMOVING A HOME
The cases in which a home needs to be re-configured and in which it needs to be removed
are listed below.
When to RECONFIGURE a home from the APP:
- If you want to add a product to the system
- If you want to change configuration to one or more products (e.g. change the
system Master)
- If you want to add, change or remove a “zone” from the “zone configuration” of the
home
IMPORTANT: Reconfiguring the home does not reset the information related to the Wi-Fi
network and the room where the products were registered.
When to REMOVE a home from the APP:
- If you change the Wi-Fi network or reset the password
- If you want to move the product from one room to another within the APP (because
of a configuration error or because you physically move the product)
- If you move home and thus no longer use the products in the home
- If you want to redo the configuration procedure from scratch because it was
previously done by the installer or for other reasons
IMPORTANT: If you want to remove the home for any of the above reasons you will also
need to physically reset the products via the button on the product's electronic board by
following the instructions in the “Resetting the product configuration” chapter

Follow the steps below to RECONFIGURE the home.

In the USER MANAGEMENT
screen, tap the “home management”
arrow.

Select the home you want to
reconfigure by tapping the arrow to
its right.

Then tap “Reconfigure Home” at the
bottom.

If you want to add a product you will
have to search for the device in the
list and set it up.
Otherwise go to step 5.

At this point you need to follow the steps in Section 3 “System configuration” of
the “Configuring the system” chapter.

To REMOVE the home, follow the below steps.

In the USER MANAGEMENT
screen, tap the “home management”
arrow.

Select the home you want to remove
by tapping on the arrow to its right.

Then tap “Remove home” at the
bottom.

At this point, should you wish to
reconfigure the home, you must also
physically reset the machines following the
instructions in the chapter “Resetting the
product configuration” and then
reconfigure the system by following the
instructions in the “Configuring the
system” chapter.

RENAMING A HOME OR PRODUCTS
To rename a home or products, follow the below steps.

In the USER MANAGEMENT
screen, tap the “Home management”
arrow.

Select the home where you want to
make the change by tapping the
arrow to its right.

Now tap the pencil to the right of the
name you want to edit.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – APP
IMPORTANT: If the product is part of a system with more than one machine communicating
with each other, remember that commands will be received exclusively by the MASTER unit,
which will then manage all SLAVE units.
AUDIO-VISUAL SIGNALS
- Receive Command: when the fan unit correctly receives a command it will emit a
BEEP and the white LED will flash once.
- Humidity Alarm: when the fan unit emits a daytime humidity alarm, the red LED will
light steadily.
- Filter Alarm: when the fan unit emits a filter alarm, the red LED will flash every second.
- Configuration: during configuration, when you are in the device search phase, the
product in the list that is tapped will start to beep and the white LEDs will flash.
IMPORTANT: When the product is first turned on and each time it goes from a stand-by or
off state to being turned on, the overhead damper will take about 40 seconds to open.
NOTE: The notification “heat recovery operation” means that the machines operate
cyclically 70 sec in extraction and 70 sec in intake with the damper open.
OPERATING MODE
Tap the arrow to the right of one of the
zones created to enter the “Operating
mode” screen and to change the operating
mode of the products.
The pages that follow explain the available operating modes.
