HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL
NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

Insert the CAM SCREW or CAM DOWEL into the
HIDDEN CAM. Tihten the HIDDEN CAM.

å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty
carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the floor.
å Turn eiht CAM SCREWS (6) into the ENDS (C and D).

å Push four HIDDEN CAMS (5) into the ENDS (C and D).

å Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (2) from the EXTENSION RAILS (1) as
shown in the upper diaram below. Be prepared, the parts are reasy.
å Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (1) to the ENDS (C and D). Use twelve 1/2"
FLAT HEAD SCREWS (21).
å NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole shown in
the enlared diaram. Then, slide the inner cartride of the EXTENSION
RAIL in to find the other hole that lines up with the hole in the ENDS.
Turn a SCREW into this hole.
å NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the DRAWERS.
Push the black lever up and pull the SLIDE from the RAIL.

å Fasten the INTERLOCK MECHANISM (14) to
the LEFT END (C). Use three 9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (20).

å Fasten the BOTTOM (B) to the ENDS (C and D). Use four
1-3/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (17).
å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tihtenin any of them.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the ENDS insert
into the BOTTOM.

L-WREN CH (12).

å Turn four CAM SCREWS (6) into the TOP (A).
å Insert two WOOD DOWELS (7) into the ENDS (C and D).
å Fasten the TOP (A) to the ENDS (C and D). Tihten four
HIDDEN CAMS.
å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the ENDS insert
into the TOP.

å Turn the METAL PIN (8) into the RIGHT END (D).

DRAWER FRONT MOLDING (Q).
å Push the UPPER DRAWER SIDES (L and N) onto the
WOOD DOWELS in the DRAWER FRONT MOLDING (Q).
å Fasten the UPPER DRAWER SIDES (L and N) to the
DRAWER BACK (O) and DRAWER FRONT MOLDING (Q).
Use six 1-3/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (17).

å Fasten a DRAWER BRACE (R) to the DRAWER BACK (O).
Use two 1-3/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (17).
å Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (P) into the rooves of the
UPPER DRAWER SIDES (L and N) and DRAWER BACK (O)..

å Flip your drawer over and fasten the BRACKET from the LOCK PACK (11) to the UPPER DRAWER SIDE (N). Use two
1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (21).
å Tihten the two HIDDEN CAMS in the DRAWER BRACE (R).
